    The Meaning of Positive

    We often use this term Positive and its counterpart Negative

    What do we really mean by positive and negative?

    “There is nothing good or bad – but thinking makes it so.” How true is this statement?

    Is it necessary for the world to have a balance of Positive and Negative, Good and Bad?

    Is black and white, dark and light, bad and good the right terms to use for Negative and Positive?

    Is Yin and Yang the same as Negative and Positive respectively?

    Is ignoring or suppressing negative energy the right thing to do?

    How can we really be Positive? By saying positive things alone? Or is there something else to it?

    Today let me clear all these doubts.

    Positive and Negative, just like plus and minus are two aspects of energy.

    At one end is the plus or positive energy.

    This is energy that helps us progress on the chosen path, towards our life purpose.

    At the other end is the minus or negative energy.

    This is the energy that takes us away from our chosen life purpose or path.

    What is our life purpose? This is for all of us to individually ascertain via meditation and intuition.

    It is necessary and urgent that you discover your life purpose now.

    Without it you will not even know what is negative for you and what is positive for you. Bring some meaning and direction into your life. You can take a reading or consultation for intuitive guidance with an expert if you are unsure of how to arrive at your life purpose. Numerology, astrology, tarot, angels and gods/ goddess will help you in this quest.

    If you are just going about the daily chores of mundane life without looking within to find your life purpose you are wasting time and this is definitely negative energy as it is blocking you from going on purposefully on your life path.

    Good and Bad, Positive and Negative are therefore things that support or hinder your life purpose. 

    It is necessary that you manifest Good and Positive things and Banish Bad or Negative things. Things can be good or bad, positive or negative for you and this is relative as far as your individual life purpose is concerned.

    As a soul group or for mankind or earth as a whole, we also have a divine purpose or mission. Therefore there are good and bad, positive and negative for us as a whole too. Universally good and bad exist clearly as Love, Joy, Happiness vs Hate, Sorrow, Unhappiness. Choose to Harm None.  It is not just thinking that makes it so. Its not all relative. There is universal good.

    It is not necessary for the world to have half bad and half good energy. There can be a supremely positive world. There is. This is called Satayuga where everyone is true, ethical, positive and magickal. There is no fear or harm in this world. This happens when everyone is fully awakened and conscious and this is possible. Let us find this within to manifest it around.

    By the word ‘balance’ we do not mean a balance of good and bad, positive and negative. Balance of Yin and Yang, dark and light refers to the Invisible and Visible aspects of reality – namely Spirit (Yin, goddess or dark) and Matter (Yang, god or light). This does not refer to bad and good at all. This only means that where there is matter there is also spirit. Matter being the visible side of reality experienced through our senses and Spirit being the ethereal or subtle vibrations of the inner world. Balance means that we are in tune with our spirit while being in matter form – that we are directed by the Spirit or Divine self in all our activities in material world. This is one hundred percent positive and good in every way and there is no place for negative or bad in a world which is in balance.

    So how can we Banish the Negative and Manifest Positive?

    First – Your intentions need to be divinely guided. Take an oracular consultation from a spiritual healer and intuitive expert or find your inner divine guidance after doing adequate inner work. This will help you define your purpose and choose the right intention. This also defines what is negative or positive vis-a-vis your life purpose.

    Second – You need to banish all those energy vibrations that take you away from your divine and noble life purpose. Remove Tamas or inertia or negative behaviors. Thoughts and words are only some of those vibrations that you need to work on. Banish negative from all sources including the books you read, the movies you watch, the food you eat, the objects you keep, the things you think about, your feelings, your desires and of course the words you use as well.

    Third – You need to manifest and amplify positive energy vibrations that help you attain the divine balance of Spirit and Matter, Yin and Yang, Goddess and God. Bring in Sattva or  goodness with purposeful energy and actions. Choose positive books, movies, foods, objects, thoughts, feelings, desires and affirmations.

    This is the meaning of healing.

    Spells are a wonderful way to create this change inside and around you.

    Spells are ways to banish the negative and manifest the positive. Spells are done only after proper intuitive consultation.

    Once you cast a spell you set the wheel of your life in motion, in congruence with your Sattvic or True and Positive life purpose.

    Wealth and Spirituality

    Is material life the enemy of spirituality?

    Are you being tempted by the Devil if you choose wealth as a goal?

    Shall we all abandon all wealth and monetary goals to simply focus on meditation, healing  and inner-work?

    Should all spiritual work be charitable in nature?

    Will the practice of spirituality interfere with your worldly success or career path?

    Can you really have wealth while being spiritual?

    Is it safe for you to switch over to a spiritual career now, or should you keep doing your regular job which pays your bills so far?

    Is it bad to desire wealth, happiness, beauty and love when there is so much poverty, unhappiness and misery in the world?

    These are some of the questions that you may have asked at some point of time. It’s almost like a part of you is in the material realm while a part of you aspires to rise above and perhaps even does at times. With one foot on earth and one in the sea, there is a need to find some balance…. some way to integrate…. to attain peace within yourself.

    So let me focus on those of you who have been riddled with these issues and questions so far and help you choose what is right for you.

    Like the characters called Agents in The Matrix (movie) there are things that might have blocked you from total spiritual awareness. These are not really enemies but those gatekeepers who are there to test you and your faith in yourself. Once you are ready you can not only dodge their bullets, you will find that you do not even ‘need to’. These agents are your own inner blocks of ignorance or fears and none will remain if you are self aware.

    Ignorance is a block to spirituality. If you are aware of spiritual truth you will realise that all that is material is indeed connected to and in-fact created by the spiritual. It is a bondage to the illusion of materialism and not material life itself that is your blockage. You falsely believed that material world is unchangeable and you have no power over it. This was your blockage. You believed falsely that you were a victim. You believed falsely that because circumstances and situations in your childhood or past lives were limited or limiting to you. You had lacks, poverty, helplessness and slavery so far and believed them to be your blocks, your limitations – they were not. Your circumstances and situations can no longer be blamed for your bitterness, anger or sorrow. You are and always were in-charge of your destiny, with absolute and total control over any situation or circumstance. You just did not KNOW that till now.

    With the awareness that you are the creator of your material life, you can create a beautiful life. Surround yourself with those material things that link you back with the spiritual. Instead of showing off brands that fulfil your ego or status needs you will have loving and empowering objects full of magick and power in your homes and offices. You will go for high energy, good vibration foods, clothing, décor, jewellery – not just for taste or thrill or showing off or looking good, but because of the way they reconnect you to the inner truth and help you stay aware and joyful. Fresh, organic and healthy foods, comfortable, ethical and magickal clothing, magickal crystals, meaningful décor or art, feng shui and magickal arefacts, sacred amulets and talismans can all remind you that material and spiritual life are now being integrated in your quest for oneness.

    The Devil is nothing but ignorance of inner spirit. When you are without meditation, without inner silence, it is easy to believe that the outer physical world is all there is. When you look within, you discover that the God or Goddess or Universe is truly inside you and everyone ‘else’ is actually part of the inner self or Spirit which is truly one being manifest as all of us – both things and people around. The Devil is the temptation to stay in the illusion of physical reality.

    If Wealth be you only goal ever in life then yes you are in the clutches of the Devil and have no idea what you are truly here for on earth. In you quest for wealth you may go after things that harm your soul, reduce your inner power and make you more and more vulnerable to unhappiness. Drugs, smoking, alcohol, sadism, self destructive behaviours, unethical ways of earning or living, unhealthy sexuality, abusive relationships, harmful behaviours, terrorism, religious fundamentalism, oppression and suppression of those who mean no harm are some of the extreme manifestations of ignorance or Devil.

    There is no need to be angry or upset when you see someone earning well or being wealthy. Stop thinking that people who ask for a nice sum of money in return of products or services are fleecing others. Every time you pay someone for some product or service do it with joy and thank the person who is giving you that product or service for helping you and serving the divine self. Do not complain, crib or bargain as this reduces the value of what you are trying to have. You will be always be blessed with multiple times greater wealth than the amount that you are parting with because material life is a creation of the spirit and there is infinite wealth that can be yours at any point of time. Do not feel limited and give with all your heart to those who are giving you something of value in return. Do not say that you cannot afford something you want or do not have the money for it. When you imagine you have more than enough to give you will indeed draw to yourself more than enough provided you do feel deserving of that which you are trying to have.

    True wealth is inner wealth and with this outer wealth can be created easily with the power of positive karma (inner and outer work). However for those who are born with a good amount of material wealth but lack spiritual awareness, outer wealth depletes too and they are reduced to beggars eventually. It is a positive and abundant state of consciousness therefore that one must acquire instead of going after outer wealth alone.

    Wealth can be created through any positive work, inner as well as outer. It need not be only through the practice of spirituality as a full time career.

    You are on the right path if you choose your goal to be your true life purpose – seeing your life purpose as something that gives you inner joy and helps you help the divine self in its expression. Wealth will be just one tool to help you grow and multiply your efforts to create something good on earth. This does not mean that all of us should only choose to be spiritual healers for career. You may be an accountant who chooses to help earth by helping people work with clear financial plans and honesty, thereby doing a lot of good to earth. You may choose to be an air hostess who helps travellers feel safe and well looked after and therefore does a lot of good on earth. You may be a millionaire businessman giving employment and bringing to consumers products and services that make life easier and happier for the world and definitely you too are doing a lot of good on earth. Being in a meditative state helps you perform any of your tasks better and more purposefully. You can be completely present in your job or business on a day to day basis as you serve your inner god or goddess through your outer work as well as inner work.

    We are always serving the divine as all of us are parts of the great divine self. Anything we do to help each other is a divine work. The moment you gain awareness about how your being here is part of the universe’s good and divine self you will then earn and create wealth without guilt. Wealth can therefore be your goal but not the ultimate goal, only a way in which you can live better and work better for the benefit of our world.

    If you are serving other beings of nature (not just humankind) you will still be rewarded with true wealth and happiness in return for nature always gives us magickal powers, support, love and joy as rewards for taking care of its children. By working for clean environment, green trees and healthy animals, we are creating a healthy world and a happy world to enjoy. There is no point in having a lot of bank balance and real estate if there is no fresh air to breathe in, if you cannot take a walk in a beautiful forest or garden from time to time, if you cannot hear the chirping of birds, the rustling leaves, the murmuring waters, play with cats, marvel at beasts and befriend a familiar.

    Spiritual work need not always be charitable. Some spiritual workers might not feel comfortable asking for charity and might want to be fair and clear in their dealings of all giving and receiving plus prefer to pay their full taxes as well.  

    There is no need to be afraid while making a switch from your mundane jobs to a spiritual healing career in case you are truly ready to perform this task on earth. If there is any fear of whether you will be able to sustain yourself or pay your bills, your fears are truly baseless. You need to check whether you are truly ready yet for it is necessary to be self realised and at least healed at a basic level before you try to teach or heal others.

    You can have wealth while being spiritual. It’s just that usually spiritual people do not feel the need to accumulate or hoard wealth. They are simply not very insecure and truly less needy. The universe is our bank, the universe always has infinite resources and the universe is within. When we need something and only if we need it, we surely manifest it. We feel little or no need to show off wealth or to acquire more than required material possessions as we are happy to have what feels right. We do not need to have a huge bank balance to save for a rainy day as we are always safe and secure from within and we simply will not manifest a ‘rainy day’ unless it is raining happiness, love and abundance.

    We feel glad to see others happy, well to do, honest, loving, fulfilled, beautiful and healthy as we realise that all are parts and aspects of our own inner divine self. If there are any signs of poverty, misery or sorrow in the world, it is just a sign that we need to create more awareness and spread spiritual truth around for this is the only way to liberate and help the world.

    WICCA: The Most Positive and Rational Religion Today

    Most of us are born into a religion of some sort.

    We grow up learning the faith that our fathers and forefathers followed – sadly without being offered much of a choice. Having no choice over your faith is a dangerous thing. Faiths evolve with time. Today we are much wiser than we were yesterday. Faiths must be allowed to transform.

    – Some faiths may have so far made people believe in an image or idea of God as an outside force controlling your life. This is now changing.

    – Some faiths may have been unscientific – they opposed any latest discovery – insisted that the stories of world creation and genesis as written in their texts is the final and literal truth. They promoted blind and sometimes wildly hilarious beliefs (or in other words – superstitions) about immaculate conceptions or woman born out of a male rib. They basically disregarded nature and natural laws entirely, holding divine to be something above nature and beyond laws of nature. What could be further from the scientific truth! Today we see that science is being respected and no longer taken as enemy of faith.

    – Some faiths made people follow and worship a leader whose history can not be traced clearly and who could be just another mythical being, just a parallel to an ancient god who had a similar cycle…of birth, death, transformation like The Sun gods…yet promoted as a factual person by the faith leaders and textbook writers of that faith. They insisted the book is historical – it may not have been entirely so. People followed all over the world – what may be just another version or parallel of the natural or pagan gods of ancient folklores all over the world. We are now opening to that possibility.

    – Some faiths make you believe that sexuality is sinful and virginity is divine. No longer does the modern human need such dogma.

    – Some faiths blatantly discriminated against women – gave them no opportunity to hold religious leadership in their institutions. Their role in the religions they followed was subservient to that of the male clergy. Only a male held the highest ran. No reason why – but it was the tradition in these medieval faiths. Change is the need of the hour.

    – Some faiths were downright oppressive to women, not even having them choose what to wear. For instance an athlete who had to wear shorts was made to feel ashamed just because she is a female and has to hide or cover her body in their religion. Women still chose to follow such faiths – mentally brainwashed for centuries. This cannot go on forever. One day women are sure to come out of their self imposed chains. It could be now.

    – Some faiths may have promoted – directly or indirecly – anger and violence against those who are not part of your religion – by way of inquisitions, mass witch hunting, stripping, abuse, burning or drowning of those who refused to follow the male dominated faith. These burnt and murdered people may have done no harm, yet accused wrongly of conspiring with the devil. Ironically the devil was never even worshiped by pagans, witches or people of the old faiths. Pagans believed in personified images of nature – both the yin and the yang, dark and light, male and female depictions of nature as coexisting without any contradictions. Mass murders in the name of faith were still done and misinformation was spread widely putting witches into disrepute in the dark dark ages of untruth – Who was the real ‘devil’ here is anyone’s guess.

    – Some faiths may have preached intolerance, hate or destruction against those who are non-followers, eg , religious wars or crusades to convert people, destruction of ancient pagan temples and relics and building of churches an mosques in their place – stealing the sacred places of ancient power – especially where ley-lines or energy grids of earth converged. Placing saints and angels in place of ancient pagan gods and goddess of similar names and magical powers. Borrowing ancient nature based customs and disguising them as the festivals of their faith – trees and eggs decorated meaninglessly without any reference to ancient spirituality anymore being one of the proofs today of the hidden undercurrents of paganism oppressed but not discarded to make the medieval faith more palatable to the ancient folks who were converted to the medieval monotheistic faith.

    – IRONICALLY – these faiths were the first ones to spread malicious stories about witches being bad ugly women with warts eating children up!

    This is something that had absolutely no rational basis but was just negative fairy tale imagery being taught to children….. why? – to make them closed or blocked to their rational wisdom and the natural magickal witch/ wiz power that is within them – but sadly inactive for life. So that kids so far remained dull in their intuition and grew up to be mere followers of medieval oppressive faiths with no imagination or magickal power.

    The dark ages of ignorance are hereby over.

    Now it is my duty and privilege to inform you about WICCA

    – A modern religion that believes that we are the creators of our destiny – through our karma (physical or mental action)  we create our futures. We are magickal in every way and no outside force is controlling us (at least not without our latent approval). We have complete indisputable power over our life. We are Witches or Wizards – wise folk who know how to follow the right karma and create the right destiny as per the laws of nature and the code of ethics (harm none – for what you do comes back to you).

    – A rational and scientific religion – that believes in nature – visible, observable natural phenomena (even the hidden parts of nature are valid scientific phenomena and can be energetically explained and observed in Wicca as vibrations that are sometimes not discernible to the five limited human senses but can be read by the extended sensory perceptions of E.S.P. or intuition AND by higher level science which is being developed today). Celebrating equinoxes and solstices and moon phases as cycles of nature – with symbolic references to myths and mythologies, instead of celebration based of assumed life, death and struggles of some person questionable as true history. Celebrating harvests and seasonal changes in nature. Knowing that all myths and mythologies, all gods and goddess are essentially symbolic in depicting natural cycles. That basis of all faiths is ultimately nature and its personification in the form of deities all over the world today and throughout history – this is a fact.

    – Wicca is one religion in which you are not asked to blindly follow any book or sacred text or any idea of a historical or mythical person. You are not even asked to follow a past leader of Wiccan faith – without properly reasoning, questioning and understanding everything you choose to believe in.

    – A faith that celebrates our bodies, our physicality, our sexuality as equally sacred as our spirit. After all through physical existence the spirit rejoices and experiences life.

    – A religion where a woman can hold the HIGHEST position in the religious institutions. Have you ever seen a High Priestess in the popular medieval religions that have so far had maximum following all over the world? Perhaps not. Here in Wicca a woman is given that respect – owing to her wisdom, the way she can guide, teach, help others in their spiritual understanding and their daily lives – as an Oracle, a teacher of the mysteries, a channel. A man can be a High Priest in Wicca too. Both genders can share the highest honor and head Wiccan temples or institutions.

    – A religion in which female versions of higher self or goddess forms are equally sacred as male versions of god. There are no special do’s and don’ts exclusively for women and they are allowed respect as human beings – no matter what they wear – without taboos. In Wicca a woman will be respected even naked – as a sacred goddess and not made to feel ashamed. After all no other specie in the world is ashamed of the body or regards body as just a sexual object. Those who harm, abuse, rape women are the ones who are wrong – not the woman who has as much right as a man to dress as she pleases.

    – Wicca is a faith in which you are first taught to take the Wiccan Oath – follow the Rede or code of ethics – “harm none – do as ye will”. Have you ever seen such a positive and straightforward guideline of conduct preached in any other religion – possibly not. They may have an incomplete list of sorts – …Do not lie, Do not commit adultery and so on…but not the simple fact – harm none…which covers everything. Basically this is the only faith that tells you to uphold only the purest intentions – not just through physical acts but mentally also – you are taught to not wish anyone ill. This is a magickal religion that recognized that karma is also inner or mental and not just a physical one. Where else can you find this level of ETHICS except in Wiccan faith!

    – The Wiccan faith is not against any other faith. We are just happy to be. Every faith has the right to exist – but everyone MUST have the right to choose their faith. Imagine people not having the right to choose what they believe – having no control over their own minds. Wicca does not and shall not promote mind-control. People must awaken and be self-realized and self-enlightened. That is why in Wicca we have meditation and spells – not just blind prayers made to some external power believed to be able to help you. We know ourselves as the universe. We are creators. We manifest ourselves – our inner power creates outer world. We believe in Magick.

    We can see that right now people are all awakening, arising and opening their eyes…to the Divine Truth within themselves. And that is why the time for Wicca is NOW!

    You have and deserve to have a choice of what to believe in.

    If you are an enlightened master, you have found the faith that resonates with you – Wicca is yours.

    As enlightenment spreads more and more people are accepting the faith of Wicca – where all paths and religions melt and fuse as one and where all universal faiths are converging today as one global, rational, honest and truly spiritual sacred system, with harm to none – SO MOTE IT BE!

  • Meditation – The Rise of Your Witch or Wiz Power

    Many people feel the need to learn meditation at some point of time.

    For this they go to ‘gurus’ and try to follow various techniques and styles of indian yoga with breathing or kundalini or some asanas …or western guided meditations …or tibetan chanting…or Reiki work… to name a few.

    In my opinion most of these people end up practicing various techniques of energy work that are very much on the surface level, but they have no idea what is meditation.

    I have seen people who have spent years in certain gurus ashrams but still have NO idea how to meditate.

    I have also gained training from several teachers of meditation, most just scratched the surface, some went deeper – NONE were truly magickal…and most of you are left struggling – somewhere out there on the surface – to find your way inside yourself.

    If you really want to meditate please do the following:

    – Stop thinking first

    really that’s difficult for most people but it is possible through training

    You need to totally relax your mind and enter a state of thoughtlessness

    You need to bring your mind under your control.

    Most of us were so far controlled by our minds. We thought all the time and that too without any will power over our thoughts. We were lost in the jungle or matrix of out thoughts, feelings, desires, health problems, emotions… and we got enmeshed and trapped in them. The ‘lower self’ ruled us. This is that part of us which made us feel like a ‘victim’ or our ‘poor self’ who is going through all the troubles of life, without any power, without any magic at all – we believed that to be us. We thought God was some invisible force controlling us from outside. We thought planets may be ‘controlling’ us. We thought our tarot cards were deciding our lives. We thought miracles were created by a force outside our control. We thought intuition is something that comes from outside to some chosen Prophets only. We were unable to access or channel the higher messages of the spirit who is the creator – God/ Goddess inside us. We thought we never can and never will be like Jesus – the son of God, or Krishna, or Rama, or Muhammed, or or whatever we believe to be worthy of following. We thought we need a messiah or savior – someone outside us who will come and make everything alright for us – for the world.

    We were wrong!

    Really all the above thoughts were put into your head through false and wrong types of religious or spiritual conditioning, from people who were brainwashed themselves through various group hypnosis they received in their institutions.

    To make matters worse, these unenlightened people taught you to fear your magickal self. To be afraid of spells, to think witches are horrible and witchraft is a dirty word. They taught you to relinquish your power and to be unwise (unlike a Witch or a Wiz who is wise). How else could they have got you to follow them. You were to be a follower… not your own leader. Because you were taught to mistrust yourself.

    If you were unmagickal so far its because no-one so far taught you how to really meditate because they themselves had no idea. You did not have the right guidance at all. You were asked to think, believe and adhere to somethings as a part of your faith or spirituality.

    Part of this was a belief that – because its bad to do spells or magick – you have no power over your thoughts, your emotions, your life and your situations.

    Now – when you learn to stop your thoughts at will you can then learn how to create the right thoughts as per your will. This will be the beginning of the rise of your Magickal power. You will stop being a hapless victim of circumstances and start being a Wizard or Witch.

    Meditation is the way to the Spirit which is the highest self – the inner self or the God/ Goddess or Consciousness. To think about inner self, God, Consciousness or reading about it, or listening to a Guru talking about it such as in a class, lecture or ‘satsang’ is not the same as really meditating on your own.

    Meditation is something that can only be done if you are meditating. Someone else can only guide you to the gate and you will have to walk through it and attain freedom from your mind.

    You will find that you are not just your thoughts. You are not just your body, breath, identity….You will begin to know who you are – Know Thyself – that is meditation.

    You are the creator of your thoughts, the creator of your feelings, the creator of your body, health, personality, character, life…

    This can be intellectually understood by you as you read this text but to really feel the power of your inner self – kindly meditate.

    Here is a technique that I teach in the Global Wicca Tradition:

    1. Close your eyes. If any sounds, thoughts, feelings or sensations are felt, just observe them – watch them come and go. This is called Observation state and also ‘Vipassana’. Do this for a few minutes…Hold on and go further as you are still not meditating….

    2. Next, draw your focus slowly to your breath and observe just your breath. This is Breath Observation or Anapanasati. You are getting closer to meditation but not there yet…. You are still focused on the surface or outer level experience of breathing.

    3. Slowly draw your attention INWARD across various levels. This way you are realizing that you not bound to the outer world. You are the observer so you are beyond it. You then observe the observer. This is called Witnessing. This happens across the following levels:-

    a) Firstly this means going through and beyond Earth level of self or your physical universe. Your surroundings, your body, breath, sensations are physical in nature. You get detached these – you just observe it ….and then you Witness it by observing the observer or yourself. You begin to know who you are. You are turning from a particle to a wave form now. Your world is less and less fixed and solid and more and more mutable or changeable.

    b) Then go into and beyond Water – or your emotional universe including your feelings which sometimes we wrongly believe to be helpless about. We can observe our feelings, know that we are beyond them and we can create or balance them. You no longer are a victim of your depressions or negative feelings. Now if you see yourself – you will find that you are an energy wave and this energy wave is getting to look more and more subtle and ethereal.

    c) Then go into your Fire or desires – are you just a victim of desire – or are you creator of desire. You can choose what is right. You can desire the good and un-desire what is un-useful. You are no longer a victim of habit, wants, egos or needs. Your energy wave becomes finer and more controlled.

    d) Then go into your Air or thoughts – you create your thoughts – they don’t just come to you. Your mind and your state of mind is in your control. You are no longer a victim of anxiety, panic, worry, stress or restlessness. You are in-charge of your thoughts. You as an energy wave are now more and more clear and pure and subtler.

    e) Finally you go into your Spirit self. You find that you are no longer an energy wave. You are the source – the creator of your own energy wave. You find your inner self – the creator. You create yourself – your entire self. This way you can   influence your entire body, mind, feelings and desires to be what you want. This means you create your Astral, Karmic or Causal nature at one level. And at another level you realize how what is Inside is creating and constantly the world outside. You are your Miraculous, Magickal self – with every single possibility in this entire universe being carried within you RIGHT NOW – like a seed which is empty but has everything stored invisibly inside. You can choose the possibility or the energy wave you wish to create right now and it will happen. This is the beginning of Magick.

    Christmas Trees, Holly and Mistletoe, Santa….Everyone celebrates Christmas with these, but few realise the true and ancient significance behind their celebrations.

    Ever wondered why this season is so Magickal and why wishes are fulfilled now more than ever?

    At Global Wicca Tradition we are celebrating this season as YULE.

    Yule is the Winter Solstice (peak of winter), when night is longest and day shortest. Celebrated in end of December each year it represents the symbolic death and re-birth of Sun (as days will grow longer again soon after).

    Wicca is a modern religion based on pagan (ancient) nature worship. Wiccan magick is based on the invocation of ancient nature powers (gods and goddesses) that form the basis of all modern religious beliefs.

    Tree worship by decorating evergreens is also part of ancient pagan ritual kept alive in the modern world. Evergreens – Fir, Holly and Mistletoe all are symbols of eternal life. This is the real reason why you decorate a Christmas Tree and use these symbols.

    Its time people understood the true symbolism and significance of Yule as it helps us return to nature and eco-friendly life.

    The Old God of Winter (symbolised by an old bearded man) dies and is born as young again. He brings joyful tidings of Yule to one and all and is the Wiccan or ancient equivalent of both Santa (old god) and Christ (newborn sun).

    While God represents the Yang (masculine) external or visible aspect of divinity the Goddess is the Yin (feminine) inner hidden aspect of Divine – she is the Divine Energy (Shakti) one who gives birth to God or consciousness (Shiva). All mythology… of Vishnu, Osiris, Christ, whether Greek, Egyptian, Hindu or of any religion….all has roots in this ancent pagan and scientific Truth – that energy and consciousness (also called goddess and god) are the creators of the universe.

    Yule represents the return of light in darkness or the rebirth of consciousness. As we approach 2012 we are approaching a moment of great spiritual awakening in the world which is the theme of this year’s Yule celebration.

    As Yule stands for re-activation of consciousness, it is also a time for wish fulfillment and magick spells (spells are scientific – energy based formulae to activate our inner god and goddess power to manifest our highest good).  Your consciousness when awakened will help you learn how to work with Energy – the vibrations that compose every atom and subatomic particle – the vibrations that constantly create the illusion of solid or material life. You and your entire life and world is all composed  of vibrations….and you can craft yourself and your whole world by altering vibrational patterns…this is the science called Witchcraft.   • The Alchemical Gold in Magick and Wicca

    As I write this I have just conducted a little Alchemical ritual at the Earth Healing Temple of Global Wicca with a few initiates and guests at Magick and I felt that everyone who attended had some marvelous experiences.

    Alchemy as many of you are aware is the mystical quest of transforming base metals to gold (our lower nature to the highest self) with the philosophers stone that can turn lead to gold (actually the wisdom through which the self and any situation can be perfected) and the elixir of life eternal with miraculous healing powers (the true meaning being one of spiritual healing and freedom from karmic cycles of life and death) being popularized by movies and literature.

    There are three stages to the Alchemical healing and transformation.

    The first one (Nigredo or blackness) is the stage when we release ourselves from the darkness of ignorance, inertia or Tamas.

    Darkness is the absence of awareness, not necessarily the absence of light. Human beings have limited physical senses and there may exist several vibrations that we cannot perceive with those five physical senses. Human eye observes only matter because our receptors sense the light that reflects from the material into our eyes. Other species of beings may have different perceptions than us. What appears as darkness to us may actually be something that they can see and they can sense. What we truly need is deeper awareness and more extended sensory perceptions in order to truly make sense of the universe. We also need more understanding and wisdom to apply this awareness and knowledge in the right manner.

    When I was associated with the TV show – The Chair that had focused on spirit communication and healing, I was invited to a TV show in which scientific persons argued passionately with me regarding how spirits do not exist because we cannot see them. Truly it is interesting that a being scientific we can lack the understanding that there are millions of vibrations in the universe and the human senses are not attuned to perceiving each and every one of them. Dogs and cats often see many things that most humans may not. Bats and dolphins perceive vibrations that humans are unable to catch. A truly scientific person will actually appreciate this point. There was also a talk of why the spirits could  not be captured on camera. If you understand my previous point it naturally follows that ordinary human cameras are designed to capture ordinary vibrations that humans can perceive. Sometimes we get signs in pictures and videos of astral presence, however it is not easy for ordinary cameras to capture the same intentionally. Aura cameras have succeeded in capturing part of the astral energy fields of living beings and this is a remarkable achievement. However the truest and deepest awareness of subtle vibrations can only be felt in your heart and soul, something that a machine may not be able to replicate fully. The first stage in alchemical healing therefore is release ourselves from our limited perceptions and ignorance.

    This also helps us be aware of the vibrations we unconsciously carried within us for so long. Feeling, emotions, thought patterns and beliefs that were fear based and false are to be released. These may have escaped our actual awareness because often we get stuck at ‘positive thinking’ and really do not heal ourselves emotionally, astrally and spiritually which may be the requirement. The alchemical change begins with this.

    Around nine years ago in 2002 a black cat became my familiar. I had experienced the passing over of my father while continuing my practice of Wicca. The black cat evidently created phenomenal transformations in me healing me of any sense of mourning or loss and restoring my psychic energy, reminding me of the great unknown that I need to discover.

    The Nigredo as a stage in alchemical transformation also includes Rajas. That means moving from a state of inaction or lethargy to action. Lack of actions, laziness and procrastination is as important to banish as ignorance. Recently a raven that was no ordinary crow appeared at the doorstep of my Temple at Magick.  Still very young he was left there by someone who had tortured the creature and left it outside. The raven healed really fast after medication and energy healing. He found his family and vanished within a few days. Once again I felt deep transformations in the Temple. The entire aura of the temple was cleansed and purified. I felt that the energy and motivation in me amplified while negative energy was repelled from the doorstep of the temple itself very spontaneously. Those who did not want to work and perform their duties out of dullness just couldn’t stay.

    I have found that since the beginning of Magick, any kind of negativity just cannot remain for long there in the Earth Healing Temple and even if people get negative thoughts or intentions regarding the temple, or become disinterested or jealous, they are automatically expelled and healed till they can return and rejoin. I rarely have to perform a banishing spell as the energy of the temple at Magick is strong in itself.

    The second stage in Alchemical transformation (Albedo or whiteness) is to be reborn as a pure being of light or Sattva. We need to replace the darkness with our magickal awareness. Part of this stems from the fact that all the things and situations around us are the reflections of our inner self. The inner unconscious negativity manifests in the form of outer negative energy. Banishing is truly about releasing all that is negative within us, even if we are fighting demons, defending against black magic or exorcising evil. All the time it is our inner self that is being restored to balance. This balance truly comes about when we become empty of all negative energetic baggage that any person, situation or experience may have generated in us. We are now pure as light. We are filled with positive thoughts, feelings and beliefs. We forgive all others as every thing and everyone is an aspect of the supreme self who manifested in our life to teach us lessons. We thank everyone who has hurt or betrayed us knowing that it has only helped us learn how to remain a pure being in-spite of their negativity.

    We also learn how to attract and manifest only positive vibrations henceforth while being free of the influence of any negative energies, no matter how strong they be. Incidentally my familiar changed to a white cat when I was going through this change two to three years ago in end of 2008 at the time started Magick. I also had a vision of a white owl followed by a peacock in deep meditative dreams about a year before this. A peacock often indicates a stage in alchemical transformation when the white light within us splits into an array of all possible colors indicating our truly infinite nature and the innumerable possibilities existing in our multiple universes or parallel realities. You may gain psychic powers of several kinds. It is truly the nature of ‘maya’ being revealed to you. Of course it is not an end of your quest but only a new beginning.

    The third stage of Alchemical healing and transformation (Rubedo or redness/ gold) is when we become one with the golden light that we truly are. In this we are moving beyond Tamas, Rajas or Sattva to be at our highest possible state of consciousness.This is the alchemical gold that has been elusive to so many seekers.

    In 2009 when I was traveling I had a deep visionary dream of going underground to a goldmine. There were several people sitting on the cart that had to enter the mine but all of them fell off except me. A voice spoke to me and told me “you are now very very close to the alchemical gold”. The days after that have been totally transformational, professionally, personally and in every way.

    I felt this work was not achieved in days or months or even years, perhaps this energy comes from beyond time itself and is present with us always. The gold we seek is truly within each and every one of us. However we get distracted by the outer gold in our environment instead of seeking the inner gold.

    I felt practical results of my own deep alchemical transformation largely because all my prayers and wishes since 2004 have largely been centered on being an enlightened person who does good in this universe.

    I highly suggest that you pray and cast spells for deeper change within you than to merely seek prosperity, fame or romantic love, or to banish curses and evil on the outside. Those spells will be useful for the beginner in Wicca.

    The Global Wicca Tradition is however beyond this. Especially in the third degree of Global Wicca studies. A true mystic knows the value of seeking your own divinity – which is found not in ego, desires or neediness, not just in thinking positive or repelling negative, but in being beyond the positive and the negative which is the ultimate truth, to be absolutely free of all maya or delusion.

    As the Bhagvat Gita says,

    tribhirguṇamayairbhāvairebhiḥ sarvamidaṁ jagat |
    mohitaṁ nābhijānāti māmebhyaḥ paramavyayam || 7.13||
    The World deluded by these Three Gunas does not know Me:
    Who is beyond these Gunas and imperishable. (7.13)

    When you become nothing you attain everything. Then you realize the play of the universe was just a dream and you remain aware and enlightened at all times, unaffected by the positive or negative, being your truest self always. You do not ‘become’ God or Goddess, you are in permanent awareness that you are. This gold is indeed free of any pollution and always shines on.

    If all this sounds glamorous to you, like something you could impress others with or gain fame from, this inner gold will elude you. It is found only by those who free themselves of all these attractions and seek the alchemical gold for the highest purpose contained within your self.

    Any initiate who joins the Earth Healing Temple (attaining Clergyhood or Priesthood) is meant to seek this true gold within.

    Becoming a Wiccan, or adoption of Wicca as your personal religion is for anyone who is inclined and is freely available through your own study through books websites and other random sources including free membership to the Global Wicca Tradition.

    Initiation however is a sacred path only for those who are truly here to serve the goddess and be active in the higher mission of Earth Healing as a serving Clergy in the Temple. Anyone can be a Wiccan but not all need be an Initiate.

    An Initiate is a thoroughly trained and certified Wiccan healer and Priest(ess) of the Temple who works closely for the betterment of the Temple and for completing its sacred mission of Earth Healing.

    It was recently observed that several Initiates and students fell out of the temple, being tested time and again for their integrity and commitment. Most Wiccans were wary of dedicating the time and energy for the course. Some wanted but did not even make it till the first lesson, some fell out during the course and some after attaining the first degree or after initiation, because of their false belief that initiation is for their personal gain alone and that they need not give any service to the Temple. I often ask Initiates to reconsider their Clergyhood at anytime they feel their commitment wavering.

    The Alchemical gold is not for everyone to find, and The Global Wicca Tradition is for the true seeker and the true mystic who is free of vice or corruption and who becomes a pure channel of Earth Healing Magick.

    What is Wicca:

    WITCHCRAFT AND WICCA:

    A witch can be any kind of magickal practitioner such as a Reiki witch, a Feng Shui witch, a Candle magic witch, a Shaman witch and so on. Any human with magickal powers is arguably a witch and I must declare that we ALL HAVE magickal powers…its just that not all of USE it. With the rise in global consciousness more and more of us are realizing that we create our reality and this is leading to the popularity of Wicca as a modern religious belief system.

    Wicca is a totally specific religious system.

    History of Wicca:

    Religion is shared or organized spirituality.
    The Wiccan religion began as a group based practice of spirituality
    when Gerald Gardner wrote rituals and initiated witches into what is
    known as Gardenerian Wiccan Tradition. Similarly other traditions came
    up over the world to initiate more individuals into various forms of
    Wicca. Each Wiccan tradition is based on their own unique ways of
    practicing the Wiccan faith.

    About the Burning Times:

    About the notorious practice of witch persecutions and the Burning Times, I do not think Wiccans were burnt at all (the religion of Wicca is
    more modern in timeline while the burning time was medieval. The
    classical period of witchhunts in Europe falls into the Early Modern
    period or about 1480 to 1700 while Wiccan religion is coming up in the 21st century itself). Alleged witches are said to have been burnt
    ….though it may have included random people who were believed by the inquisitors to have used magickal powers were punished. Wicca is popular at a fabulous period of human evolution, where we are all accepting that we have free will and can affect our future with harm to none and for the best interest of all concerned. There is no longer a fear of our own inner
    self. We have begun to love and accept the witch we all are.

    Solitary Wicca?

    You can be a Solitary Witch…but can you be a Solitary Wiccan? There is confusion or doubt about whether you can still be called a
    Wiccan if you are not a member of any tradition. In the absence of awareness or access to a Wiccan tradition that resonates with them, some people do fashion themselves as ‘Solitary Wiccans’ inspired by the writings of authors such as Scott Cunningham and may not be initiates of any tradition though they pick up knowledge from here and there and this
    is what was happening so far in India.

    Being a part of a coherent tradition helps you gain clarity and focus on  as your spiritual path and the Global Wicca Tradition headquartered in Mumbai helps you in this with free membership to anyone who wishes to follow the Wiccan faith as well as official initiations for Qualified Wiccan healers on offer.

    Wiccan Traditions:

    Wiccan Traditions can have one of more temples of Wicca and the Global
    Wicca Tradition has started a few temples such as the Online Temple which is free for public (for Online Rituals), Earth Healing Temple (for rituals held in physical location) and a Children’s Temple of Wicca too has just begun. Members who choose to study and learn Wicca need to pass from one to three degrees of Wicca and can choose to be initiated as a priest or priestess of the Tradition (addressed as Clergy) enabling them to take up Wicca as a career offering ritual services to the public with support and backing of our tradition.

    The Global Wicca Tradition (www.globalwicca.com) is newly launched and is the first of its kind to originate in India. We believe in the scientific basis and practical applications of Magick for the benefit of nature (humans seen as part of nature). Global Wicca incorporates deities, gods, goddesses from all over the Globe from several cultures and religious beliefs into their rituals…. in a Wiccan way, making it suitable for people regardless of religious backgrounds and belief systems.     Remember if you are a student of Wicca you may want to study under at least one tradition or another else you may not get a clear understanding and may remain a dabbler as most solitary ‘Wiccans’ remain.

    To be initiated into one tradition you may be required to study under their system and being a student of one may not automatically make you eligible to join the rituals, practices and to take up initiation of and into another Wiccan Tradition.

    You will find that each tradition is different in ideas, philosophy, leadership, structure, ritual systems and beliefs and you may be a part of one or more tradition if they so allow. In the case that you are associated with more than one tradition, you will have to switch between two differing practices of Wicca as you go from one tradition’s events to another.

    Most Wiccan traditions do however share some common beliefs and practices.

    Basic Wiccan Beliefs:

    • Belief in magick, i.e. we all create our reality and can choose our future consciously.
    • Belief in the five elements of nature: Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Spirit as the five building blocks of creation aid in magick
    • Belief in Deity being both Gods and Goddesses as well as a universal deity that is all encompassing
    • Belief in Karma, or Law of Three (All energy you send comes back to you multiple times of three till you learn the lesson). The core code of conduct in Wicca is a simple and rational one: “Do as You Will as Long as You Harm None” – referred to as The Wiccan Rede that protects you from doing harm to others and yourself. (Just following the Wiccan Rede does not make you Wiccan as Wicca includes several philosophies and practices that need to be learned)

    Wiccan Practices:
    The practice of Wicca includes Rituals (ceremonic rites) celebrating
    the wheel of nature (Seasonal Sabbats and Esbats), and spells
    incorporated within Wiccan Ritual format for various positive purposes
    such as abundance, healing, removing negativity and so on. Here
    different traditions have their own Ritual and you may follow your
    tradition’s format.

    Wiccan Healing as a Professional Service:

    Wicca is not just a method or technique. It is a religious belief
    system. To be a Wiccan is just like being a Hindu, or Christian and so on…it is a religion. (Media, to whom being a Wiccan comes across as a unique thing, sometimes mentions me as simply as ‘Swati Prakash – a Wiccan’ when truly I am a Wiccan Healer, a leader, an expert)

    As a qualified Wiccan Healer, one can surely use the energy and skills for the benefit of the rest of nature.

    You can ask our tradition’s Clergy members to perform ritual services for you (for individuals and for groups). These can be performed by a single clergy member or a group of clergy for greater energy.

    What is Magick but your life,

    its the discovery of your wings, the joy of your being and the lightness of your heart…

    Magick is  the person within you who is as pure as a child,

    as powerful as a goddess and as natural as nature itself. 

    Magick is always within … the Spirit, Love and Light 

    You can see it in the dawn of the day and in the moonrays that shine upon you to reveal your truest self

     You are already a magickal powerful person

    always conscious, always incharge, always aware,

    as wise as a witch and as kind as an angel…

    Magick begins when you be yourself,

    not what you think you are but who you truly are
