    Hindu religion is a deep spiritual philosophy and not a religion of ritualism alone. This is why a true Hindu would always be Conscientious, Ethical, Vegan and focus on manifesting an Awakened world.

    According to Hindu philosophy, this world is a dreamworld or the Matrix, where consciousness is creating and enjoying reality crafted through the many delusions of the mind. There are three main aspects of the Self that are honourable and sacred or Divine. These are both male and female and not just a masculine Lord.

    Hindu Trinity (Three Aspects of the One Multidimensional Self) or The Three Wise Men/ Women

    Brahma/ Saraswati (Creator)
    Aham Brahmasmi, is a realisation that we create our own reality as Brahma (the creator who is within). By going within in meditation, through knowledge, Saraswati or stream of consciousness) channelled through mindfulness we can realise who we are. We start seeing how reality is generated through our mind and changes with our thought processes magically.

    Vishnu/ Laxmi (Dreamer)
    Vishnu is the name given to the dreamer of the Matrix or Samsara, a world which is illusion. He or She takes several forms or Avatars with focus on ethics and with magical powers to destroy evil and keep the dream healthy and positive. Krishna was noted as the most recent Avatar (incarnate manifestation) of our One Higher Self. His core teaching is of Karma (Right Action), with Ahimsa or Non violent behaviour being a basic component of Sattvik (truth based) lifestyle, beliefs, and yoga as the key to Dharma (religion as a sense of moral behaviour) in order to deliver us from evil.

    Shiva/ Shakti (Awakener)
    Shiva is the awakened form of the higher Self or Divine who is omnipresent as our consciousness that shapes our universe through Energy or Shakti, and can destroy the dreamworld and help us in awakening. He brings down the sacred river Ganga (purifier of sins) to cleanse the evil of ignorance and demolish sinful behaviour and protect others from poisons of evil while remaining unharmed due to highest levels of consciousness.

    But while we live in a dreamworld there is tremendous suffering and stress here, especially to the weak, exploited, and vulnerable beings on earth, and earth is Laxmi, the spirit of beings who are reaching out to God or Goddess for help.

    But where is He or She?

    In a Dream, where is the dreamer?

    It is believed that Vishnu takes many forms in every age, including several Earthly forms of animals such as fish, tortoise, boar and human, to save Earth, from Demons or Asuras who are interested in exploitation, immorality, and abuse of the earth and bring about catastrophe, destruction, violence and abuse.

    There are four main ages of Reality

    The Four Yugas Cycle

    *Satya-yug or the Age of Truth where majority of humans are good, ruling over and controlling evil.

    *Treta-Yug, the time period when three quarters are good but the rest evil.

    *Dwapar-yug when half is good and half evil.

    *Kali-yug, with majority being evil as prophesied by Krishna who would like to reappear as Kaalki who ends the Kali-yug (dark age of untruth or unconsciousness in the Matrix), where we exist now.

    Who is Kali, of Kali yug? It is not goddess Maha Kali. It is a dark demon Kali who is pictured with a sword and tongue out, keen on Slaughter and destruction of poor and innocent beings and causing all forms of global diseases, epidemics, violence, climate change, greed, corruption, and end of the world.

    The main cause of all this is Animal Farming which occupies over 80 percent of global farmland, giving majority of crops to farmed animals who are bred to be abused and killed unnecessarily to deliver only 18 percent of our calories and causing poverty, hunger, land shortage, food shortage, draughts, floods, tornadoes, apocalypse, water shortage, greenhouse emissions, deforestation of millions of trees daily, and tremendous unnecessarily cruelty and suffering.

    While Hindus are generally against cruelty and slaughter, and avoid meat or eggs, some do not care, but yet most temples avoid animal meat and dairy (except for those who conduct violent sacrifices which are usually banned and opposed by the majority).

    I would like to discuss why it is necessary to also avoid Dairy in temples and in daily life, besides other animal products such as animal meat, chicken, fish, eggs, honey, leather, animal skin drums, wool, silk and other forms of abuse such as horse riding, elephant chaining, bull festival, use of animals in cosmetics, personal care products, cleaning products, medical science, entertainment or sports.

    1) Ahimsa versus Himsa/ Hinsa

    Please note in the past we were not aware of Dairy cruelty. It is not Ahmisa to use Dairy. Dairy is Hinsa. Hinsa means Violence or Abuse.

    Dairy abuses cows and goats, buffaloes, yak, other Dairy cattle by forcing them to be impregnated via artificial insemination in a graphic way. It then abuses babies by denying them milk, keeping them away and in most cases killing them on birth or a few weeks after feeding them soya while greedily taking away milk meant for baby and giving them to humans who do NOT need it.

    2. Satvik versus Tamasic

    Only infants need milk and that too from own mum. Please note Dairy is Tamsic based on ignorance and greed. Tamas means ignorance. It is against the teachings of Krishna.

    3. Dharma versus Dharma

    Dairy is Adharma not Dharma. Adharma means immorality or lack of righteous conduct, while Dharma is moral behaviour, with a sense of duty.
    It is against Hindu values or Sanatan Dharma (our eternal duty) to be cruel and partake in violence.

    4. Cow Care versus Cow Slaughter

    After a very shortened life span due to diseases, exploitation and milking, mastitis infections and huge udders caused by greedy Dairy industry that cripples them, cows give up and die or are lined in slaughterhouses to walk to their cruel graphic murder for beef and leather industries which is an offshoot of Dairy. What sort of a Hindu could tolerate cow slaughter, you would think? Sadly some Hindus latch on to Dairy, averse to any new ideology by being stuck to old habits inspite of being advised about the horrific cruelty of Dairy industry. Even in the best of farms such as high welfare organic free range farms or Iskcon farms, it is impossible to continue consuming dairy by billions of humans as there is no place to breed and house so many cattle, and they are invariably abandoned, sold, transported, and slaughtered.

    5. Unscientific and Unnatural

    When we humans are natural frugivores from apes and no specie of animals ever consumes milk from another species, why do we exploit, harm and control the life of poor cows and other cattle unnecessarily for something non essential? It is unscientific and unspiritual as well as unmistakably cruel to use or promote Dairy.

    6. Purity versus Unhygenic Bodily Secretion

    Not only that Dairy is terribly unhygenic, after all it is a body fluid and secretion made of the blood and fluid of the mother’s body, with urinary and fecal contamination, and often laced with antibiotics due to which we get antibiotic resistance. It contains animal hormones as well as the stress in the animal releases toxins into the product of severe abuse and a life of sorrow. The vitamin b12 in animal products comes from supplements given to or injected into animals when we can get all nutrients easily from plant based sources.

    7. Disease Healing versus Disease Causing

    Most humans are Dairy intolerant and also we all regardless of sensitivities, do suffer Diabetes due to it and Heart diseases, Cancer, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Depression, Varicose veins, Asthma, Autism and several diseases that are reduced by elimination of Dairy.

    8. God’s Will versus UnGodly Behaviour

    Do you think that if there really is a God, Goddess or Higher Consciousness, they are interested in humans worshipping idols in temples over and above the pain and trauma of the billions of poor victims who are heartbroken and tortured in slaughterhouses due to Dairy, Animal Meat and other Animal Products and Farming?

    There is no good in a society made just for human ego, human prosperity and human entertainment, if thousands of animals of other species are standing in slaughter line every second.

    Infact those promoting Dairy, Animal Meat, Eggs, Honey, Leather, Wool, and anything involving Forced Impregnation and Slaughter are Asura or Evil Demonic entities and inhuman, not Godly and certainly not Devotees of Ram, Krishna, Kalki or Maa.

    9. The Solid Action to be Taken

    Kindly ban Dairy from your rituals, lifestyle, and discourses and teach truth. Kindly watch leading documentaries such as Dairy is Scary, The Land of Ahimsa, Maa Ka Doodh and Unholy Cattle of India free on YouTube as urgently as possible.

    Kindly be sensitive to ethics, health needs, and different dietary requirements and intolerances and promote Veganism as a basic foundation of Ahimsa.

    10. Plant Based Alternatives

    When every alternative is present in the form of plant based milk, tofu paneer, plant based curd, plant based cheese, plant based cream, and they taste the same, there is no justification of not using them instead of Dairy.

    11. Sensitivity to Vegan Community Members

    Sadly, some Hindus deliberately add Ghee, instead of plant based oil, Dairy instead of plant based milk or plant based cream or plant based yogurt in food, even after being requested to use plant based substitutes. They seem to show no empathy, or respect for Vegan diets, sensitivity to Vegan members or Vegan values and any interest in adherence to principles of Non Violence.

    12. Sensitivity to Emotions

    You would expect all humans to be highly emotional and alarmed at hearing about violence and cruelty of Dairy but they seem to take no interest and do not respect the person giving them vital knowledge, and the immense suffering of the animals killed and abused for them. This is hurtful to those of us who are sensitive and emotionally sound. It is normal to feel upset about abuse and violence. It is not normal to ignore it, or condone it, and partake in it.

    13. Respect to Activists and Educators
    Many humans seem unable to pay any attention especially if the person educating them is an unknown person, not rich or famous, not a person from a high office in society or if activists are females, as some humans seem to only respect male gurus and swamis dressed in turbans and robes, quoting scriptures.

    14. Respect Depth of Philosophy
    Many Hindus in kali-yug seem to be interested in rituals, taste, pleasure, religious old fashioned rites, decorating and worshipping of idols, prayers to idols, socialising with and pleasing human society members, catering to their ego, and on their cultural pride. Even in satsanga the focus is on humans being blissful and connected to Imaginary Visualised Forms (artistic impressions) of various gods or Goddesses rather than in actual behaviour and values of everyday life. This needs to change. Hindu cosmology is a deep realisation that our mind is a creator and we can definitely cultivate good habits to replace untruths, Delusions and Grandeur and be established in kindness, virtuous behaviour and generosity towards all beings, not just human beings. When we worship forms of Divine as earth Goddess, Hanuman or monkey God, Ganesh or elephant god, fish, tortoise, boar and human avatars as equal, then Hinduism can never be a speciesism based philosophy. It needs to be based on the soul of universe and not just human faces and human greed or gluttony.

    Holy books of various misogynistic religions with their scriptures are often believed to be the words of God or Angels, but in reality could they be derived from a Satanic God or demonic fallen angels? These archaic and misguided books of Hell are popular around the world as the foundations of the religions that oppress women, children and animals terribly.

    These are internationally accepted religions, respected all over the world. Curiously more than 56 percent of the human population is either Christian, Jewish or Islamic and regards the texts as holy texts. What is hard to understand is why anyone will ever follow any of these books or their religions! We have already examined a few pages of The Holy Bible and how it might be not from a true God but a Satanic system of control in the religious Matrix.

    Just like other religious scriptures before it, the Noble Koran too seems to dish out numerous Satanic laws enumerated in Koranic scriptures of murderous Mohammed as below, some might say under the influence of Hashish (plant based narcotic), as I am being informed by some masters telepathically.

      Chap 5, 95. O you who believe! do not kill game while you are in pilgrim sanctity. Whoever of you kills any intentionally, its penalty shall be a domestic animal comparable to what he killed, as determined by two honest persons among you—an offering delivered to the Kaabah.
      Chap 5, 3. Prohibited for you are carrion, blood, the flesh of swine, and animals dedicated to other than God; also the flesh of animals strangled, killed violently, killed by a fall, gored to death, mangled by wild animals—except what you rescue, and animals sacrificed on altars; and the practice of drawing lots. Chap 5, 96. Permitted for you is the catch of sea, and its food—as sustenance for you and for travelers.
      Chap 6, 142 – 146. Among the livestock are some for transportation, and some for clothing. Eat of what God has provided for you. Eight pairs: two of the sheep, and two of the goats. Say, “Did He forbid the two males, or the two females, or what the wombs of the two females contain? And two of the camels, and two of the cattle. Say, “Did He forbid the two males, or the two females, or what the wombs of the two females contain? Say, “In what was revealed to me, I find nothing forbidden to a consumer who eats it, except carrion, or spilled blood, or the flesh of swine—because it is impure— or a sinful offering dedicated to other than God. For the Jews We forbade everything with claws. As of cattle and sheep, We forbade them their fat, except what adheres to their backs, or the entrails, or what is mixed with bone.
      Chap 16, 5-8. And the livestock—He created them for you. In them are warmth and benefits for you, and of them you eat. 6. And there is beauty in them for you, when you bring them home, and when you drive them to pasture. 7. And they carry your loads to territory you could not have reached without great hardship. Your Lord is Clement and Merciful. 8. And the horses, and the mules, and the donkeys—for you to ride, and for luxury. And He creates what you do not know.
      Chap 16, 14. And it is He who made the sea to serve you, that you may eat from it tender meat, and extract from it ornaments that you wear. And you see the ships plowing through it, as you seek His bounties, so that you may give thanks.
      Chap 16, 66. And there is a lesson for you in cattle: We give you a drink from their bellies, from between waste and blood, pure milk, refreshing to the drinkers.
      Chap 16, 68-69. And your Lord inspired the bee: “Set up hives in the mountains, and in the trees, and in what they construct.” Then eat of all the fruits, and go along the pathways of your Lord, with precision. From their bellies emerges a fluid of diverse colors, containing healing for the people. Surely in this is a sign for people who reflect.
      Chap 16, 80. And God has given you in your homes habitats for you, and has provided for you out of the hides of livestock portable homes for you, so you can use them when you travel, and when you camp; and from their wool, and fur, and hair, furnishings and comfort for a while.
      Chap 22, Hajj, 28. That they may witness the benefits for themselves, and celebrate the name of God during the appointed days, for providing them with the animal livestock. So eat from it, and feed the unfortunate poor
    2. SENSELESS RITUALISM: Prayer directions, holy months, ‘improper vs proper ways of killing animals’ (as if killing can anytime be a proper thing to do).
      Chap 2, para 149. “And wherever you come from, turn your face towards the Sacred Mosque. This is the truth from your Lord, and God is not heedless of what you do.”
      Chap 1, 185. Ramadan is the month in which the Quran was revealed. Guidance for humanity, and clear portents of guidance, and the Criterion. Whoever of you witnesses it,shall fast it.
      Chap 1, 196. “And carry out the Hajj and the Umrah for God.”
      Chap 9, 36. The number of months, according to God, is twelve months—in the decree of God—since the Day He created the heavens and the earth, of which four are sacred. This is the correct religion. So do not wrong yourselves during them.

Neither their flesh, nor their blood, ever reaches God. What reaches Him is the righteousness from you. Thus He subdued them to you, that you may glorify God for guiding you.
      Chap 40, 79-80. God is He who created the domestic animals for you—some for you to ride, and some you eat. And in them you have other benefits as well, and through them you satisfy your needs. And on them, and on the ships, you are transported.
    3. REVENGE: If Someone Sins against you, You also Sin against them, because that is what God would do?
      Chap 2, para 178. O you who believe! Retaliation for the murdered is ordained upon you: the free for the free, the slave for the slave, the female for the female. Chapter 3, para 4, God is Mighty, Able to take revenge.
    4. RELIGIOUS TERRORISM: Fighting and battle all in the cause of God, to terrify and convert people
      Chap 1, para 190. And fight in the cause of God those who fight you; Chap 1, 191. And kill them wherever you overtake them, and expel them from where they had expelled you. If they fight you, then kill them. Such is the retribution of the disbelievers. Chap 1, 193. And fight them until there is no oppression, and worship becomes devoted to God alone.
      Chap 1, 216. Fighting is ordained for you, even though you dislike it. But it may be that you dislike something while it is good for you. Chap 1, 244. Just Meditation is Not the Cure: You want to be sensible and not behave like a ‘mata’, a hugging ‘maa’, or ‘sadguru’ who speaks big things about how to ‘meditate’ if someone abuses you sexually or physically or to ‘hug them’ and praise them and ignore their negative traits. It will not work. To meditate yourself while someone is hitting you, raping you, hurting your children, killing animals – is simply idiotic. You do not cure a problem by allowing it to be there physically and escaping into a false imaginary world (purely mentally) at the same time. Your efforts to detach from negativity need to be realistic and not just imaginary. You need to ground yourself in a new reality altogether with your real feet first in the place you should be, a safe place, or send victims to safety in a sanctuary or refuge. Do not be afraid to say no to evil things. Do not sing, dance, laugh, make music, love or light with the Devil who tries to harm you and stays all around you or ivades your space or life. Shield yourself for real. Do not socialise with evil ones.
    3. Request Friends, Family, Coworkers, Public to Report Crimes Promptly: At times victims are killed and it is too late to report anything, therefore report abuse at first instance itself. Sometimes the victim is mentally ill, not aware of how to report crime, is fearful of asking for help, unable to be independent, too controlled, weak, unconscious, too young, disabled, or needs help, Your friends and family members may be hesitating to report crimes even if they witness them. Your partner’s friends and family will obviously help him instead of you even if they witness crimes and they are wrong (if they are also evil). Hiding crimes and whitewashing the fence instead of cleaning up the inside part is a common social evil. People say ‘do not wash your dirty laundry in public’ and they want to maintain ‘family honour’ and not bring shame to family members by exposing domestic violence. They want their social or corporate image to be in top shape when on the inside cowrokers suffer. They want to look good on facebook and linkedin and not take a stand but to post nice images. You need to break this evil practice and tell witnesses to report what they have seen, heard or felt as honestly as possible with evidence such as audio-video recordings, pictures or witness statements to police or court. This needs to be done fast else after a few months no action will be taken and danger will increase, for example in UK the authorities incharge will not take any action and close matters stating it is 6 months past time limit or historic. Medical evidence from professionals is often very necessary because authorities at times do not listen to verbal evidence. As far as animals are concerned vegan organisations can help promptly at times.
    4. Cut Cords Emotionally and Physically: Mere mental cord cutting by imaginary strings of energy or ‘false light’ is useless. These new age exercises are just a tool to enhance your will power but they may not help on their own if you merely call out on Archangel Michael to cut your cords, or imagine cutting cords in your aura or chakras mentally, or send light into your aura to shield yourself. You may be with Lucifer instead of any real angelic liberator if you are merely with imaginary light. All this mentalism works briefly or temporarily to make you feel better. You need to do the REAL inner work, to not be emotionally all smiles and mushy about the partner who is abusing you, read up on what is abuse and how the victim is controlled or puppetted emotionally. The strings around you are emotional ones that keep you physically entangled and mentally confused. You also need physical distance, you cannot be in bed with them and imagine detaching mentally and think it is enough. You need to break free at all levels. Similarly if you have non vegan friends, family and partners who abuse animals daily do not be attached to them. Tell them it is wrong and if they wish to be close to you, they need to stop being criminals, non-vegans or abusive psychopaths who lack empathy.
    5. Be Negative about Negative: You are told a common lie – ‘don’t be negative’. You are taught to be loving, kind, compasionate, full of light, towards evil beings and to bless others who harm you and many other innocent victims. You are wrongly asked to think positive about THEM. This is a deception. Your new age spiritual gurus or masters and all these fancy authors are misleading society. If something is negative it is negative. If someone is behaving negatively it is THEY who need to be positive. You need to see things as they are – negative as negative, positive as positive and respond appropriately. Be happy only if there is something to be happy about. If things are bad, you need to feel it, use your senses to detect negativity by feeling it. Then get out of there. Do not say false affirmations about how ‘everything is perfect and everyone is great’ by Hay House style books that make you mentally okay with all kinds of evil. Be ‘not okay’ with what is actually not okay. Be unhappy about negative things and happy about positive things only. Visualise actual change to manifest it.
    6. Use Judgement: You are being taught semi-spiritual lies about how not to be ‘judgemental’. Judgemental means to rush to a false judgement. To actually judge something exactly the way it is is not ‘judgemental’. You need to judge the behavior that is wrong as wrong. Be clear on your ethics and moral values. Have good sense of discretion. Do not be mixed up that exercising good judgement and ‘judging’ other’s behaviors are bad. You need to be a good judge about what is good or bad using basic common sense most of the time. Do not trade opinions for facts. If you see for a fact that something wrong is going on, for example animals being killed, abused, children and women being abused, please judge these things as evil and culpable. This does not mean you are judging the person, only that behaviour or pattern of behaviour as a crime. if they have learnt how to be good and at present moment are doing nothing wrong and have no bad tendencies then stop judging them for their past. But for your protection detach from them if you see they are the same or not agreeable to set things right or if patterns are ongoing and likely to return especially because risk can be too high if you have experienced horrific abuse from them already.
    7. Karma is Your Action: False light bearers will say – leave it to karma, let someone get their own lessons in their own time. This is the Matrix talking. Recognise the deception. Karma means your own actions, not something around you. The abuser’s bad behavior is their bad karma. Not taking actions is also a bad karma if the harm is likely due to inaction against the crime. Your karma is to do the right thing and protect yourself or seek support as early as possible as a victim. Other person’s karma if evil needs to be stopped by them or by relevant authorities or by intervention. Do not repeat a past mistake to end cycle of your karma of continuing to be in a bad relationship. It will not be a new lifetime or other dimension where the perpetrators will learn anything by way of a return of the karma through the universe (eye for eye, tooth for tooth). That system is simply a wrong one. You need to be clear and teach that evil is wrong, and stop the evil as soon as detected. That is real karma or spiritual lessons, not waiting for any divine being from outside to teach karma or give lessons to you or others in future life. Karma is an inner job, go within yourself and do the right thing, and stop the wrong if you are capable.
    8. Stop Victim Shaming and Blaming: When a victim reports what they are going through, stop saying, it is your fault it happened, to blame them for using self defense to protect themselves, to blame them for triggering anger or abuse or to say they have manifested it somehow due to their ‘low vibrations’. Also to say they are suffering because of previous bad karma is negligent and can cause more PTSD or even suicide of the victim. Let us say a female or child complains to you that they have been raped or hit, you should not respond by diagnosing that they were rapists or abusers in past life and are now being attacked so that they know how karma works and how it feels to be raped or abused. A simple example is an animal being slaughtered or sexually abused for breeding and their child killed for meat or dairy or eggs – this actually happens to billions of victims evey year just for eggs, cheese, butter, milk for tea or coffee, dairy sweets or chocolates, and all this is heinous criminal offense against the victims and it is definitely not their fault as the victims are far too many in mumber. We must not assume that each of them was working in slaughterhouses in past life or a non vegan consumer, because humans are only 8 billion and animals killed annually year after year exceed 150 billion per annum.
    9. Astrology, Numero, Mumbo Jumbo: You know that astrology works only because it is a program of the matrix system. All occult and magic is inherently a program. Your planets and stars controlling your life are mental holographic reality constructs. They are not responsible for your life. Praying to them does not help except in an imagined way. Saturn is not responsible for your problem, it just corresponds to it, correspondence is not causation. These systems show you the patterns of the matrix, are diagnostic, and not helpful beyond merely introspecting and understanding your situation. Spells and positive thinking works only because your mind is working, not the planets. If you have been in the wrong and have been harming someone, prayers to planets or gods or handwriting analysis or changing numbers of name, or feng shui is not the cure, change yourself. If you are a victim, in tht case an illusion of occult subjects to change things may not be the immediate solution, however helpful magically through intentions.
    10. Prayers or Chants: A common thing in the world of healing, therapy and general life is to suggest prayer, meditation, devotional chants, hymns, angelic music, and spells or mantras. To say devotion, worship, singing praises of Gods angels, the God of Israel, the God of this or that religion will be the best way to stop black magic, psychic attacks, demons or anything else attacking you, is also strange because this means the animals in slaughterhouses who do not have access to those religious tools, techniques and religious gibberish have no way of manifesting freedom. This is an unjust system of Satanic lies that a narcissitic God, deity or universe or some angel will redeem, save, deliver or help you if you believe and have faith and if you are devotional or very loving to that deity. If that deity was a real benovelent and Omnipotent being who can chieve anything or send help to anyone, why would he listen only to his or her believers or admirers unless he was a narcissist. He or she would help each victim promptly with his or her Omniscience and love. We as humans need to fight evil and act in solidarity using our will power. The religion or deity is irrelevant.
    11. Do Not Respect Evil: Ego, pride, a sense of attitude, asking you to respect them, is a common way of the Devil making you subservient as a victim. They will put themselves first and demand attention, love, sympathy, respect, free will while not respecting you, not loving you, not caring for your free will or that of others whom they abuse freely. Non vegans will ask you to respect their personal choice to abuse others and to stay out of their plate while animals are raped and bled for them. Domestic abusers will ask you to stay out of their affairs wile raping their wives and hurting their children. They will confuse you and give their false stories to all others to attract attention, derail from the main issue, to get respect and sympathy towards them. They will use various manipulations to convince you to hear them out constantly and respect their point of view.
    12. Educate Children: The false notion that children should be shown or told only positive things of Disney style colourful cartoons is wrong. You are going to be risking the life of your child or letting them be victims of sexual abuse, or risk turning them non-vegan. You need to tell children that the world may have wrong or evil things at times, and explain it in a child friendly way using stories for children about how noone should hurt, harm or exploit someone mentally, physically, sexually and emotionally. You need to be well educated yourself first else you cannot teach them. Other family members may want to control your children and abuse them or turn them into abusive citizens like them. Help children learn about their rights and how to stop control and coercion and why be vegan by explaining what happens to abused human and other animals.
    13. Educate Society or Cut Off: Others around you either do not know or do not care about the above things because they are dumbed down by the Matrix of media, consumerism, artificialism, social approval, mis-education, mal-practices in family, bad role models of celebrities, foolish religions, wrong spirituality, cinema, music and cartoons. People are heavily reliant on the matrix for entertainment, consumption and illusion. While it may be impossible to shake them up and awaken them, it is still necessary not to come under their control and tell them they are wrong instead of being infected by the virus of control. If it appears they are deliberately proponents of evil and violent systems, you can cut-off from them for your own spiritual freedom. There may be more to them than meets the eye and a lot of people are inhuman agents of the matrix or demonic programs. Beware.

    The Abnormal Practice of Male Genital Mutilation in Religion

    We have all heard of FGM, Female Genital Mutilation and it is regarded as a terrible practice prevalent in several countries (still legal in a few) against female humans who are very horrifically assaulted at a very young age, cut with sharp razors in thier genitals, at times without anesthesia. This is conducted solely as per religious or traditional beliefs, usually to prevent them from enjoying sexuality.

    But what about the sexual abuse of men who are assualted as very young boys or as infants in a similar abnormal religious tradition? Why is it widespread, and why is it condoned and even promoted by the medical community who profit from it? And how about the billions of innocent baby animals painfully castrated without anesthesia every year in animal farms just for profit before their gruesome slaughter?

    The most important thing we have to undertsand is that human infants or those of other species cannot consent to these operations and therefore performing genitally mutilating procedures on females as well as male babies and children on the sensitive genital parts of their little bodies, or upon animals amounts to rape and sexual assault in addition to torture.

    A report by scientists based in USA states that baby boys can die as a result of having their foreskin removed with approximately 117 babies dying due to circumcision annually in the United States. (Bollinger, Dan. (2010). Lost Boys: An Estimate of U.S. Circumcision-Related Infant Deaths. Thymos: Journal of Boyhood Studies. 4. 78-90. 10.3149/thy.0401.78.)

    The actual numbers of deaths of babies due to circumcision could be a lot higher. According to a crucial report by CIRP doctors hide the true reason of baby death during or after circumcision. As quoted in their article, ‘Neonatal circumcision has no medical indication and is now considered to be an unnecessary non-therapeutic operation’. The report mentions names of several victims some of whom died due to heart attack after the painful procedure and others due to shock and complications.

    The false belief that babies do not feel pain, and that the procedure is a miror operation is also at the root of this evil baby mutilation practice. An Oxford University MRI study has concluded that babies feel pain much like adults. In a very disturbing report listing many research studies, researchers have found evidence that the high level of pain issued to infants (normally without anesthetic in circumcision of newborn infants) would not be tolerated by older patients.(Williamson, P. & Williamson, M., “Physiologic Stress Reduction by a Local Anesthetic during Newborn Circumcision,” Pediatrics 71 1983). Imagine a little newborn child having to undergo a surgical procedure so painful that even an adult could not have tolerated it?

    Circumcision is a bloody procedure as large proportion of skin around the penis is cut off unnecessarily. Some infants cannot stop crying for many hours to days altogether, have abnormally long spells of sleep and unable to follow normal feeding, bathing or urination routine after the procedure. Newborn circumcisions are normally performed while the child is awake without anesthesia. Imagine going through the gory procedure when you are just born and all you want is your mother’s loving protection and her milk?

    Derogatory practices of FGM Female Genital Mutilation and Breast Ironing are also observed not only in African nations and Middle East but also in the developed countries, often including those such as UK where FGM is banned.

    In a media report a man who committed suicide due to circumcision in adulthood has described how it was acutely painful, led to chronic discomfort and was infact comparable to removal of female clitoris (FGM).

    The justification of this abhorrent and rather painful practice of genital mutilation of male children is similar to that of females – the ideology that masturbation in particular is bad and a tendency towards shaming of the natural human body parts.

    In the Psychology Today magazine Dr. Darcia Narvaez notes that Dr. Kellogg (of Corn Flakes fame) advocated circumcision to stop masturbation without administering an anesthetic, in an attempt to induce a mind-body correlation with punishment.

    Some parents and medical professionals actually condone this practice stating that it improves health, cleanliness and hygeine (by removing the very necessary nature-endowed protective flap on the sex organ). These doctors also boast that circumcision delays male orgasms (although completely unnaturally) when females may not always appreciate it and are married to unwanted partners in many underdeveloped countries. Women at times end up feeling trapped and often raped within their marriage, undergoing the ordeal of sexual intercourse merely because there is no choice given to them and no way of escaping their financial, physical and mental subjugation while circumcised men take their time to climax and unable to please themselves independently via masturbation.

    Genital mutilation of babies and children usually leads to abnormality in sexual behavior. In a leading research study conducted by scientists, it was found that “Masturbatory pleasure decreased after circumcision in 48% of the respondents, and masturbatory difficulty increased after circumcision in 63% of the respondents, while 20% reported a worse sex life after circumcision.” The researchers concluded that circumcision adversely affects sexual function in many men, typically due to a loss of nerve endings.     Circumcision was purely an invention of the Biblical religions as per Genesis 17:13: “He that is born in thy house, and he that is bought with thy money, must needs be circumcised: and my covenant shall be in your flesh for an everlasting covenant.” As usual there were promises by the assumed God to make Abraham an owner of many lands as per the voice and visions believed by followers to be true in blind faith. The racial greed for owning many lands and becoming a predecesor of many nations has been used to justify the process that is clearly child abuse.

    So strong is the corrupt hold of religion over the innocent minds of human beings that billions of people in the world are still under the spell of outdated religions and their unnecessary as well as very harmful traditions.

    As usual the fate of animals is much worse than that of even human babies.

    In a report by a leading charity Free From Harm it is described that using that animal owners perpetrate the crimes of castration, that too without painkillers upon innocent baby animals to make them ‘less aggressive and more marketable’. Sometimes a scalpel is used in farms to simply cut off the entire organ painfully while at times the blood supply is cut off using ringed devices to make the organ break apart from the rest of the body and fall off. In some countries as described in this Arab News report, even stray cats are neutered and spayed without general anesthesia as well which leads to immense pain as their sexual organs are removed wide awake. Cats and dogs are prevented from licking wounds or soothing their body with use of preventive collars and cannot describe thier feelings in human language.

    When it comes to farmed animals such as baby sheep, goats, pigs, calves, chicken and many others, they are not only painfully mutilated by way of castration, beak clipping, teeth clipping, tail docking, hot iron branding, ear tagging to name a few of the evil procedures, but also gas chambered, anally electrocuted and knifed violently. Their life ends after their enduring very painful physical and psychological torture and trauma without any hospitalisation, kindness, affection or rescue operations by any charity, simply because they are considered slaves, owned by the farmers, raped and bred to be horrifically bled to death.

    The fact that even human babies suffer painful mutilations as a result of misinformed and ignorant parents who are religiously brainwashed and unable to think sensibly or have empathy towards their own newborns, is yet another terrible aspect of human society. Sadly circumcision is unquestioned and condoned as a religious choice left upon parents, when it should be widely spoken about and condemned as any kind of child abuse should be.

    Violent crimes such as these need to end now which is not possible unless humanity awakens from the darkest states of unconsciousness, apathy and rigid adherence to popular yet senseless traditions that are not only horribly evil but also of no value to us all.

    A lot of people believe that religions infuse morality and values in society, yet a proper reading of actual religious literature exposes some shocking quotes and verses that are as far from ethics as can be. While a lot of wonderful sayings are quoted from religious literature and teachings, it is also good for us to take an objective look at what has gone wrong and make a conscious effort to break free from the matrix of religion and replace any scriptural contradictions with good sense that comes from within.

    1.  Abuse of Women: Religions often reflect social attitudes based on an inferior treatment of women with rape, domestic abuse and an overall lack of gender equality prevalent even to this day in most countries and cultures. Consider the Biblical passage 1 Corinthians 11.3 ‘the head of every man is Christ, the head of a wife is her husband, and the head of Christ is God’ and Timothy ‘Let a woman learn quietly with all submissiveness. Do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet’. According to Quran, verse 4:34 ‘Men are in charge of women by right of what Allah has given one over the other and what they spend for maintenance from their wealth. So righteous women are devoutly obedient, guarding in the husband’s absence what Allah would have them guard. But those wives from whom you fear arrogance – first advise them; then if they persist, forsake them in bed; and finally, strike them.’ In some Islamic countries women are not permitted to be independent even to this day. Hindu literature such as The Laws of Manu, 9.2-3 state, ‘Day and night woman must be kept in dependence by the males of their families… A woman is not fit for independence’ and this attitude has been prevalent in many Hindu families. Regarding a woman accused of not being a virgin on her wedding night, Deuteronomy 22:20-21 of the Bible says ‘If.. no proof of the young woman’s virginity can be found, she shall be brought to the door of her father’s house and there the men of her town shall stone her to death. She has done an outrageous thing in Israel by being promiscuous while still in her father’s house. You must purge the evil from among you.’
    2. Earth and Environment: Most religions have believed that a ‘higher’ being called God created Earth, making the planet inferior in comparison to God. According to such religions humans beings are superior as they are created in the image of God and that the creator has bestowed special authority and rights to humans over all of earth to dominate over. According to Genesis 1:25 ‘Have many children and grow in number. Fill the earth and be its master. Rule over the fish in the sea and over the birds in the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth and in Genesis 1:29 ‘The fear and dread of you will fall on every living creature on the earth, every bird of the air, every creature that crawls on the ground, and all the fish of the sea. They are delivered into your hand.’ The Judgement and Last Days are prophecies of horror upon earth meted by God and his angels as detailed in Revelations ‘The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and all green grass was burnt up.And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became blood;And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea, and had life, died; and the third part of the ships were destroyed.’and in Quran 56:4-6 , ‘when the earth is shaken with convulsion, and the mountains are broken down, crumbling, and become scattered dust.’
    3. Ritual Slaughter: Popular religious literature are replete with animal sacrifices mentioned multiple times in continuance of pagan traditions. For example, Quran 22:36 ‘The animal offerings are among the rites decreed for you by God. In them there are benefits for you. So mention God’s name on them while they are lined up, then, once they collapse on their sides, you shall eat therefrom and feed the poor and the needy’. Bible’s Exodus 29.10-14 ‘You shall slaughter the bull before the LORD at the doorway of the tent of meeting. You shall take some of the blood of the bull and put it on the horns of the altar with your finger; and you shall pour out all the blood at the base of the altar.’ This tradition of killing and blood sacrifice extended in Jesus’s sacrifice as the ‘lamb of God’ with his blood purifying believers of the religion. Hindu texts such as Ramayana mention Lord Rama hunting animals such as deer while ritual sacrifice of bulls and other animals such as Horses is detailed in ‘yagyas’ such as Ashvamedha or horse sacrifice in Rig Veda Chapter I Hymn CLXII ‘ The four-and-thirty ribs of the Swift Charger, kin to the Gods, the slayer’s hatchet pierces. Cut ye with skill, so that the parts be flawless, and piece by piece declaring them dissect them…Such of his limbs as I divide in order, these, amid the balls, in fire I offer..’ When it comes to ‘blood’ some religious people feel they can drain or wash off the blood and eat the flesh not the blood….some scriptures encourage you to eat animals slaughtered a special way, or to eat specific animals. Originally in Genesis in the sixth day of creation, after creating human God says ‘ Behold, I have given you every seed-bearing plant on the face of all of earth and every tree whose fruit contains seed. They will be yours for food.’ Later after being upset with humans for being evil God destroys everyone except Noah and his ark and then permits eating of animals.
    4. Racial Discrimination: Gods in religion have been partial to certain communities and castes at times, for instance the Biblical deity favors Israel and curses Egyptians with several plagues and wrath including killing of newborns in order to display his power sparing people of Moses who were instructed to smear blood of lamb upon their doors described as the Lord’s Passover in Exodus 12. ‘For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the Lord.And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt.’ This Passover is a popular Jewish festival. In Hindu texts such as Manusmriti caste system has been detailed which has led to centuries of social stigma and discrimination against what is denoted as ‘lower caste’ or ‘Shudra’ by birth or work while giving higher respect to ‘Brahmins’ or priestly class.
    5. Child Abuse: The horrors of circumcision have been imposed upon babies and the practice is strangely widespread in religious cultures promoting male circumcision as well as in some cases female genital mutilation, both of which are painful and forced upon the child by parents. While FGM has been criticized internationally, male circumcision, in-spite of being extremely painful and in certain cases fatal has been widely promoted by the medical and religious community to preserve the tradition. Child marriages while abolished in many countries are still prevalent in many cultures and ancient texts whether Biblical or Islamic have also included dowry as payment to the bride’s family in return of marrying the bride which may have led to families marrying young girls early to the highest bidder. In Hindu societies a reverse dowry in which women’s families pay large amounts to the groom’s family has led to numerous deaths of brides who are unable to arrange payment. Due to the overemphasis on respecting elders and obeying one’s parents in religious instructions of most cultures, child abuse and pedophilia has been a common social phenomena that often goes unnoticed in families although religious institutions such as churches have been strongly accused of the same. Ritual child abuse and infanticide has not been unheard of in ‘tantric’, pagan, shamanic and tribal rites.
    6. Harmful Superstitions: Fear based ideas such as demons, devil, sin, angry and vindictive gods, hell and eternal torment of the soul and condemnation preached to the masses including children in religious institution can cause tremendous psychological harm. Images of fearsome deities, sacrifice, crucifix, torture and judgement day or apocalypse can be equally terrifying to sensitive individuals. The story of Adam and Eve exposes angry Gods who lies to humans to keep us away from knowledge and curse us, and the story of the Tower of Babel where the same jealous Gods divide us and confuse our languages directly goes against the concept of truth and love as God. Paranoia of witchcraft has contributed to the murder of thousands of innocent women and children for no fault of theirs by simply accusing them of bringing upon misfortune on families and neighborhoods. This practice has been continuing to this day not only in villages of India and Africa but also in certain parts of the western world especially in closed communities with intervention of priests in many a case to exorcise the child accused of being possessed by devil or bad spirits. The Bible clearly states in Exodus, ‘You must not allow a sorceress to live in Exodus 22:17’ and with no clear understanding of who is a ‘sorceress’ any woman could be accused and put to death whether or not actually a witch and even if she had no malicious intentions.
    7. Religious Bias and Prejudice: Some religions preach that those who accept and follow their faith are righteous and forgiven while those of other faith are unrighteous and condemned. This gives right to biased and prejudiced attitudes even if unexpressed verbally and a superiority complex based on a belief that followers of the said religion are special people of God or the chosen ones for heaven while non-believers are inferior. These attitudes are openly conveyed by believers of popular faiths whether through churches or religious literature which are in continuous circulation despite of the perpetration of religious tensions, fundamentalism and hate crimes in many parts of the world. Multiple passages in religious scriptures speak of killing and judgement of pagans, idol worshipers, those who practice divination, work with spirit or practice magical arts. Believers also prevent others from saying anything at all regarding any of the unethical aspects of their faith so that we respect their religious sentiments even though they seem to not have much respect for any other views except that of their religion. In the past Blasphemers have been executed or killed and till date there are countries where the national faith has to be respected regardless of ethics if one does not wish to be severely punished by law.
    8. Wars: Not only has the history of earth been marred by religious wars such as jihads and crusades, religions have also been tools for controlling the minds of people with an aim of political domination by monarchs and dictators. Royalty, Nations and Parliaments have had many conflicts, civil wars and fights for defending their religious sect for example Protestantism in Britain, and the continuous wars in the middle east. Religious texts are replete with glorification of war crimes, for example Psalm 137.9 of the Bible, the popular song By the rivers of Babylon goes, ‘O Daughter Babylon, doomed to destruction, blessed is he who repays you as you have done to us. Blessed is he who seizes your infants and dashes them against the rocks’ while Isaiah 13.16 states ‘Their infants will be dashed to pieces before their eyes, their houses will be looted, and their wives will be ravished. Bhagvad Gita was dictated on the battleground to motivate Arjuna to fight in war against his own relatives by Krishna who displayed his enormous form and delivered a mesmerizing philosophical speech to convince his disciple to participate in war. Quran chapter 9 says, ‘fight and slay the Pagans wherever ye find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem (of war)’ and verse 8.65 ‘Prophet! Rouse the believers to wage war. If there are twenty amongst you, patient and persevering, they will subdue two hundred: if a hundred, they will subdue a thousand of the disbelievers’
    9. Animal Husbandry: Treating animals as possessions and slaves against their will, kidnapping them, forcefully breeding them, stealing their milk and eggs and finally killing them for food has been the largest continuing problems of human society yet legalized as an industry. Regardless of ample scientific evidence concerning health, nutrition and environment to support transition to plant based and vegan living, people still justify the abuse and murder of dairy cows, male calves, hens, male chicks and billions of farmed animals year after year. The common religious excuses are that Krishna loved dairy, Rama and Sita ate meat, Jesus ate fish and that popular texts such as Bible and Quran state that God allowed humans to eat ‘every moving thing’ with very few exceptions. No amount of nutrition education or documentary evidence of animal suffering seems to move the hearts of some people who are brainwashed by religion and culture and addicted to taste.
    10. Human Slavery: Religious scriptures have promoted slavery, sexual slavery and apartheid as stated in Peter 2.18 ‘Slaves, in reverent fear of God submit yourselves to your masters, not only to those who are good and considerate, but also to those who are harsh.’ Exodus 21:7-11 ‘When a man sells his daughter as a slave, she will not be freed at the end of six years as the men are.  If she does not please the man who bought her, he may allow her to be bought back again’, and Leviticus 25:44-46 ‘you may purchase male or female slaves from among the foreigners who live among you.  You may also purchase the children of such resident foreigners, including those who have been born in your land.  You may treat them as your property, passing them on to your children as a permanent inheritance.  You may treat your slaves like this, but the people of Israel, your relatives, must never be treated this way.’ Verse 33:50 of Quran ‘ We have made lawful to you the wives to whom you have granted dowries and the slave girls whom God has given you as booty. We all are aware of the terrors of Boko Haram in Nigeria and Daesh in the middle east with women and children captured and taken as slaves.  
    11. Plagiarism: Many people are now beginning to examine how religious scriptures may have been influenced or plagiarized from other historic sources predating the common era by thousands of years. Similarities exist for example Biblical Seven Days of Creation to Mesopotamian Seven tablets of Creation called Enuma Elis, the Genesis flood and Noah’s Ark is strikingly similar to the flooding and ark in the Epic of Gilgamesh, Exodus to the Ipuwer papyrus, Ten Commandments to Babylonian Code of Hamurrabi, the Biblical stories of devil being defeated resembles visions of deities such as Durga overcoming ‘asuras’, the story of Christ and Second coming bear semblance to birth of Krishna and his return as Kalki Krishna avatar at the ‘end times’. The claim of western religion that it is the one and only true religion and their scriptures are from God, or that their God is the only true God are not usually regarded as factual with the diversity of rich and complex mythologies from Egypt, India and from all over the planet enriching our understanding of religious history.

    It is indeed strange that all these religious texts no matter how violent or unethical are still legal and widely circulated as ‘holy’ and ‘noble’, and taught even to children. Children are considered to be ‘born into’ faith by parents and often ‘baptized’ as if they are bound to the beliefs of parents by default. We are required to respect religious beliefs for fear of how strong minded adherents of these beliefs could react, having seen tremendous violence and terrorism from religious believers and fundamentalists in the past. We continue to appreciate and accept religious scriptures regardless of what is actually written in them, either because we do not have time to read every line the voluminous texts or because we would rather not use our own minds when faced with grandiose authority of religious preachers and elders. In either case when it comes to ethics, we can only heal our planet by rejecting those parts of religion that have been very harmful and focusing instead on only liberal, positive and equality based messages from all sources, religious or otherwise, especially the voice of our own hearts.

  • How to Move Upwards In the Spiritual Food Pyramid

    As our awareness levels rise all over the globe, we see that people are regaining interest in healthy and spiritually positive lifestyle, especially food and diet. Not all foods are at the same spiritual level. We need to incorporate in our lifestyle more spiritually positive foods in order to have a healthy and positive life. To understand this better we can divide our food choices into three categories. Satvic, Rajasic and Tamasic.

    Satvic is the most positive type of energy where it does the maximum good and is free of harm. Rajasic is a lower level of energy where there is power but not harmless. Tamasic is the energy of death, decay and negativity. In the times of Kaliyuga or negative age of the world, we saw a proliferation of negative diet. Food became laden with harmful chemicals, GMOs and pesticides, while non-vegetarian and processed food industries prospered leading to ill health, dangerous diseases and higher medical costs.

    Level 1: In the spiritual pyramid at the lowest spiritual level are foods that harm us the most. Animal products carry energy of death and pain. They are most unsuitable for the human body as they cannot be consumed by us in their raw and live state and require killing and cooking. Similarly non-organic vegetables that are treated with pesticides carry death energy and are unsuitable for our consumption. These foods will have the maximum Tamasic energy and are best avoided. They also increase dependency on medical drugs and increase cravings and addictions on smoking, narcotics or alcohol. Not only do Tamasic foods erode health, they can also bring negative karmic effects by way of unhappy life situations as they involve harming others and self.

    Level 2: The next level we have foods that are processed in factories, tinned, canned or frozen foods that carry stale energy. Fast foods, candies, foods with added sugars, artificial preservatives and chemical flavors are also in this category. These foods lack nutritional value although they are high in calories. As these are not fresh, natural and wholesome, they also have a Tamasic vibrations and can lead to ill health and suffering and also make one sluggish and dull both physically and mentally. Negative news and violent images are also part of Tamasic diet and brings the spiritual quality of our life down.

    Level 3: The next level is of foods that are cooked with spicy flavors and fat. Even if we cook such foods at home and even if they are vegetarian they would at best be Rajasic foods. Caffeine rich beverages also come in this category. Though such foods provide vitality, energy and nutrition, because they are acidic and hot they can harm our health leading to digestive complaints and lifestyle related diseases. Rajasic foods although stimulating and invigorating, can also increase anger, desire, lust and stress while reducing relaxation, contentment and peace of mind. Not only Rajasic foods but useless gossip and mindless entertainment also are part of Rajasic diet as they increase unhealthy cravings.

    Level 4: At a somewhat higher level are wholesome meals that provide a balanced diet consisting of carbohydrates, fats as well as vegetables. Cooked meals even if homemade and vegan, reduce the natural raw energy of nature and therefore have limited healing vibrations. Yet they are a lot better than Tamasic and Rajasic foods, being slightly more Satvic in their energy value. Vegetables retain life energy when freshly harvested as the entire living being is not killed and merely their fruits and regenerative parts are taken. Cooked vegetarian meals can be a part of a spiritually positive lifestyle as long as you avoid overeating. Positive news, useful information, constructive hobbies and spiritual knowledge are also a part of Satvic diet and so is learning and spending time with spiritually positive people (Satsang).

    Level 5: At the higher level of the spiritual pyramid we have organic, vegan and raw diet comprising fresh fruits, herbs, nuts and vegetables that are not treated with any chemicals or pesticides. These Satvic foods provide the maximum calming and soothing effect and are great healers when they are consumed in their naturally ripened state without much cooking. They are packed with healthy vitamins, enriching minerals and moderate amounts of good fat, protein, carbohydrates and natural sugars. Increasing the percentage of such foods in our diet ensures good longevity, fit body and sharper mind. They are also great for cleansing and purification as large amounts of toxins and in some cases even tumors and stones can be cleansed away through raw organic plants and natural juices. As far as arguments regarding need for animal fats and animal proteins the human body can produce them within while Vitamin B12 can be produced naturally by healthy bacteria in our gut. A raw vegan diet can fulfill most of our nutritional needs very well and is spiritually the most positive diet. Meditation and self-realization also is a supremely positive activity and therefore part of a Satvic diet.

    Level 6: While animals including humans consume secondary sources of energy such as other animals and vegetables, plants process the elemental energies directly in the form of water, sunlight, air and minerals from earth. These four elements of the physical world can create all manner of life on earth through their interplay. Almost all humans require secondary foods and are unable to process the primary energy of the elements directly except while fasting on a diet primarily composed of water, minerals and vitamins for a limited period of time for the purpose of detoxification and cleansing. Living in a positive natural environment where you receive clean air, clean fresh water and sunshine everyday is necessary for spiritual growth. Combined with meditation and eco-friendly, mindful living it will bring tremendous benefit in every aspect of life.

    Level 7: The fifth element beyond earth, fire, air and water is the Spirit element which is the pure energy that creates all the lower four elements. This is the primordial energy of the cosmos that shapes the universe. Those who meditate and reach thought-free consciousness are able to channel pure Spirit energy through them during meditation. By meditating for long periods of time one can increase spiritual nourishment and depend lesser on the lower four elements of nature by accessing more and more energy directly from Spirit. Through increased peace, love and self-contentment one reduces physical greed and hunger. Meditation also lowers our rate of metabolism because in a thought-free state we burn fewer calories unlike during mental and physical work. However it is quite rare to survive for many days on Spirit energy alone in human form even if you meditate constantly and very few have claimed to reach this state while still being alive in a human body.

    NOTE: Claims of those who profess that they live for years on ‘prana ‘ or spiritual energy alone have been disputed in many cases although there maybe notable exceptions. Kindly do not force any diet on yourself and follow own intuition. You can enhance the spiritual quality of your diet gradually and this is meant to naturally happen as you meditate for longer periods of time progressively. You will find that you are intuitively attracted to the right diet to suit your unique needs when you meditate everyday.

  • The Real Alchemist!

    The Real Alchemist!

    Here is a story that could inspire you today…

    Once there was a beggar who had no home, no car, not even sufficient food or education. He lived on whatever people could toss his way out of pity. He was tired of this struggle. He dreamed of being really rich, of having many millions one day..he spent a lot of time imagining himself to be rich and wealthy…And so with all the money he made begging, he also bought the lottery once a week to try his luck. And….one day he actually won the jackpot. He could not believe his luck, yes – he was a millionaire! It was all he had dreamed and imagined all the time… coming true finally. He bought a large house with a large car, the best designer clothes, went flying off to trips around the world, spent his days eating five star food and nights in drinking and partying in high profile clubs, living the high life..And then, within a few months he was back to having nothing. Yet he needed more…and more…to keep up his enormous appetite for all kinds of pleasures. He sold his house, went on rent again, until he had no money for even that, finally returning to where he began, homeless and poor, asking for money, benefits, charity…from others.

    Once again, he had no house, no car, not even sufficient food or education. He lived on whatever people could toss his way out of pity. He was tired of this struggle. Then, one day, he decided to meditate. He just sat there wherever he was and closed his eyes, breathing, till he felt calm and peaceful, till his thoughts had all gone. Meditation was free, required no conditions at all….it could be done anytime, anyplace, by anyone, in any situation….So he did it. First for a few minutes…then for half an hour a day, then for an hour…Slowly he did it for longer periods of time and more often, almost everyday…. Wow!  This was better than any food he had eaten….It was better than sex, better than drugs, better than drinking, gambling…infact this felt better than anything ever. He slowly conquered his hunger, his discomfort, his fears, his insecurities…he slowly conquered his pain and sorrow, his needs and wants…. He was light, free, blissful, peaceful…..and he did not even realize how many days had gone by…he did not even realize how many people had gathered around him. Some of the wealthiest people in the world came by just to be in his presence, just to take his inspiration, to learn and meditate with him. They were ready to offer him all their wealth in return of the secret of his infinite peace. Yet, all he did was meditate, without being distracted. And that is why he was richer than the richest person on earth! He had more to give than anyone ever, and needed nothing….he had everything! Others followed his example and found their own inner peace…slowly, bit by bit, the world began to heal.

    Normally people think charity is all about giving money, food and basic necessities to others. We imagine the world’s problems will be solved if money was distributed amongst all those who are poor. But would this really work? Would those who are poor become rich after receiving money? Or would they be poor again after a few days of spending the money up? In contrast, spirituality is something that TRULY makes us rich, really really rich! Because true wealth is not measured by how much money and property you own, or by how much financial charity you give to the world. True wealth is deep within you. Its a fountain of endless treasure that money can never buy. Material charity is at best a temporary relief until the person discovers this fountain of endless wealth within.

    You might think that learning to make money, learning to work and earn, to invest wisely, to attract success, to build more and more wealth is an alternate answer to the problem of poverty. Sure it is…Yet, what would happen if the economy crashes, if markets fall, if there is famine, war or any other calamity? And…is learning how to make or attract money sufficient? Will it bring peace and happiness to all? More importantly, why are we here in this existence? Are we merely here in the world to learn how to survive and be materially successful? Perhaps not. We are all here in this world, not just to learn how to be  materially successful, but to learn how to find pure inner joy, which is infact our ONLY true and natural state. A person who finds this inner gold, or inner diamond is richer than the richest person in the entire universe!
