The best advice you will ever receive is to align with your true self or nature in mind body and soul. Please follow these guidelines:
– Love your body, mind and soul by adopting the right ways of meditation, thinking, behaviour, intuition, nutrition and lifestyle.
– The essence of Healing is about
1. Physical health (Earth energy),
2. Emotional health (Water energy)
3. Moral health or good karma/ actions (Fire energy)
4. Mental health/ peace (Air energy)
5. Spiritual health/ right beliefs (Soul energy).
All 5 elements of nature/ Vedic philosophy need to be in harmony with your highest good.
– Your food as a frugivore ape *(humans are a type of great ape) – is colourful fresh fruit and raw vegetables. Schools and medicos are wrong in teaching us lies that humans need animal products as omnivores. We are not biological omnivores who eat animals raw. Animal products harm us hugely.
*** I am Vegan and whole plant based for over 12 years. I always prefer to eat mainly raw plants for optimal health.
– No drugs, toxic things, alcohol, clutter, stress, unhygenic things, or unhealthy junk food. Never things that disturb your chakras. Keep your chakras aligned with your highest good. I help with deep chakra healing and therapy.
– Wiccan Rede: ‘If it Harms None Do What Ye Will’. Don’t harm yourself or other sentient beings is the only guideline. No other religious commandments are necessary. Completely reject any religious beliefs that are fabrications of lower consciousness and mess up your mind, body and soul by way of fear and obedience. No external individual called God/ Allah or person has created the infinite natural universe. Nature is the Goddess or Creator. Energy creates reality.
– Peace, abundance and happiness are within you and not something to search for everywhere else. Stay safe from meaningless and useless relationships or abuse that take away your time and energy. No sexual relationships, friendship and dating with multiple lower vibrational or unconscious people who do not know what self love ❤️ is. Value yourself. Love yourself.
** I am celibate for over 7 years and free of abuse, narcissistic people, psychopaths, machiavillians, energy vampires and demonic beings who give you trauma.

– You are Magickal. Your subconscious and conscious vibrations create reality. Never let anyone else tell you otherwise or harm you.
