  • Hold Your Appetite: Vegan Poetry Book

Are you liberated from the hellish world of animal exploitation?

Would you like to help others gain freedom from this violent and abnormal situation?

Poetry for Ascension for the Vegan Soul and Spirit on animal rights, rebellion and equality are featured in this tasteful collection. But please hold your appetite for a moment, because veganism is not merely another delightful alternative in the kitchen. It is a movement against the deliberate exploitation of sentient animals who are cruelly abused unnecessarily although all our nutritional and lifestyle skills are fabulous enough to be devoid of abuse of even a single creature.

This book is a slap in the face of those consumers who remain reluctant to take just one simple step in the right direction, toward the vegan section of the supermarket, and the system that is corrupt for obvious reasons. These poems are unapologetic as they are dedicated to those billions of non-violent beings who are shattered each year by the enormous crimes occurring in private places all around us. Very conveniently countless babies and adults are raped, murdered and sold off as shoes, belts, coats, sausages, curries and burgers after a life of continuous suffering, violence, coercion, control and domestic abuse. Considered as properties they tarry around in lorries and trucks to their last breath of such horrors imperceptible to humans that are strangely passed off as ‘your personal choice’ in our psychopathic, violent world.

Meat of animals, dairy, eggs and other products surround us in the Devil’s own Hell, a system of lower reptilian consciousness – one that each sane and rational human being should speak out against day after day. Anyone is free to print, reprint and paste these original content of poems all over the streets or your chosen networks or to use them in songs as long as it is for the higher motive.

  • 10 Surprising Matrix Body Language Cues Related to Animal Products

10 Surprising Matrix Body Language Cues Related to Animal Products

‘We Become What We Eat’ is a popular saying. This could literally be true. Both non vegetarian or so called vegetarian consumers of animal products commonly have body odour, smelly armpits and bad breath besides being prone to asthma, eczema, blood related diseases, low immunity, breast cancer, bone problems, hormonal, brain and heart issues among many diseases. However they can also display several Matrix Body Cues of non verbal body language, reminiscent of the victim animals whose murdered remains or secretions they still consume.

The aura of the animals exploited by our system seems to be imprinted upon us almost permanently or rather, electro-magnetically. While we believe our DNA physicality is entirely genetic, our morph-code of non-verbal body language carries the hidden essence of our victims. Not only have we gained extra layers of animal protein in our brains making our heads thicker and intelligence lower, we behave, talk and control our bodies artificially, having lost our true nature.

In my personal experience I have seen the following clear or lucid signs of what kind of animal products a person has been consuming by simply reading the overt facial expressions and body movements of their matrix body.

    1. Dairy: Those who consume milk products of exploited, raped and brutally abused cows, display flaring of nostrils, swaying head and neck in front upwards and downwards, raising chin up while talking, scratching of head and skin, itching of ears, itching around nipple region. They can also close and open their eyes slowly while talking or listening. They often have blocked or stuffy nose, thick earwax and throat problems.
    2. Eggs: Eggs are periods of birds and not surprisingly period problems as well as stomach ailments are possible in egg consumers. The most common non verbal physical cues of egg consumption is that the dilation of eyes. If someone consumers eggs their eyes become wide, shining with a glint when they talk. They also have mucousy cough.
    3. Chicken: Those who consume birds such as chicken have strong head and neck movements, such as pushing head front and back repeatedly. They can walk tiptoe or rotate leg in fancy way to walk gracefully. Their legs can move apart in opposite directions while running or even sitting. They may have a downwards smile. They can clear their throat while talking, sniff and scratch shoulder blade with chin. They also touch their tongue to their ‘canines’.
    4. Fish: Consumers who eat fish can be recognised by the way their eyes blink together as their eyelids quickly shut strongly inwards and open in spontaneous way while talking or communicating. They also contract their retina and narrow their eyes slightly at times while looking at you. Their eyes can stare hard at times extending the white portion. They can tremble head side to side while talking. They also commonly have a runny nose.
    5. Shellfish: Consumers of shellfish and prawns scratch their midriff and waist region or the side of their stomach area. They have smooth nostrils and wipe the bottom of their nose horizontally with their index fingers. They often have wide fulcrums which they emphasise with overt pouts. They can feel scratching on the surface of their palm region reminiscent of the crustaceans body pincing them.
    6. Pigs: Pig consumers display pouting behavior with lips pressed forward. They sniffle quite often with their nostrils and may have an upturned nose. They can also twich and narrow their noses or wipe nose with one finger. They have a close mouthed wide false grin stretching lips side to side and also salivate.
    7. Cows: Those who consume beef and leather of victim cows or buffalo meat use their eye lashes to look up and glance around them fancifully. Their neck sways sideways with head in front while talking. Their hips sway in a swift gait while walking.
    8. Bulls: Those who eat steak can have wide nostrils and their head can dangle downwards in front of them with shoulders low to make their slighlty hunchback posture reminiscent of the animal whose products they consume.
    9. Lamb: Those who eat lamb or goat’s meat display shaking of head up and down repeatedly while talking and shrug shoulders. They rub hair and scratch their joints or thighs. They often emphasise or hollow out cheekbones by pursing lips together. They also wiggle tailbone area.
    10. Sheep: Consumers of innocent sheep’s meat and wool shake head sideways repeatedly while talking. They can also shiver and quiver their head and body. Their eyes glaze upon their environment as if out of focus. They may dislike coloured skin.

We are semi-alive or awake in a simulation while our true self is unconscious and we have lost memory and contact with our real self. Our earth simulation of the matrix is manufactured electronically through AIs (Artificial Intelligences) that are programs, demons or lower angels controlling reality and can manufacture mucous and organic matter in simulation. Much like the Biblical story of Genesis (Garden of Eden) states, we are not in heaven, having consumed the forbidden fruits of animal products by causing loss, pain and suffering to other sentient beings whose energy imprints we carry karmically in our matrix body. Some cultures believe that we could also reincarnate as our victims or suffer in similar ways in present life form, in order to learn empathy.

  • Veganism Coronaviruses and Other Human Diseases: Part 4 Dangers of Dairy

Veganism Coronaviruses and Other Human Diseases: Part 4 Dangers of Dairy

A lot has been covered in this series of articles about various diseases and pathogens related to animal products and animal farming. A special mention needs to be made regarding dairy, for the simple reason that many lacto-vegetarians, believe themselves to be morally as well as health-wise in a good enough position, while consuming dairy products when the dangers of dairy are far too many to mention or cover in one article. We have already checked on possible connection to Diabetes, Cancers, Heart Disease, Parkinsons, Autism and several other concerns in previous articles in this series.Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3.

Dairy industry has recently been contaminated with none other than the Covid-19 strain of coronaviruses leading to deaths and infections of employees such as in a UK farm. However the dairy industry has tried to ‘fight off’ the threats from coronavirus and attempted to fool consumers into believing that dairy products are nutritonally required and may even prevent diseases such as covid-19, a claim that was debunked recently.
A research as far back as 2013 had detected coronaviruses in dairy products studied by random sampling of 100 samples. Upon detection of rota virus and corona virus antigens researchers found that processing of several cheese, yogurts and dairy products could not eliminate rota virus and corona virus as infected milk is used due to insufficient heat treatment and bad hygienic measures.

However covid-19 is not the only risk. Research typifies that dairy products are frequently carriers of dangerous diseases such as leukemia (cancer) viruses that can affect human cells and cause various cancers such as breast cancer (Milk of dairy cows frequently contains a leukemogenic virus, JF Ferrer, SJ Kenyon, P Gupta, Science 28 Aug 1981: Vol. 213, Issue 4511, pp. 1014-1016 DOI: 10.1126/science.6267692). In 2007 according to a USDA testing report, Bovine Leukemia Virus or BLV is present on the majority of U.S. dairy operations with more than 80 percent of small or medium herd sized dairy units contaminated with BLV while ALL OF the large herd dairy farms had tested positive BLV in their milk tanks (100 percent). As descrided in earlier articles in this series BLV can also cause several other varieties of cancers such as lung cancer too. An independent follow research in 2015 established that BLV-DNA in breast tissues was strongly associated with diagnosed and histologically confirmed breast cancer, and as many as 37% of breast cancer cases may be attributable to BLV exposure.

According to (the obviously very poor) international hygeine standards of developed nations, pus cells allowed in milk in Europe are 400,000 per ml, in USA are 750,000 per ml and bacteria 100,000 per ml, while in Australia there are no limits. The article linked herein contains graphic details of dairy industry as well as how poo may be normal in dairy with milk recalled only if has ‘too much poo’.

The Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board of UK has stated ont their website, ‘The list of potential diseases affecting dairy cows is almost endless with some diseases more significant than others.‘ Some of the ‘more common diseases’ enlisted (with many others naturally unlisted) were Tuberculosis, Brucellosis, Pneumonia, EColi Diarrhoea, Viral Diarrhoea, Leptospirosis, Salmonella, Septicamia, morbid viral Bluetongue, unexplained bleeding calf syndrome, sexually transmitted vaginal campylobacter causing abortions, utrine endometritis infections, viral herpes and conjunctivitis, abdominal displacement and inflammation, ulcers and lameness leading to foot trimming, foot and mouth blistering infection spread through milk, meat and breath leading to death, ketosis in milk and urine, John’s stomach disease bacteria that are heat, cold an drought resistant and can survive in soil for more than a year, and even longer in water, possibly linked with human Crohn disease (infected animals shed the bacterium in manure, colostrum, and milk), flatworm liver fluke (spreads to humans), bacterian mammary dermtitis (causes lesions which have a characteristic pungent smell, a moist exudate and dermatitis which are generally at the front of udder).

Similarly another leading study finds that dairy foods must be monitored extensively to control pathogens as they caused 14% of foodborne illness and 10% of deaths during the period of 1998–2008 in USA alone making them the second largest source of foodborne illnesses (presumably after Norovirus most commonly found in seafood and plants contaminated with animal manure). But why have humans started consuming other animal’s milk, something that no other specie is foolish enough to consume?

Cows were not always the tame and filthy species they are currently. The now extinct Aurochs (wildoxes) are the examples of animals that cows and bulls have descended from. A major internatonal genome study cited in University College London has concluded that all cattle are descended from as few as 80 animals that were domesticated from wild ox in the Near East some 10,500 years ago. Compare that with the 80 billion land animals killed anually just for food and we know the extent to which we have degraded our environment, deforested, caused wildlife extinction, slavery, cruelty, water, land and food shortage and a plethora of diseases leading to climate change as well as possible human extinction.

The enslavement and hybridisation of species has led to creation of our domesticated cattle used for milk production and invariably slaughtered at the end of their life for beef and leather, both of which India is well known as among the largest top exporter of. As a by-product of artificial human-aided selection process of cattle, certain characteristics needed for survival in the wild have or reduced over thousands of years, including the capacity to look after and rear their infants and provide them emotional warmth.

They are simply changed into an artificial species like other domesticated animals such as dogs and cats have also become, incapable of living a natural life. Humans are one of those too, artificially domesticated species now who are nothing like their original primate self, but trained to be artificially omnivore, sold lies about paleolithic stoneage ‘humans’ who wore leopards and ate up giant wooly mammoths instead of wearing leaves and ferns and consuming foliage and fruit that are plentiful, migrating into inhospitable climates and destroying nature by burning fuel, deforesting wildlife and domesticating animals.

Domesticated species such as cows, also became increasingly diseased, having lost capacity to feel for themselves, look after themselves naturally and with diarhoea, pain, infections of udders, bloating, drugs, antibiotic resistance, several pathogens and discomfort, including stress of what else but losing their own children and being killed horribly and controlled severly throughout life so as to have no sense of freedom or joy.

Cruelty in dairy industry is rampant with infants separated traumatically from mothers who bleat over several days as their infants are sent to slaughter if male and for sexual enslavement if females. Cows are inseminated forcefully which is no different from rape and are turned to breeding and milking machines while males are also sexually abused for semen collection if not killed for veal. In states of India where cow slaughter is inconvenient due to laws prohibiting the same, they are cruelly transported to states where it is legal or to neighbouring countries and skinned alive or killed cruelly for leather and beef.

Inspite of all this rape and cruel slaughter, dairy industry has been edified by way of religious propaganda both in the east and west to fool people to become diry consumers although humans are generaly lactose intolerant and kind people who dislike animal cruelty. The article linked herin gives a rather lucid timeline of dairy.

Pasteurization was introduced in the 1800s due to the terrible diseases and germs caused by dairy that was destroying human health. In the late 1990s due to pressure from economic cartels of dairy industry a food pyramid recommending daily servings of dairy was advertised through media to the ignorant masses in order to fool them further. Artifical bovine growth hormones were heavily passed off with controversial initial studies declaring that they do not pose risks to human health although major risk to human health was debated.

However leading studies explain that pasteurisation is not always effective and need not destroy all foodborne pathogens in dairy products or the contaminated biofilms or industry workers exposed to raw dairy. Basically the very practice of rearing infected and diseased animals can cause spread of germs to human beings no matter how well you pasuteurise or cook the disgusting germ-filled items sold to ignorant masses using advertising and mal-education.

Another study mentioned in addition that fungusy dangerous moulds, mainly of species of Aspergillus, Fusarium, and Penicillium can grow in milk and dairy productsproducing mycotoxins which can be a health hazard. yet people crave the stinking smell and dangerous taste of cheese which is basically coagulated pus and germs.

Whether through dairy and other animal products and animal manure that contaminated edible organic vegetables, humans are in danger, especially due to dairy products as described in this scientific review. For example Listeriosis may not necessarily be controlled through pasteurisation and can cause meningitis, infectious abortion, perinatal septicemia or permanent mental retardation. Dairy industry states pasteurisation kills the bacteria, but the report mentioned there is some concern that in the intracellular phase (in leucocyte) it may survive conventional pasteurization. (The entire research seems to be sponsored by animal industry as the paper states – a contribution from the College of Agriculture, University of Wisconsin-River) and seems to an example of how the ‘dairy industry’ has fought off consumer awareness through advertising and PR campaigns to brush off the sagging image and to create ‘awaress’ about how they ‘control’ the numerous pathogens found naturally in diary and how they need to take ‘more efforts’.

Due to mastitis, a bacterial infection of udders being painful and common in over 25-60 percent of cattle, antibiotics are also injected and are passed on to humans by way of animal products such as dairy as mentioned repeatedly in various studies.

Clearly with so many germs in the udders and inside that go into milk and urine, vaginal and anal secretions that milk may be contaminated with, should dairy be merely pasteurised or just avoided altogether, especially when some of the germs and viruses cannot be killed through pasteurisation. We do not need dairy just as no other animal species needs to consume another species milk.

How can it be that even when common sense tells any human being that taking secretions or dead bodies of an animal and consuming them will be impure, and plants are much cleaner. When so much evidence is there for not one but a plethora of diseases – that human doctors, leading surgeons, local physicians and international celebrities still consume dairy and other animal products?

How can it be that we trust these great doctors and scientists when they are themselves totally unhealthy consumers of animal products and unaware of very basic and simple concepts – such as killing or breeding animals is sexually abusive (rape) and murder and thus morally wrong as well as unecessary. Or that, consuming animal corpses and secretions will cause significant pathogenesis due to germs as well as deadly diseases like cancer, diabetes and heart disease? How can it be that well educated and well-established people, politicians, businesspersons, teachers, lawyers, judges, doctors and medical scientists still consume animal products in their personal life – what credibility can they have if it is common knowledge that it is wrong, unethical and gross but they still refuse to even go vegan, which is such a simple change to make conveniently in modern life? And why do schools and colleges still serve dairy and other animal products and teachers mis-training children to continue using them in daily life?

  • Veganism vs. Coronaviruses and Other Human Diseases: Part 3

Veganism vs. Coronaviruses and Other Human Diseases: Part 3

Coronaviruses are groups of contagious pathogens that can infect respiratory tract causing flu like symptoms. Influenza and common flu are also from animal farming and now part and parcel of our human existence as we have normalised illnesses. Various studies indicate that most flus are due to animal pathogens such as varieties of coronaviruses already existing even before the novel covid-19 strains were found.

    1. Did you know that coronaviruses were found for the first time among chickens in 1930s and then in mice and jumped to humans in 1950s and 1960s followed by pigs as per scientific research papers?
    2. Another form of coronavirus in cows, BCoV was accidently discovered by Mebus et al at the University of Nebraska in 1972. They found that vaccinated calves in dairy and beef industry developed diarrhea later than expected with rotavirus, and their feces were free of that microbe.
    3. There are many different varieties of coronaviruses linked with animal agriculture including chicken, pigs, bats and camel related coronaviruses. While science papers inform us that coronaviruses have been connected with animals for a long time they refuse to educate the public about the importance of outlawing or banning the animal farming, exploitation and trading industries that we need to achieve immediately. Animal agriculture is also responsible for variety of ailments that cause suffering and death to humans and not just immeasurable pain to animals of other species.
Two prior articles written by this author have examined plenty of medical research evidence to demonstrate how animal products are linked with several deadly diseases. A previous article in this series touched upon Bovine mad cow disease and human versions of Jakob’s disease, animal manure infections, toxoplasmosis, brucellosis, parasitic worms, eye diseases, type 1 diabates, AIDS, rabies, acne, eczema, dermatitis, skin cancer, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, while the first article in this series discussed several pandemics, osteoporosis, arthiritis, type 2 diabetes, coronary ailments, respiratory diseases and asthma, allergic rhinitis, sinus, cough, phlegm, thyroid dysfunctions, thyroid cancer, lung cancer, prostrate cancer, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, bovine leukemia (dairy and beef virulent cancer), ebola, H1N1 swine flu, avian flu, MERS, SARS and coronaviruses.
But can animal products also cause brain damage, ageing and nervous impairement? Some deadly examples are as follows.
    4. Prionic diseases of nervous system caused by animal protein are, as quoted within this science report,
‘Transmissible, progressive and invariably fatal neurodegenerative conditions associated with misfolding and aggregation of a host-encoded cellular prion protein and include those acquired by ingesting animal protein.’
An example of the worst of its kind is the fatal disease of Kuru: A leading research paper describes prevalent practice of Endocannibalism (the eating of relatives) that was a component of certain tribal mourning rituals, in contrast to exocannibalism (the eating of enemies), which was also practiced elsewhere. The report quotes ‘When a body was considered for human consumption, none of it was discarded, except the gall bladder, which was considered too bitter. Meat, viscera, and brain were all eaten, marrow was sucked from cracked bones, and sometimes the pulverized bones were cooked and eaten with green vegetables.’
This is exactly how people consume animal meat in the modern world even in so called civilized society, consuming muscle tissue, nervous tissue, body parts and disgusting remains of internal organs of dead animals. As humans are also sentient animals just like any other sentient specie is, the only difference between deadly Kuru culture of cannibalism and modern supermarket meat prodicts is that the dead bodies consumed are not of animals who died naturally but are those who were killed horribly for the purpose of food production.
    5. Alzheimers: One of the more well-known ailments linked with priones is Alzheimers, a progressive neurological impairement that affects mental health, memory, cognition and brain functioning caused due to adverse protein accumulation in nervous system. Leading research found that low AGE (toxins known as advanced glycation end products) diet, composed of carbohydrates (e.g., starches, fruits, and vegetables) instead of dairy and meat is helpful in prevention.
    6. Parkinsons: While animal proteins are terrible for mental health, minimizing exposure to these foods such as heme iron, beef and dairy is justified to eliminate Parkinsons as per science reports.
Several studies showed intake of dairy was associated with Parkinsons risk.
Old studies also demonstrated an indirect association between intake of dairy products and risk of Parkinson’s disease. One research conducted among 57,689 men and 73,175 women from the American Cancer Society’s Cancer Prevention Study II Nutrition Cohort established that dairy product consumption was positively associated with risk of Parkinson’s disease
    7. Autism: Dairy is frequently one of the foods eliminated in autism treatment success. Researchers noted the weaning times of 145 autistic infants compared with a control group of 224 normal children and found the disease developed where the incidence of breast-feeding was less frequent.
Another important research has proposed that chicken consumption may be a causative agent of autism, the main suspects being hormonal and other growth-promoting agents.
    8. Psychopathy, Social Bias and Aggression: People are more likely to choose relating with humans who do not consume meat. In studies among omnivorous and vegetarian participants, all participants rated vegetarian targets as more virtuous and less masculine than omnivorous targets.
However research studies have also indicated that carnism or meat eating is connected to right-wing authoritarianism and social dominance orientation, symbolic racism and sexism.
Research also typifies that vegans and vegetarians are also victims of cultural and social bias from omnivores and carnists who are angry with their ethical views and are judgemental or prejudiced against vegans. In a study omnivores evaluated vegetarians and vegans equivalently or more negatively than several common prejudice target groups (e.g., Blacks).
There are several other problems too caused by animal products, but not popularly ascribed to them due to lack of awareness, for example:
    9. Varicose Veins: According to comparitive research of various possible causes, it appears that the Western diet (meat, dairy, eggs, sugar) is the fundamental cause of varicose inducement.
    10. Skin Ageing and Wrinkles: A research on several studies has concluded that and whole food plant based diet is suitable for preventing skin aging. International aggregate research on skin wrinkling has found that a high intake of vegetables, legumes and olive oil appeared to be protective while a high intake of meat, dairy and butter appeared to be adverse to skin health and ageing.
    11. Allergies and Intolerances: Research on food allergy notes that milk, eggs, wheat, fish, soy and peanuts are most often associated with high allergic reactions in childhood.
However while schools regularly ban nuts in their premises, milk, eggs and fish products are still permitted although they cause a significant number of allergies and intolerances being not naturally suitable to human digestive system designed to consume frugivore diet of fruit and fruit like vegetables. Schools also do not teach the truth to children and continue to spread misinformation that we need animal products and omnivorism.
The issue of animal diseases and coronaviruses is massively connected. There have been a number of diseases among farm animals that are a danger to humans as well. Simply because we breed and confine them, and murder them needlessly.
    12. Farm Animal diseases: Other lesser known forms of prionic diseases include several variants of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease described in the previous article, which belongs to a group of rare and fatal brain disorders called prion diseases, vCJD is almost certainly caused by exposure to Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) or Mad Cow Disease a prion found in cattle.
One of them is Chronic Wasting Disease that a report mentions is a disease affecting deer, elk and other antelopes with ‘concerns about any potential for CWD to affect other species, including humans’.
The report goes on to elaborate that cooking does not destroy prions, and ingestion of another prion, the agent that causes bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE), has been linked to a fatal human neurological disease. CWD prions have been found in muscle (meat), as well as other tissues of cervids, and could enter the food supply.
Another one is Scrapies in Sheep: In the 1940s, more than 1500 sheep developed scrapie from receipt of a vaccine against louping ill virus that contained scrapie-contaminated lymphoid tissue. Other reasons – placenta and amniotic fluid of scrapie-infected ewes when fed to sheep and feces that leads to spread. A report on transmission of scrapie to transgenic mice expressing the human prion gene (Cassard et al., 2014) suggests that there may not be an absolute barrier to transmission of ovine scrapie to humans.
    13. Deadly Plagues: Caused by the terrible smells of rotten animal flesh, dismembered body parts of slaughtered victims, human fecus and animal manure that attracted rodents and infested human world through history due to lack of hygeine, plagues are as research shows, caused by a zoonotic pathogen spread via rats. Similar lack of cleanliness and pollution of our land, air and water is caused by animal farming, animal manure and slaughter even to this day and afecting not only non vegans but vegans as well. Animal farming industries are teeming the entire planet with parasites and deadly germs including viruses that are a threat to everyone, and contaminating our delicate environment with tonnes of slaughter waste, blood and fecus every second and forcing us to be unhealthy.
    14. Hepatitis Outbreaks and Norovirus pathogens: Hundreds of pathogens are associated with animal farming and especially fishing. Consuming marine animals be deadly for human health and economy. For example shellfish are the primary cause of Norovirus causing over 80 percent of all norovirus outbreaks, and 46 percent of Hepatitis A outbreaks.
    15. Malaria and Dengue: Several scientists have explained that deforestation such as destruction of Amazon rainforests for animal agriculture could be a leading cause in vector borne diseases such as malaria and dengue that threaten life and health.
    16. Dietary misinformation: Deadly diet trends such as Atkins, Keto and Paleo diets reliant on animal protein from dairy, meats and fish are of course a danger to every human who tries it with risks of extra fat and protein clogging your arteries, gall blader and kidneys, leading to a plethora of diseases including cancers, heart diseases and diabetes as animal products are well known to cause.
On top of all this we have coronaviruses and other pandemics that make earth unliveable even for the healthiest animals who are trying to simply because others continue to pollute the atmosphere and cause deadly toxic pathogens to be released by the unnecessary criminal industries of animal farming and fishing. The severe mental deterioration of human society prevents governments, politicians, businessmen, citizens and justice system from thinking rationally and banning animal farming which is the only sane and rational step to take.
  • 9 Contradictory Statements by Ethical Experts versus Vegan Gurus

9 Contradictory Statements by Ethical Experts versus Vegan Gurus

Although Ahimsa is a sankrit term for non-violence adopted by some verbally, it is rarely practiced by humans in actuality. Neither do most Jains collectively speak against evil dairy or refuse to altogether consume its products, even after learning all about its violent rape and abuse of cows, calves and bulls, nor do most Hindus and Buddhists who talk about Ahimsa practice veganism and plenty of them are non-vegetarian. With veganism becoming popular and with the consisted efforts of Veganuary that is again in feature this month, we have of course all been enlightened on the way consuming animal farmed products directly causes horrific suffering.

The following geniuses and masters who are international luminaries have at times verbally advocated compassion and equality of all beings, but do they always seem to practice the same ethics they preach?

    SCIENTICE GURUS AND RATIONALISTS

    1. Richard Dawkins

Celebrated pioneer of evolution and ethology, famous for alleged anti-semitic sentiments, maintains that other animals feel more intense pain than humans as explained here and promotes veganism. He also also speaks of lab meat of animals and human meat. Yet he was not vegan after all these years of knowledge saying he is trying to be vegetarian but eats meat outside home.

    2. Jane Goodall

World famous global researcher, ethologist and primatologist Jane Goodall while advocating veganism, promoting PETA campaigns is clear that coronavirus happened due to lack of respect for animals in this Plant Based news article. However she seemed to like rennet from murdered baby calves too much to go vegan as per her reditt interview on Ask Me Anything quoted here describing a love of cheese. In another news feature she insisted that she is virually vegan ay home but finds it difficult on the road and is not vegan but plant based and clearly calls herself vegetarian not vegan in the following clip.

    1. David Attenborough

The man behind the very acclaimed documentary Life on Our Planet who promoted love for nature and advocated diet change is not vegan himself and has quoted in a recent interview “I do eat cheese, I have to say, and I eat fish.” He admits he is not even vegetarian and believes we are biologically evolved to ‘eat everything’ in his own words in the following interview clip:

    1. Neil DeGrasse Tyson

The luminary asrophysicists who has been captivating audiences has been reported in a page to have tweeted that cows are machines invented by humans to convert grass to steak and you can listen to this statement in his own voice in the clip below with audience responding with resounding claps loud cheers and laughter, as he went to justify that instead of plant based diet we should find another way to physically remove CO2.

Phew, that was disgusting, but scientists usually rely on knowledge instead of heart based conscience. But what about voices of some very illustrious saints, masters and world renowned spiritual experts.

    SPIRITUAL GURUS AND RENOWNED EXPERTS

    1. Louise Hay
A leading figure behind the popularity of new age spirituality including planetary compassion and love shared her favourite chicken and salmon recipes and probably refused to understand ethics and morality of animal exploitation as explained in her facebook recipes to us ‘dear ones’. A favourite recipe video shared below displays the headless body of a brutally murdered bird on her kitchen tabletop which she and her authors proudly advertised is an ‘organic pasture fed locally murdered’ chicken and ‘very healthy’ as a dead bird could be. The way they spiritually ‘massage’ the brutally killed chicken saying ‘we love you more when you are cooked’ is nothing but horrible, all to promote a book ‘Loving Yourself to Great Health’.

    6. Sadhguru
Well known turbaned guru featured in media the world over to promote chakra meditation and teaching not to eat meat, he claims in one of his best known speeches that cows should be ’employed’ for milking because this is a human world and there is no place for cows to be except on farms. He believes that if they are not exploited for milking they will have to be slaughtered immediately and eaten up (thereby completely ignoring the lack of ethics and prevelance of rape in dairy and displaying sheer ignorance of animal farming secrets). He has also seems to believe as per another video linked here that it is best to eat fish as it is a ‘simpler animal’ explaining that less evolved animals have poorer ‘memory codes’ compared to mammals, who are more complex and ‘closer to you’ and thus completely ignores sentience of fish.

    7. Eckhart Tolle

In the interview clipped below Eckhart Tolle clearly does not promote vegan sentiments, infact he makes fun of the concept and wrongly quotes that Hitler was vegetarian, and avoids the main question which was Ahimsa by saying that he listens to his body when he goes to supermarkets to buy foods and buys whatever ‘body opens up to’.

    8. Dalai Lama

One would expect the leading proponent of Buddhism to care about animals and to condemn rape and exploitation of animals, however he seems to consume meat regularly and of course dairy including ‘mare’s milk’ and ‘yak tea’. It appears according to this source that he gave up meat temporarily in India but continued consuming dairy, developed hepatitis B infection and was strongly asked to resume eating meat by his physicians. Recently he chose to be a verbal ambassador for world animal day encouraging plant based diet for environment.

    9. Mooji

The famous speaker and guru has been criticised by others for controlling minds and converting vegetarians to non-vegetarian by his coercive brainwashing methods in a medium feature. In the following QandA session he explaines to a follower why she should not feel sad for animals while diverting attention to humans who suffer so much due to their own ‘projections’, claiming injured animals are enjoying existence and to not volunteer in a sanctuary but to continue to listen to his satsang, insisting that being vegetarian or non vegetarian has nothing to do with awakening. He claims that it is only a light of ‘knowledge’ from Buddha that is worthy, not deeds of compassion.

There maybe many others for instance,

Leaving behind the ordinary, there are also inspiring examples such as the following spiritual masters:

Deepak Chopra: The renowned author who published recipe books featuring ‘consumption of every type of taste’ including dead salmon and chicken in the past, patiently says he is a vegetarian since the last few years due to his awareness of animal suffering owing to the way meat was manufactured, and aspiring to go vegan’.

    Osho:

Has sternly stated that non-vegetarianism is just like cannibalism and is inhumane. He has also explained that until humans continue to consume animal products including cow’s milk, we will not rise above sexual and sensual tendencies as cow’s milk is for the cow’s infant and taken through sexualisation of bulls leading to their cruel slaughter as explained in his discourse featured in the vegan publication.

    Thich Nhat Hanh:

The famous Buddhist monk and poet speaks about the importance of compassion and need to focus on reducing the suffering of animals by watching videos that expose animal farming secrets.

Unlike some of the bad examples you can of course join the few who are morally consistent and Go Vegan today, if you are not already one, and encourage other to do so by trying Veganuary. It does not take any time or a great amount of effort as vegan options are too many to count. All you need is simply an understanding that animal farming is based on heinous crimes of rape, enslavement and murder so that you do not want to have any hand in evil. Please inspire others to be morally consistent with their beliefs in ahimsa instead of merely following ignorant masses. Let us no longer be victims of evil animal farming conglomerates and archaic systems of spiritual and scientific confusions that are no longer valid.

  • Modern Science to Replace the Dark Arts of Animal Farming

Modern Science to Replace the Dark Arts of Animal Farming

Imagine this: Your non vegan friend is munching a chicken nugget and you, a passionate vegan activist are celebrating that moment. Why? The nuggets are manufactured through use of stem cells collected from a happy living animal (possibly from a sanctuary) painlessly, infact from a feather shed naturally off the bird. No exploitation, no injection, no procedure whatsoever – and now it can be all grown in plant based serum medium. And through just that one sample – 10,000 pieces or more can be manufactured of chicken tissue that does not just taste like chicken, it is chicken, just without causing pain – buches of tissues grown in labs, flesh that does not have any nervous system, purely meat, not a sentient animal who is abused, farmed or killed but simply meat… no rape, no slavery, no slaughter.

Similar cell technology using stem cells from cows can be used for producing beef that saves the life of not only that cow but 10,000 other cows without even requiring the farming, domesticaton or breeding of a single cow, leave alone the gory process of slaughter that unfortunately has been prevalent since centuries even till now.

Dairy milk and eggs can be manufactured using cell culture without hurting or harming any creature, infinitely…can you imagine how even the most obstinate carnivore, omnivore or vegetarian can now sign our petition to outlaw breeding and slaughter of animals linked below: https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/556039/

Leather, fur, silk, wool, everything without hurting, harming or enslavement of a single animal – without animal farming – therefore all the more reason to outlaw all forms of animal slavery, abuse and exploitation without any reason to debate or argue about the same.

I know what you are thinking, you prefer plant based food and so do I (in addition to vegan) simply because we are naturally frugivore as apes and it is much healthier and tastier (in my opinion) to eat plants.

But do you feel that it is better to vote for this kind of lab meat or other animal products that hurt, exploit and kill NONE and still gets classified as animal meat or animal product, compared with the horrific, outdated and rudimentary system of breeding and slaughtering animals?

We shudder to imagine poor chickens going though hell, kept in filthy so called free range farms, where they hardly have space to move. Millions of females stacked on smelly shelves to produce eggs and unable to see the sunlight in factory farms and battery cages. Birds shackled with metal clips upside down after repeated sexual abuse to be beheaded soon on being scalded in hot boiling water. Male chicks cruelly dropped by the millions into macerator machines where sharp blades grind them alive even as they look helplessly around for their mothers, fully conscious and just hatched out of eggs. This is what you pay for when you purchase eggs or poultry. But you would call me judgemental if I told you the truth because you do not want to feel directly responsible for causing the pain and suffering (although you ordered and caused the crime) and you still want to consume animal products instead of a plant based alternative to chicken or egg replacer?

Think about the cows that are raped repeatedly to produce babies who are cruelly pulled away from them immediately upon birth and then killed if male with a shotgun in their head, chopped horribly for veal, while females are sexually abused and impregnated just as their mothers for milk production, till they cannot take it any more and fall down to be sent to a slaughterhouse and their throat slit cruelly with them at times thrashing their legs about wildly in pain, watching a pool of blood streaming out of their neck. This is what you may very well be paying for when you purchase dairy products. But you want to be a proud ‘vegetarian’ for the last 45 years and strangely unable to buy oat milk or delicious plant based cheese alternatives even now?

Female pigs are raped and then spend most of their preganancy in cold steel cages or farrowing crates and their babies newly born moving around them as the mothers cannot even move an inch to feed them or cuddle them, the babies taken away and bashed on concrete or anally electrocuted for meat called ‘sucking pigs’, or more commonly killed in masses in gas chambers as they scream out horribly. This what you pay for when you buy pigs in blankets and ham, pork and bacon. But ‘bacon though’ is all you say?

Animals are heaped together in thousands of numbers after being skinned alive for leather and fur. But you show them off as ugly fashion and third class status symbols, calling them ‘bio-degradable’ instead of faux fur and stylish plant leather?

Sheeps bleeding for wool. Thousands of silkworms boiled alive for a bit of soft fabric. But you like the ‘feel of it’ instead of the vegan alternatives that feel exactly similar?

Little bees raped, evicted from their homes and massacred for stealing honey. But it is ‘ayurvedic’ medicine and maple syrup won’t do?

Fish are plucked out of their beautiful watery homes, away from their loved ones, and suffocated to death, often hacked with bloody knives fully conscious and in great pain. This is what you pay for when you buy fish fillets. But you are ‘just pescatarian’ because going vegan and buying fishless fillets made of plants is so hard for you?

The vaccination and life saving drugs you are waiting for, in the name of human welfare and virus eradication for covid-19 and oher germs may be from animals such as unborn baby cows killed cruelly in the womb of their slaughtered and raped mothers, besides being tested on monkeys who suffer incredibly. Yet, you believe the suffering of humans is more important to heal even at the expense of very graphic cruelty and death to other species?

None of these horrific crimes (or products) are necessary, yet these crimes are legal even in so called ‘good’ countries, the developed world. If we still have animal farming and fishing how developed can we be? Plant based foods are nutritionally adequate and can be used to manufacture varieties of delicious meals on the planet including pet food, without compromising on taste and nutrients. Plant based vaccines using plant based serums are completely possible

The darkest of evil has no comparison with animal farming and fishing that put every other crime or cruelty known to humans to shame. What if all of this evil crime of animal breeding and slaughter can be avoided through modern science thereby preventing the entire abnormal concept of farming and fishing?

Especially when some people refuse to be frugivores and insist they cannot live without animal products (citing medical reason and stating doctors say they will die without animal protein) – an actual heated, although I suspect fraud argument received from an Extinction Rebellion activist this year at Parliament Square London to scare me off my petition – the option of lab made cell propogation technology could help us outlaw the animal farming and fishing industries for good without those nasty arguments.

Another more popular or obvious benefit of stem cell technology is that we can produce vaccinations and medical equipment without exploiting a single animal and even human cells can be cultured for helping in surgery and saving lives. Currently surgical sutures are implants involve animal slaughter to obtain animal tissue, vaccines use animal products and fetal bovine serum made of pregnant cows and their killed fetuses which is wrong, when we have a technology that can use human stem cells to produce all possible medical products and surgical goods.

What are your views? Do you feel that lab cell culture is the right step forward and will it ever be positive enough to be acceptable to the strictest of vegans although still not suitable for plant based dieters?

  • Were Stone Henge and Circles Neolithic Slaughterhouses?

Were Stone Henge and Circles Neolithic Slaughterhouses?

From alien spaceship landing pads to veneration of dead relatives of human beings, marking of the solstices to astronomical forecasts, several explanations of the purpose of erection of massive ancient stone circles and henges have been invented. While Stonehenge at Salisbury, Great Britian enjoys the number one spot in the hall of fame, Avebury follows a close second along with many others across Cornwall, Scotland and globally. If images of solemn gatherings of magical priests at beautiful altars of rituals that healed the planet with love and light upon consipiring with aliens and gods or higher beings come to mind, you might want to stand corrected immediately.

Latest research papers about the famed Neolithic stone circles of U.K. confirm the following as documented in Science Advances journal March 13, 2019 and featured by Live Science video and news reports including the largest published multi-isotopes study using five systems. Pigs were moved several miles from their birthplaces to the Neolithic monuments including areas next to Stonehenge and several other stone circles, where they were then slaughtered en-masse and feasted upon. The study claims that pigs were the main domesticated species of late Neolithic times and gatherings to trap them in massive enclosures and kill them were likely a feature of stone circles.

In another Stone Circle Theory by Simon Hedger it is explained using video and pictures how the theorist experimented with trellis and concluded that the purpose of giant stones at Stone Henge could have been fulfilled by using them to enclose victims sacrificially using something like trellises arranged between stones. Infact we also know that in many cases trenches were dug around the site, which could be also to prevent escape and lead victims to slaughter. No wonder a ‘slaughter stone’ is featured as one of the main stones on Stonehenge itself.

But did you know that stone circles all over the world, some even older than the U.K. ones have been discovered, from Pakistan to Japan, Syria and including those predating Stonehenge of Britain by over 7000 years such as the Turkish Gobekli Tipi? This one at Turkey is a massive collection of stone circles incredibly illustrated over each giant stone with images of animals. Upon examination of the images carved upom each stone it becomes clear that sacrifice and killing of animals is the chief ritual we are talking about. One of the famous stones pillar 43 or vulture stone, has a carving of a larger vulture offering what appears to be the head of a sacrifice victim to a baby vulture, the victim’s body lying below along with a scorpion which of course could be something they additionally used as a weapon for killing. Rows if large hollow arches upon rectangular stones are depicted on top of the stone that could represent the sacrificial altars to hang bodies upon, each one depicting one animal.

As pictographic evidence depicting animal slaughter and not just the usual animal bones are found this time in an even more massive and ancient site than Stonehenge, the purpose of Neolithic stone circles is finally becoming clearer.

In Russia a huge stone circle made entirely of massive animal bones has also been found.

While theories of human sacrifice abound in connection with U.K stone circles, the usual victims are of course animals as with majority of ceremonial religious sites. Ancient Jerusalem is already known to be a great slaughterhouse according to reports stating the economy was powered by animal slaughter supposedly to please their god through burnt offerings by priests who kneeled in blood and remaining dead bodies of victims offered to people to feast upon, numbers speculated to be of over a million animals at a time according to the Talmud, a Jewish religious text. Now are you not glad you are not allowed into the ‘Holy Site’ unless you belong to that land?

Even with the well-known Mecca, the sought-after Islam sacred site with the Kaaba stone, to this date slaughter of countless innocent animals for money and feasting is conducted constantly and everyday. A large black stone features as a main piece of this site for pilgrimage, kissing the stone and circumabulation, by pelting of stones and dragging choicest animal victims for slaughter as the guts of sheep are disposed off cruelly in bloodtained garments and meat delivered to eager pilgrims for feasting.

We all know of the slaughter at Eid of goats and sheep raised and bred for the purpose, even on streets of Asia streming with blood in religious festivals. From Jewish to Muslim, modern Christian, pagan, Wiccan hunting deities, Shamanic ceremonies, Aboriginal rites, and even Vedic festivities and rituals, animal sacrifice has been featured in the top of texts of major religions throughout history and breedings.

Hunting, horrific slaughter and consumption of the victims has been considered holy, sacred and a way to please ‘god’, thank ‘god’ enjoy food to distribute to ‘hungry’ humans and pray for myriad wish-fulfillment or curiously the ‘atonement’ of sins and peace offerings even in the Bible. The entrails of the victims used for divination or augury is another disgusting feature of ancient religious animal sacrifice and spirituality. The discovery that stonehenge and other sacred Neolithic sites were abused by ancient humans to kill other animals or even human animals should come as no surprise.

The next time you feel enchanted by religious stories, myths and stone circle fantasies to spend time in meditation or trance, dance to fancy drums of killed animal skins, and celebrate rituals within these so called sacred pilgrimage cites in Cornwall, Stonehenge or elsewhere, please think again! Do you really feel wonderful and at peace in a place of deadly murder and torture of the poor victims whose bodies were were and infact are still feasted upon? What sort of healing or magical energy are we raising anyways through this?

Every single day in majority of households across the globe sexually abused in jail and horrifically killed, innocent victims are served upon plates of horror as food? How does it really make you feel to now someone felt horrible, pained, suffering and crying for life, trapped and unable to escape the evil blade so calmly rendered amidst empty cheers of jolly and rivers of blood beneath the feet of heartless humans, just for taste?

It is aptly stated by Einstein – “The world is a dangerous place, not because of those who do evil, but because of those who look on and do nothing.” Please spread the message and share this article over social media to educate others. Let us all go vegan and stay awake, disenchanted by the snare drums of modern religion, ancient myths and new-age ritualism that together have us fooled, entranced and captivated for millenia with their so-called sacred music, ceremonial robes and constant chanting.

  • Veganism vs Coronaviruses and Other Human Diseases: Part 2

Veganism vs Coronaviruses and Other Human Diseases: Part 2

Last week in the first part of this article, we examined a review of approximately 25 scientific research studies and papers to elucidate how animal farming has led to the plethora of degenarative diseases and pathogenic conditions, including the deadly coronaviruses affecting the world today.

A ban on wild animal markets is certainly called for worldwide at the moment, but what about the equally deadly farm animal products supply chain that takes many more lives, including millions of humans, billions of land animals and trillions of sea animals?

Humans die prematurely not only due to ailments caused by direct consumption of meat, eggs and dairy, such as cancers, heart diseases and diabetes, but also due to indirectly contracted influenzas and pathogens by airborne or watreborne contaminants, and due to world hunger which is caused by animal farming too. Large amounts of foodgrains are fed to captive animals being grown and killed to feed the tastebuds of the elite while poor children suffer. In this research paper it is argued that ‘diets that include animal products produce more negative GHIs (global hunger index) than vegan diets. A wide range of diet-related negative GHIs could be reduced significantly if current agriculture was transformed into a predominantly vegan agricultural system’ (Animal (De)liberation: Should the Consumption of Animal Products Be Banned? – Jan Deckers 2016).

While the number of diseases linked with animal farming might be countless, and we explored infections, influenzas, coronaviruses, BLV, cancers , thyroid and respiratory diseases, coronary ailments, arthiritis in the previous article, here are a few more worth noting:

    1. Infections from Manure: Not only do meat, egg and dairy expose us to infections of stomach and urinary tract, vegans are also calling or more veganic farming, which eliminates use of animal manure and animal blood or bones in vegetable plantations. As noted in a research report on environmental health, ‘It is quite unrealistic to enumerate all the microbial pathogens present in cattle manure because of the huge numbers of these pathogens that populate the gastrointestinal tract and the other systems in the animal. Agricultural animals, including cattle produce copious quantities of animal manure consisting of animal excreta (feces and urine) along with bedding, microorganisms, process-generated wastewater, secretions (nose, throat, blood, vagina, mammary glands, skin and placenta), undigested and spilled feed, antibiotics, nutrients and fur.’ (An Overview of the Control of Bacterial Pathogens in Cattle Manure, Christy E. Manyi-Loh, Sampson N. Mamphweli, Edson L. Meyer, Golden Makaka, Michael Simon, Anthony I. Okoh, Int J Environ Res Public Health. 2016 Sep; 13). In short along with the Vitamin B12 and other nutrients from animal products such as dairy, eggs, meat and manure, we also risk ingesting other secretions and fecus which are highly pathogenic.
    2. Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (Mad Cow Disease): BSE also called mad-cow disease, is a dealy prionic infection acquired by cows by way of feeding them slaughtered remains of other killed cattle. BSE was subsequently transmitted to humans, causing new variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (nvCJD). A task force here has been studying cases of variant Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (vCJD), an incurable malady of the brain and nervous system that has been linked to eating beef or other products from cattle infected with bovine spongiform encephalopathy or “mad cow disease. (Balter M. Epidemiology. Tracking the human fallout from ‘mad cow disease’. Science. 2000 Sep 1)
    3. Brucellosis (Malta/ Mediterranean fever): A detailed report states that, ‘Brucellosis is one of the most common contagious and communicable zoonotic diseases with high rates of morbidity and lifetime sterility as well as abortions., arthiritis, coughs, fever and neural problems. The infection of Brucella species is commonly mediated by direct contact with the placenta, fetus, fetal fluids, and vaginal discharges or byproducts (e.g., milk, meat, and cheese) from infected animals. The enlarged udder size (appearance of the 9th month of a pregnant cow) could be used as an indication for the high stage of the disease, where animals shed bacteria in urine, milk, and vaginal discharges. Brucellosis has been reported in 86 different countries worldwide and is a serious threat not only to livestock but also to human health globally. (Muhammad Zahoor Khan, Muhammad Zahoor Trop Med Infect Dis. 2018 Jun)
    4. Toxoplasmosis: Two forms of T. gondii are infectious, the tissue cyst which is found in raw or undercooked meat and the oocyst which is present in the feces of the domestic cat. According to research infection by Toxoplasma gondii is thought to affect approximately one-third of the adult human population.’ (Halonen SK, Weiss LM. Toxoplasmosis. Handb Clin Neurol. 2013)
    5. Eye/ Ocular disease: Studies in South-east Asia found that certain eye infections, Gnathostoma spinigerum are common in humans and due to ingestion of contaminated fish, pork, chicken, frog, or snake. Contaminated meat contains third-stage larvae, and upon ingestion, the larvae penetrate the viscera and travel to internal organs and subcutaneous tissue. (Daengsvang S. Gnathostomiasis in Southeast Asia. Southeast Asian J Trop Med Public Health. 1981 Sep)
    6. Parasitic Worms: Helminth is a general term for a parasitic worm. The helminths include the Platyhelminthes or flatworms (flukes and tapeworms) and the Nematoda or roundworms.  Larvae are contained in the tissues of the intermediate host and are taken in when a human eats that host, Clonorchis in fish, tapeworms in meat and fish, Trichinella in meat. (Wakelin D. Helminths: Pathogenesis and Defenses. In: Baron S, editor. Medical Microbiology. 4th edition. Galveston (TX): University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston; 1996. Chapter 87)
    7. Type 1 Diabetes: In a study on Casein milk protein and Type 1 diabetes among children, researchers presented evidence that A1 β-casein cows’ milk protein is a primary causal trigger of type 1 diabetes in individuals with genetic risk factors. (J S J Chia, J L McRae, S Kukuljan, K Woodford, R B Elliott, B Swinburn, K M Dwyer Nutr Diabetes. 2017 May). Another research on Type 1 diabetes in high risk children, doscovered that at three months of age, infants who had been fed cows’ milk had a significantly higher immune response to bovine insulin than did infants who received an alternative formula or were breast fed. (Gottlieb S. Early exposure to cows’ milk raises risk of diabetes in high risk children. BMJ. 2000)
    8. AIDS: In a report on diseases of wildlife and threats to human health, it is stated that. ‘the emergence of HIV is believed to have arisen from hunting of nonhuman primates for food in central African forests.’ (Daszak P, Cunningham AA, Hyatt AD. Clearly exploitation and killing of animals for food is a primary cause of some of the most deadly diseases in the world.

      Science. 2000 Jan 21)

    9. Rabies: While a risk of rabies transmitted to humans by dogs might have reduced, new research explains that, ‘human rabies transmitted by wildlife, mostly by bats is a risk to inhabitants in many countries. Transmission of rabies by vampire bats to cattle and humans was associated with forest activities in South America.’ (Belotto A, Leanes LF, Schneider MC, Tamayo H, Correa E. Overview of rabies in the Americas. Virus Res. 2005 Jul)
    10. Acne: Milk is meant to increase the growth of calves, it naturally contains growth hormones and anabolic steroids, detrimental to human health. Scientific research on Acne has found that a western diet being dairy rich contributes to acne. (Danby FW. Clin Dermatol. 2010 Nov-Dec;28). This may also explain the onset of acne in adolesence for most people and hence dairy as a causative factor.
    11. Eczema: In a study on egg and cows’ milk exclusion diet linked with antigen-avoidance, majority of children who avoided eggs and dairy and received soya substitutes instead of dairy benefited positively. (Atherton DJ, Sewell M, Soothill JF, Wells RS, Chilvers CE. A double-blind controlled crossover trial of an antigen-avoidance diet in atopic eczema. Lancet. 1978 Feb 25)
    12. Dermatitis:  In a study exploring diet and dermatological conditions of Seborrheic dermatitis (distinguished by dandruff, cradle cap, seborrheaseborrheic eczema, and seborrheic psoriasis) on 4,379 participants comparing vegetable, Western, fat-rich and frut dietary patterns,  the fruit pattern was associated with a 25% lower risk and the Western pattern with a 47% increased risk. (Sanders MGH, Pardo LM, Ginger RS, Kiefte-de Jong JC, Nijsten T. J Invest Dermatol. 2019 Jan)
    13. Skin Cancers: In a comparitive study between meat and dairy/ fat rich diet and a diet of fruits and vegetables including green leaves, the meat and fat pattern was positively associated with development of SCC tumors. A higher consumption of the vegetable and fruit dietary pattern appeared to decrease SCC tumor risk by 54%. (Ibiebele TI, van der Pols JC, Hughes MC, Marks GC, Williams GM, Green AC.

Am J Clin Nutr. 2007 May)

    14. Stress, Anxiety and Mood Disorders: A study comparing vegan, vegeraian and omnivore diets found reduction of animal food intake may have mood benefits. (Vegans report less stress and anxiety than omnivores. Beezhold B, Radnitz C, Rinne A, DiMatteo J. Nutr Neurosci. 2015 Oct)
    15. Schizophrenia: An international analysis found that a higher national dietary intake of refined sugar and dairy products predicted a worse 2-year outcome of schizophrenia (Peet M. Br J Psychiatry. 2004 May). Another analysis of twenty-two cross-sectional studies reported on the relationship between dietary intake of fruits and vegetables and psychosis. Of these 20 studies found lower vegetable and fruit intake is linked with psychosis and one determined that increase in this intake can reverse psychosis. (Aucoin M, LaChance L, Cooley K, Kidd S: Diet and Psychosis: A Scoping Review. Neuropsychobiology 2020;79:20-42. doi: 10.1159/000493399)

In short whether, physical health, infections or mental health, veganism and an elimination of all animal exploitation is not only tremendously beneficial from an ethical perspective, it is also as beneficial to human health and for the wellbeing of the planet as a whole.

The need to rapidly eliminate animal farming and expolitation of farm animals on an emergency basis cannot be overstated. Not only that we need also to stop needless domestication of animals or their use in farms, for entertainment, in zoos, as pets, as research subject, for animal testing, their use as slaves, or in any way that is unnecessary to leave them in their natural habitats, and to return earth to its natural state. Thirdly we need to switch to veganic farming methods and replace the use of animal products and manure entirely as soon as we can to heal our planet and eliminate suffering of both humans and animals.

  • Seven Human Lies Regarding Plants vs Animals

Seven Human Lies Regarding Plants vs Animals

For very strange reasons we have been taught massive lies since our childhood and all the way even as we grow up, we defend such lies by arguing against any new information and against our inherent common sense. This is especially true of arguments around our eating habits and sentience of plants versus animals. Should we continue to justify the mistakes of our ancestors and the system that insists we comply with what we are taught in schools or by parents? Or should we start thinking for ourselves and questioning those beliefs in a sincere way?

    1. Humans are Omnivores: Teachers receive training to advocate misinformation in schools, misinformaton that has been passed down for several centuries even though contrary to Darwin’s model of evolution. If we look at scientific evidence, it becomes clear that we resemble frugivores and apes in our appearance and genetic structure, e.g. teeth, digestive tract, body shape (refer to chart below). Is it really so hard to believe that we are designed to be frugivore more than anything else? Then how did the concept of Omnivorism get into our system? Omnivores in their wild state, such as badgers, opossums, skunks, bears and foxes hunt and eat the flesh of their prey without cooking, just as carnivores do. Humans on the other hand, conveniently commodify and factory farm animals and the ‘kill’ process is largely conducted privately without the consumer’s  intention or involvement, making them unaware of the emotions associated with the grotesque ‘process’. Humans also need to clean and cook the animal body parts before consuming them. Clearly this diet or lifestyle is not part of the ‘cycle of life’ and not what nature intended originally, but something Humans ‘chose’ or were fooled into following, against nature and against their own good judgement, thereby inviting deadly diseases and social disorders of violence that have curiously become acceptable in the matrix of society.
    82005409_126971075460798_7941323981171195904_o

    2. Plants are living too so eating plants is as bad as killing or exploiting animals: In truth plants do not ‘die’ for us to harvest their fruits and leaves…they are resilient and grow more if trimmed or harvested just like our hair. Secondly they don’t have nervous systems or pain receptors although they respond to physical input in an automatic way, thanks to the chemical process that help them sense stimuli. If you believe that harvesting carrots is painful to them, because plants sensing movement or responding to light and water is an evidence of sentience, then perhaps our motion detector gadgets,  thermometers, biosensers and fire alarms are sentient beings that feel pain too! Can you imagine how ridiculous our conditioning is? Animals however clearly exhibit pain due to nerve endings and respond by running away from danger. They also feel fear, pain, joy and sorrow, as they display emotions. Farm animals suffer from a reduced life span as well as lose their life if turned to food, quite unlike plants or fruits who simply grow back onto the plant. We certainly do not uproot and kill trees when we take an apple from it, however we need to kill the animal entirely to consume their meat. If vegetarian, we cause massive harm by breeding and exploiting birds and mammals, abusing the females sexually and consuming off their abused bodies which ultimately are slaughtered for meat after all that violent abuse, even as their males counterparts are incarcerated shortly after birth as they are useless to the industries. And lastly even if we believe that plants might feel pain, animals bred or slaughtered or exploited for food would intake a lot more plants to feed humans and wo.uld also consume significantly more resources such as land and water, and therefore we cause a lot more plant ‘mutilation’ or ‘death’ when we consume animal products than if we directly consumed plant produce. But arguments aside, even a child can tell us that chopping cucumber and chopping heads off animals feels very different. Infact if sensible parents do not wish to show graphic bloodshed and exploitation of animal agriculture to their sensitive children, it is even more important that they should not deceptively feed them animal products which are always the result of graphic exploitation, thereby ruining the moral, mental and physical health of children.

    3. Animals are meant to be eaten as our ancestors were hunters (pagans) and/ OR God put us here to rule the planet (book religion): Truth is our ancestors did a lot of wrong things, killing was one of them..hence we evolve not regress. Even hunter-gatherers are mistakenly believed to be primarily animal killers, when truth is hunting can mean ‘searching’ for something you need and does not necessarily reflect a desire to kill. Our ancestors as hunter gatherers often foraged for plant foods and other items they needed and might have built thier instruments for carving, art and craft, instead of merely for taking a life, except in self-defense in the wild ancient world. In any case we have now evolved to a massive extent and need no longer depend on rudimentary and brazen violence, regardless of ancient or spiritual traditions of nomadic, native or pagan tribes. If you don’t believe in evolution and think some God put us in ‘hell’ to help us rule over it..that sounds more like a devilish character turning us to demons by bringing us down from the plant-food world designed initially in the sixth day of creation as per book-based religious theorms. These Biblical texts clarify that the first ‘matrix’ was designed as a frugivore paradise or Eden and only after humanity’s deception, were we placed in a new matrix where suddenly the evil of slaughter was allowed after the creator destroyed earth on account of man’s evil nature. We have imposed our will upon the planet for a long time based on our belief that our ancestors and religious books teach us the right things about human superiority and it is time to step down from our ‘high chair’ of human ego that assumes we were created to rule the world and do as we will to other creature we consider ‘lowly’ or less ‘intelligent’. Even children may not be as intelligent as adults, therefore the ‘intelligent species’ argument does not justify our mistreatment or commodification of other animals, leave alone sexual abuse or killing which is what we are doing to innocent children of earth.

    4. We are supposed to be kind and compassionate to our own kind: Talking of human to human kindness, and human suffering in response to information about animal sentience and suffering is ignoble. Would you start arguing why activists who campaign for women’s rights or children’s rights do so when there are so many other issues to promote, and would you accuse them of not focusing solely on environment or economy instead of their chosen cause? So why do we get angry with animal right activists for campaigning for animal rights and liberty, unless it is strictly about pet dogs or cats and not farm animals whom we believe were ‘made for us’? Is fighting against animal rights advocacy, a sign of true compassion or merely a sign of hate and ego?  And why do we ask campaigners of animal liberation to ‘tone their campaigns down’, ‘suppress the evidence of graphic violence by not showing it’, ‘fitting into society’, ‘refraining from questioning beliefs or traditions’ and allow people to carry on participating in violence even as trillions of animals suffer and die constantly? Our belief that we should be nice to all people around us and be agreeable to all is a misplaced notion that agreements are a sign of love. Infact helping someone realize the truth and adopt a healthier, more affordable, more sustainable and less gross lifestyle is a sign of kindness and compassion to the human we are dealing with. At the same time we end up ensuring that we are not being biased towards our own species in vain disregard to the other millions we share this planet with.

    5. We can kill humanely: Is it possible to kill someone kindly? In case killing is humane would you like yourself to experience the humaneness of ‘domestic abuse’ and meaningless slaughter that farm animals are routinely and forceably subject to? If you think free-range is better, would you feel happy being shot into your head (baby calves), being bludgeoned to death on your head as an infant (piglets), or about being gassed alived in a packed gas chamber with other inmates (pigs and chicken), macerated alive soon after birth (egg industry hatchlings) or being killed with a massive slit to your throat (cows including pregnant cows with their unborn babies), because these are approved practices as per legal standards? Slaughterhouses claiming to be humane have been filmed and it is clear that animals are slithering and shaking in pain – moving their legs desperately till their last breath. Even if this was not the case and somehow the animal died totally painlessly, does it mean it is not violence or that a life was not taken unnecessarily against will from the victim? Would we humanely kill humans too as you say humane killing is good, if we can ensure they had a good life in free range organic farms. Even Jeffrey Dahmer the notorius serial killer treated his victims well before rape and slaughter and consumed their flesh. If this is wrong, why do we have double standards in our treatment of humans versus animals? If you would not want it done to yourself why support this crime against others just because they are do not share overt semblence to humans? The only reason is specieism which is an extension of racism and therefore a digression from spirituality.

    6. We need to kill to survive: The theorem behind ‘survival of the fittest’ has led us to believe that the more dominant we are on earth, the more likely we are survive, especially in adverse situations owing to lack of food. Truth is we are not on a desert island dying of shortage of plant food or defending ourselves from danger in the wild. Even if we were in those hypothetical situations, our instincts are not to kill but to escape. No-one sees an innocent animal and actually wants to kill . We do not have the urge to pounce on every moving being and crush them with out teeth and hands the way carnivorous creatures are programmed to. Our first reaction when we see a beautiful rabbit or bird is to admire their beauty and feel a connection. If there are some people going around on a hunting or killing spree by thinking that posing with the dead bodies of our victims make us look cool, it is all because of our mental training by the matrix that promotes sex, consumerism, fashion, power, money and humanism as values over universal kindness to all beings, and at the cost of our physical, emotional and spiritual health. Not only that, if the world went vegan, we would save humanity from extinction, counteract climate change, solve the problem of world hunger and food shortage, free up massive amounts of land and consume much less water, while improving the overall consciousness and sense of ethics in the world. Instead of killing we would grow food. Thus not only would we survive, but thrive, and so would the planet.

    7. Vegan and Plant Based Lifestyle is challenging or lacks nutrition: Whether for commercial, nutritional or convenience based presuppositions, we have seen resistances still being imposed on the average mind of humankind. We may fear that there will be commercial loss to existing businesses that depend on animal agriculture and feel bad for the exploiters and murderers who abuse animals. In truth these professionals can simply change what they are doing and be even more profitable if they have the will to do it and are guided clearly on how to. Most people buy into the myth that vegans lack in dietary nutritients which is due to a failure of our education system because we can clearly see that the strongest and healthiest animals are complete herbivores and frugivores, such as rhinos, elephants, whales, bulls and chimpanzees. The only argument people restate is that of Vitamin B12 which is derived from soil and the only reason both vegans and non vegans can be deficient in the same, is that we do not these days routinely consume organic vegetables straight from soil. Therefore farm animals are injected with or fed supplements of B12 just as plant foods are supplemented or fortified for us. Consuming rice, lentils, flour, vegetables and fruits is not only nutritiously rich, but also also cheaper and super convenient for every one of us, with the added health benefit of whole foods as compared to processed foods.

  • Five Ethical Issues of Animal vs. Human Rights

Five Ethical Issues of Animal vs. Human Rights

As children we all have seen beautiful animals being raised as pets by families around us and wanted to have a pet for ourselves too. Many of us have had the privilege of ‘owning’ a pet animal and regard ourselves as ‘animal lovers’ simply because we love cuddly kittens and dogs. But could there be something that we are ignoring when it comes to the rights of animals as compared with the rights of humans?

    1. Sexual Abuse: Females are raped or forcefully inseminated in pet trade, dairy and animal farms where they are forcefully restrained during the act for the sole purpose of monetary profit of humans. In the case of special or selective breeding they are often subject to forced incest with their own sons or close family members which also causes several genetic complications and creates health problems such as low immunity, cancer and early death, while unwanted or unattractive babies are disposed off. Female animals are found suffering in gruesome pain with the frequent forced intercourse and labor of bearing children repeatedly, not to mention the emotional agony of their babies being snatched away. Is it possible for us to allow human females and babies to be abused and sold similarly? Then why are there no laws against animal breeding, farming and trade?
    2. Animal Control and Strays: While there are thousands of strays suffering, hungry and maimed on the streets or dying in road accidents in many underdeveloped countries, in developed nations we see hardly any stray dogs or cats on the streets because they are simply caught and killed in ‘animal pounds’ by animal control officers if not found or adopted within a few days of being lost or abandoned. Animal shelters try to rescue as many as they can but quite often animals are treated as ‘easily disposable’ trash on our streets and killed as soon as possible unless adopted. Pets are also euthanized or ‘put down’ by vets quite easily whereas human euthanasia is considered questionable even in the most severe of cases. Could we ever consider culling of homeless or ill humans in the same way? Then how do we justify this being done to animals just to restrict their population or lifespan simply because they are of no economic benefit to us.
    3. Spaying and Neutering: Spaying and neutering pets is mandatory almost everywhere or at least considered essential for all pet ‘owners’, so much so that baby animals are operated upon even before they have ever had a chance of naturally growing into or exploring their sexuality. Natural intercourse and mating between animals is considered wrong whereas forced intercourse for human greed is considered normal. This itself is one of the most ironic and usually ignored ethical issue when it comes to animal rights. The only reason for this is the fear that we might have to take care of the babies of our highly ‘loved’ pets which creates the issue of abandoning those ‘excess’ babies that land into animal pounds unless we spay and neuter them and prevent them from reproducing any further. Could we think of doing these procedures of spaying and neutering to our own human children for the sake or birth control or population control? Then why is do we not treat our pets in the same compassionate way?
    4. Owning Animals: When it comes to humans we consider ourselves as free beings with the rights to our own independent life. However animals are treated as commodities for sale, as exhibits in zoos and as easy subjects of experimentation, dissection and animal-testing. We proudly call ourselves pet-owners as if it is our right to own another being. We have artificially domesticated animals by taking them out of their natural habitats to be turned into our pets or farm animals for our enjoyment and comfort. Use and abuse of animals whether as race horses, beasts of burdens, cows for milking, sheep for shearing, cattle for rearing, hens for egg laying, pets for trading or for any selfish purpose whatsoever is unethical, no matter how prevalent and widespread. Could we allow ourselves or our human children to be ‘owned’ by any other alien specie for any of their experiments or projects? Then how do we consider ourselves to be any less monstrous when it comes to the way we treat other species on earth?
    5. Slaughterhouses: The biggest of all crimes in the world happens not anywhere around us but on our dinner tables everyday. We slaughter animals as if they were vegetables or fruits growing on trees and are ‘meant’ to be eaten. Because we purchase these slaughtered animals at the butchers or from supermarkets, all sliced and wrapped in packets, most children do not even know that there was immense bloodshed and pain in the making of their ‘happy meals’. We are responsible for lying and hiding facts from our children just to keep them eating the same things that we have been programmed to eat by our parents. Someone rightly said ‘if slaughterhouses were made of glass, everyone would turn vegan’. Yet, we vehemently protest when vegans try to post videos or pictures of what goes on behind closed doors of animal factory or farms even as billions of innocent animals are gruesomely murdered day after day simply to feed the taste-buds of the majority who refuse to open their eyes. This by itself is the single most demonic act that makes us the most evil specie on the planet. When we have strict laws and religious commandments preventing murder or killing of humans, then how come our laws have failed miserably when it comes to animals?

Let us ask ourselves, ‘how can we go to any kind of ‘heaven’ or be one with any ‘God’ by simply following a certain faith or beliefs or merely through rituals, prayers and meditation, unless we become kind and compassionate to all creatures ourselves?’ Mainstream religions have so far made us believe that the ‘Creator’ considers humankind to be a special race or species who is allowed to dominate earth and control or abuse land and animals at our will, yet common sense tells us that the Creator is One with all beings and not partial to human specie. Would we ever be able to actually be in the energy of the One True Creator and be able to manifest a kind and compassionate universe instead of being slave to regressive beliefs that have only led to tremendous suffering and degradation of our planet?
