Non Veganism and the Dark Tetrad: Narcissism

Previously in this series on The Dark Tetrad of Non Veganism we featured Sadism and Sociopathy and the Dark Triad including Villanous Psychopathy. We have heard of Narcissus (a Greek mythological figure who fell in love with own reflection). Narcissism is a relatively common condition with many people spending hours grooming themselves in front of mirror or on social media and talking soleley about themselves, following narcissistic celebrities or wanting to be one like them. Religions are also a big source of Narcissism with humanlike imaginings of God or Goddess figurines based on human pride and vanity. What we do not connect is the link to Non-Veganism which is most popular form of Narcissism and most of us were or still are guilty of the same. The following are some obvious connections this time to Narcissism.

    • Grandiosity of ego and a belief that they are special, is the most typical narcissistic trait. Non vegans truly believe that humans are next to God in status, and all other species are somewhere below par to us while we go to God in heaven.
    • Megalomania may be part of a narcissism where a Narcissist feels invincible and tyrannical. Non vegans find their kinds alone at top of food chain. They may have a fantasy of being very powerful like lions and tigers or even more than them so their fear and dread is upon all ‘lesser beings’…just like terrorists. They believe they are God’s special child who named all animals and things, and whom all angels serve and obey except fallen ones.
    • Narcissistic have highly convoluted or unnatural fantasy of success and power so that everyone loves them and respects them eventually for example being a heavy metal rockstar, or being an actor or multimillionaire. Why would they care about being vegan when most celebs or businessmen do not have to be?
    • Superiority and snobbishness are Narcissist’s main attributes. ‘I am human, they are just dumb animals’, they maintain. Speaking diparagingly against their victims and ridiculing them is easy for Narcissts.
    • Narcissists may also display an inflated self esteem or a kind of ego centricity with a lot of ‘I’, ‘me’ and ‘myself’ talks. For example, ‘I like my meat’, ‘It is my personal choice to kill or hurt or abuse others’, ‘It is me who decides for myself. You do not change me’, ‘Everyone in the world is like me and accepts me, so why should I change?’
    • Narcissists seek total admiration of self and want others to love and like them and non vegans are a large group as compared to vegans. Humans are their only source of comfort and as majority of humans are non vegan they seek their sympathy and appreciation. To them animals mean nothing although animals are the real victims. Their focus is entirely on humans because humans supply them their support system.
    • Narcissists may be arrogant and boastful, for e.g. ‘I kill my own meat’ is a common statement of hunters and trophy killers. Others say proudly, ‘it is high welfare and humane’ when the endorse local farms or butcher shops. Other non vegans boast that they help animals in other ways by taking care of horses in stables as they usually like narcissistic preoccupation such as horse riding, horse racing or collecting rare breed of animals as pets or endorsing zoos as conservation efforts.
    • Non vegans will enjoy vanity even at the expense of other people’s lives, for example they maintain that ‘real fur looks good’ or ‘leather jackets are cool’ and ‘high heel boots are smart’ or they wear mink eyelashes and flutter them a lot. They may pump up their muscles and show off too instead of being a normal person who eats and lives a healthy life for themselves. They consume far too much protein than a normal body needs for human survival although it is not environment friendly or compassionate to eat more and this usually included dairy, meat and eggs for severe narcissists.
    • They go on various trends or fad diets such as paleo, pescatarian, keto, even use the term vegan falsely when going plant based temporarily to show off or for sexual appeal. They pout and behave like celebrities, models or actors at times copying specific screen idols or corporate czars who are glamourous, sexually attractive and popular. They might also sniff drugs to get a high.
    • Some narcissists may be unable to reflect upon and stop their behaviour as they feel it is their choice and identify with it egoically even if it harms or hurts others. This egosyntonic tendency is all about following up only with that behavior that confirms or aligns with their ego. According to them they are ‘non vegan’ so why should they go vegan or step out of comfort zone. They want to keep being what their ego identifies with although vegan and non vegan is not a genetic thing or race that you cannot change and it is super easy to go vegan.
    • Taking credit without adequate reason is Narcissism, for instance stating that ‘I am saving planet by being more eco friendly by wearing wool’, saying they are ‘buying local meat instead of imported fruit and veg’ to reduce carbon, although it is killing someone and a harmful act of immorality but they make it sound highly pompous. They may especially do that in front of camera for example or in public spaces in outreach conversations or in press articles.
    • They prefer to wear a mask of politeness or at times a superficial show of being interested in others that is totally unauthentic and line based on attracting attention, love or likes from others on social media and in daily routine life and with peers. Being authentic and genuinely admitting hurting animals is wrong is not in their nature.
    • Narcissists may be jealous of others if they do good work, and want that everyone listens and likes only them and feel envious of success of others. When they see a vegan doing well or promoting vegan moral values in society they want to attack him or pull him or her down and leave nasty messages in their comments on youtube channels or social media of popular media figures. They also create in-fighting within vegan movement by disparaging good vegans for example, if someone uses the term holocaust or Animal Lives Matter, they label him anti-semitic or racist although they said nothing of that sort and although Vegans do support Black Lives Matter and are against Nazi holocaust too as they detest all violence towards all animals.
    • Narcissists like talking animatedly about themselves and
    • their beliefs. ‘Look at me while I am talking to you’ they would say and go on talking even if they drain your out arguing incessantly over time even if their arguments are bogus which non vegan arguments always are without exception but they just cannot accept that as they lack the humility to listen or learn.
    • ‘Why should I improve myself?’ is their internal motto. Narcissistics hate being criticized or reflecting on their behaviour. They would react because they feel you are showing them down or indicating they are not smart or sensible or as good as you. They are worried of looking stupid or feeling outsmarted in conversations or in their ego being hurt, instead of focusing on the main issue that of horrific and graphic murder of victims. They would react with ‘You are telling me I am a bad person, keep your opinions to yourself.’ Or if they are plant based but against vegan moralisation they ask you to, ‘Stop shaming and blaming people!’
    • Narcissists suck energy totally to themselves as vampires and feed off your attention. They make everything about them. Similarly they feed off their victims dead bodies too as it satisfied them and their ego or sense of vanity.
    • In conversations narcissists are usually disagreeable with others but demand others bend down to them totally. They will prefer to have the last word on their ego trip and unhappy to lose the battle when justifying their egoic need to be right even when entirely in the wrong. We all know that deliberately killing, abusing or hurting someone is wrong and there should be no disagreement on this.
    • You must have heard people claim, ‘Let others eat whatever they want’ as if other animals are commodity or a thing to eat (food) not people. Objectification of others whom they consider unworthy or menial is a narcissist trait. They even claim animals are ‘made for them to eat’ because they are ‘made of meat’. They know that humans and other animals are alike or similar in our protein content and everyday nutritional density but refuse to understand in terms of sensitivity to pain or emotional abuse. They do not see spirits of animals they eat, but only perceive human spirits and their chosen beloved pets.
    • Narcissists have a huge sense of entitlement and state things like ‘animals were given to us’. They are proud to be human as it is about ‘survival of fittest’. No laws or moral values should apply to them in their opinion but vegans should mind ‘their own business’ or ‘get a real job’ because they think abusing others is their entitlement, but noone is entitled to be a vegan activist to support animal victims.
    • Narcissist partners and parents constantly demand respect and making children turn non vegan as soon as they start learning truth from another parent or vegan media. They commonly say, “I am your parent so eat your meat and dairy and eggs etc because I said so.” Although a child is vegan and compassionate they will ruin his kindred soul and spirit which is a tremendous form of abuse of a child. It also ruins their health but matter how much a child pleads that non vegan food is repulsive or disturbing and causes cancer, they ignore child’s voice and control them as they cannot prioritise child’s needs of physical and moral health and self development above their own.
    • Moral disenggagement is a common Narcissism trait. They detach themselves from their actions and say that its only the way you speak, politeness or mental calmness and mental blessing or affirmations that matters even if you cause violence towards animals. They think moral values of ‘non harming’ applies only with regard to humans killing other humans and that ‘love thy neighbour’ is only applicable to human neighbours. Farm animals are in a different box in their mind and they don’t worry about them although they will brake for a cat or dog just to show to others they care about animals.
    • They lie, manipulate and deceive to appear smarter, for example claiming they can feel or sense pain of plants is unrealistic and clearly a narcissistic attitude intended to make vegans admire their ‘false superpowers’.
    • Lack of empathy and failiure to align with moral values is common to all dark tetrad personality types. Narcissists believe, ‘Why should I care if God gives a damn.’
    • Vulnerable Narcissism is a hard-core dangerous attempt at making others feel bad for them as if they are suffering. Suddenly the real victim is not the victim but they are. ‘We are being denied of our rights to eat what we want’. ‘Let us earn an honest living in our animal farming business,’ they claim as if the animals are not the victims of non veganism but non vegans are victims of veganism. According to them everyone should only sympathise with them.
    • Narcissists crave for sympathy at times. Should we focus on the victims being actually killed and raped, or hurting the feelings of non vegans by talking about the crime? Well, according to narcissists feelings of non vegans are most important even more than the real murder, graphic rape and horrible mutilation of dairy cows and pig sows or chicken. For example they might make you feel terrified of even talking about graphic animal abuse for fear of appearing ‘rude’ or too ‘bold’.
    • The Narcissist abuser shames the victim from speaking out loud so as to hide truth and protect their image. The actual victim is made to feel like a bad person who has harmed the narcissist and damaged his frail ego by even saying the truth. They pretend to be really in pain or hurt if you merely say facts of how animals are abused as if children are mentally harmed in broad daylight to see the footage or hear about their crimes, yet they want children to eat animal products.
    • Diverting attention is a common Narcissism tactic. ‘There are a lot of other issues, why animals only? Talk about war or capitalism…’ or ‘Is it environment friendly in perfect sense?’ they enquire. ‘It is protein and B12, poor people cannot afford supplements’ is the Narcissist’s cheap argument.
    • Narcissists point fingers at you. ‘What about your cellphone’, ‘You have brain damage due to B12 deficiency.’ They suddenly become medical experts diagnosing you as mentally damaged and analying your diet if you believe in veganism.
    • They always look for what is in it for their Ego and what is the price. ‘Is it healthier? Convenient? Adds to sexual performance? Makes me look good? Reverses ageing? Reverses climate change?’ Yes! ‘But, will it mean stepping down my ego?’ Yes! That’s why Veganism remains a taboo from a Narcissist’s point of view.
    • Narcissists do not value ethics but only their own ‘quid pro quo’. Sometimes they buy cheaper items of cruelty also as they lack morals.
    • Manipulative behavior and Gaslighting to make you feel something is wrong with you quite condescendingly. For e.g. ‘Jesus will judge you if you are Vegan as you did not follow God who gave you animals as food.’ Or, ‘Your almond and soya cause climate change,’ although its impact is not extensive and also not solely due to Vegans.
    • Shifting blame and calling you narcissistic is also observed, e.g. blaming ‘narcissistic vegans’ who keep ‘raving and rantings about animals are ‘too proud’, ‘believe they are always right’, are rude or condascending, and not compassionate to humans.. and so on. Saying that, ‘You are not being kind to me, therefore it is your fault I am not vegan.’ And, I’m tired of explaining, you are shoving opinions down on me when vegans should not even have to explain that it is wrong to shove anal electrocutor down baby pigs or a knife down the little lamb’s throat.

Overall a feeling of superiority and arrogance over other animals is a common human social problem and requires us all to self reflect and treat our human focused severely narcissistic and tyrannical disorder. This can be achievable by making our focus the plight of the real victims who are actually hurt and abused severely for no reason instead of inflating and serving the human ego and its intricacies or failings delightfully like Dr. Hannibal Lectern in the movies. Hannibal who eats meat proudly and remains vain and selfish is intent on showing off his intellectual prowess, charisma, clothing styles and verbal eloquence and while he slithers away from being caught, he punishes and judges others instead although he is guilty of eating his victims. After all what is the difference between eating a human and another species of animals? Only your artificial human superiority complex.

  • The Dark Tetrad of Non Veganism: Villanous Psychopathy

The Dark Tetrad of Non Veganism: Villanous Psychopathy

As opposed to sociopathic disorders and sadism discussed earlier in the previous story on the Dark Tetrad, in this series concerning the Dark Tetrad of Non Veganism, Psychopathy is linked with being rather rigid in opinion and behavior, absence of moral values, failure to display empathy and a lack of capacity to change themselves. They cannot confront their conscience and display lack of morality repeatedly. If you have been involved in animal rights activism or outreach of some kind such as cube of Truths or on social media, you might realize that this is exactly how many non vegans are and will unfortunately remain inspite of regular exposes on the truth of dairy, meat, egg and leather industries. Therefore it is often said that psychopaths are ‘born with it’ making any treatment difficult if their behavior becomes clinical. This also necessitates the very urgent need to ban the very graphic crimes of animal breeding and slaughter completely instead of expecting all humans to change and go vegan in due course of time.

The following are clearly deadly attitudes prevalent and common in society that indicate Psychopathy and its connections with the way non vegans view and behave towards animals in their daily lifestyle.

    • Mental or physical torture is considered normal by them as they have no sense of moral versus immoral, e.g. bereaving dairy cow of newborn baby, keeping them hungry for days, hitting, kicking, smashing on concrete, knifing in jugular vein, hanging upside down vertically and beheading, scalding in soapy solution before defeathering… all are routinely passed off and funded as standard and approved procedures and peole remain obtuse to them. Serial killing and rape is no different from animal agriculture. The movie ‘Silence of the Lambs’ was named so because of the connection of cannibal serial killer on his attitude towards victims to that of lamb slaughterhouses. The victims are totally innocent and quietly led to death because the perpetrator has no moral judgement.
    • Carnal Instincts and Impulses that are uncontrollable is a trait of Psychopaths. Also we need to be aware than most serial killers were vicarious meat eaters, preferring rare steak, beef, ham, cheesy fries, dairy icecreams, cheeseburgers and other disgusting items as they also gravitated towards trying human flesh and lusted after body of victims. The more we consume nody parts, flesh of others or their secretions the more the mindset that it is alright to kill or abuse someone. An absusrd logic imbibes into people that opens a gateway to hell and demonic behavior later on towards humans too. Violence against animals if normalised turns people into psychopaths from a young age or within family lines and hereditarily so.
    • Psychopaths usualy grow up coldly lacking empathy and regard to ethics and might even display those behaviors at an early age. Cruelty to animals is also at times an early childhood sign of a dangerous criminal (research reports show that out of three aspects of the controversial MacDonald’s triad of childhood enerurism or bed wetting, setting fire to objects and animal cruelty, animal cruelty was the prime indicator of fearlessness and callous or unemotional traits). [Walters, Glenn. (2016). Animal cruelty and firesetting as behavioral markers of fearlessness and disinhibition: putting two-thirds of Macdonald’s triad to work. The Journal of Forensic Psychiatry & Psychology. 28. 1-14. 10.1080/14789949.2016.1244856.] However animal cruelty is eerily present in everyday life in the form of food. We are all born with little or no understanding of animals overall except in some households with pet cats or dogs and research studies animal cruelty only with respect to pets or wildlife whereas farm animals are considered food. In rural families we may directly watch farm animals sent to slaughter or killed by family members for ‘food’ from ancestral lineage as an inherited behavior. These inherited behaviors become part and parcel of our DNA over centuries of conditioning because as a specie we evolve and our DNA shifts with time and education. Veganism being a relatively recent development in human society might change human consciousness over a period of time when we begin to develop more empathy and connection with animals. However so far it is common for human beings to be completely lacking in empathy and ethics towards animals and in many cases towards humans as well. We all are surrounded by crime and hidden violence at workplace and home if not on streets.
    • Psychopaths may have awareness but still lack conscience. Psychopaths as opposed to sadists may not always enjoy harming others or actually know that not harming others feels better but still carry on relentlessly. Non vegans know that their habits are destroying environment and their health and are aware of a better alternative to that namely veganism. They enjoy tasty plant based food too and infact in most cases when a big brand introduces vegan options it is non vegans who are the biggest customers. They enjoy vegan food and other vegan items and might even not like animal products in comparison. Yet they complain about veganism and continue to be non vegan irrationally knowing fully well that it is the dead body parts and secretions of a horrifically abused victim that they are consuming. So, they are aware of what they are doing and how it affects others, but still do it.
    • Psychopaths may display absolutely no guilt or shame. We all have been negative to someone at some point in our lives or even consumed animal products in most cases in childhood or even till adulthood. While ordinary human beings still might feel a slight pinch of sadness or disdain at themselves when confronted with their own behavior or past self, and reflect upon the same, psychopaths feel no need to even reflect upon their behaviors. They have no interest in self introspection and examination of their own mindset. They really believe that being immoral is fine if noone arrests them or jails them. Their belief is ‘who cares if it harms so many others’ because ‘everyone does it’. For example if they have abused children, animals or humans, they do not feel ashamed at their act but avoid thinking about it and relentlessly pursue their victims as if nothing has happened. Consuming animal products of gory violence is one such example.
    • Psychopaths have poor judgement of right and wrong or god and evil due to moral ineptness and make poor decisions in life that harm themselves, their seniors at work, their friends and family and their victim animals. They continuously get into trouble and lack insight into how their actions impact others. They do not understand how someone else will feel at all.
    • Psychopaths grow up endangering others remorselessly with non vegans not only causing species loss and extinction but loss of very precious individual life too, babies being killed with bullets or other weapons. Non vegans justify this belief through loose quotations from books and philosophies from past that stated ‘someone has to die for others to live’ or ‘it is law of nature’ and ‘life feeds on life’. These sayings are untruths that are passed on for generations to build us into psychopaths who keep harming other animals unnecessarily when we do not realy have to, and justifying the behavior.
    • Psychopaths display aggression, harming and cruel behavior at times or support those behaviors by letting them happen, for example in households when children or women are beaten, raped or shouted at sometimes the other family members support the crime and help the criminal who is the abusive parent, thereby adding to the abuse of the victim. In case of non vegans they support very graphic crimes for example mutilation, slaughter or murder and rape carried on by farmers, slaughter workers and hunters on a daily basis and even maintain they can do it with their own hands if on ‘a desert island with just a cow’ and that ‘it is good to kill your own food’ and ‘native americans do it too’ as if they were not human but a dangerous carnivore lion, tiger, snake, wolf or cheetah, or an ancient tribal with no better options. Their personality reflects the same over time as they simulate those species as if they were ‘shapeshifters’ or ‘aliens’ of other star races or planetary system and not human frugivores who evilved from apes at all.
    • Psychopaths may end up feeling no remorse even if confronted directly with their behavior. We know that serial rapists and serial killers such as Jeffrey Lionel Dahmer (enother Lyran or feral personality) even upon accepting their crimes feel negligible sorrow for the victim. Non vegans similarly when exposed to video footage and evidence that makes it impossible to refuse that severe injustice and horrific violence has taken place, do not feel sorry for the actions at all and justify by shrugging them off, saying that it is ‘acceptable in society’, ‘everyone has to die someday’ or that it is the ‘circle of life’ which are all lame excuses. Media, medical and education system composed of cruel agents in the artificial society or matrix we live in is no different than psychopathic in nature.
    • Psychopaths indulge in pathological lying, justifying crime or injustice unnaturally, for example in case of non vegans they end up saying that it is ‘humane rape and murder’ or ‘they felt nothing when killed’. Psychopaths love using deception for example lying, cheating and hiding truth or denying guilt to get away with crime and to escape any penalties or simply to not change their behavior. ‘It is not rape’, is a common statement of dairy customers and even in Indian households where marital rape is acceptable because of the property status of females and cows both also worshipped as mother goddesses.
    • A comon trait in psychopaths in not learning how to change themselves and justifying behavior even if wrong by arguing shamelessly. They feel that ‘offense is the best defence’ and fight tooth and and nail as if they had to fight for their food as wild animals do to protect their food from being taken away.
    • Psychopaths have a superficial aura or charm. When you speak with certain non vegans you may notice that they suddenly speak impressively and pretend to listen to you while being so disinterested in your opinions as if mentally deciding to not care regardess of what realy happens to animals. They would close eyes disinterestedly, pout, nod head, move mouth sideways, change topic and have a fake body language displaying insincerity while being superficial in conversations as they have no depth of emotions. They might spend a lot of time practicing out what to say and how to say it or rehearsing in their head or before a mirror. They have a shallow affect or emotional range instead of feeling sad or horrified when exposed to footage of animal agriculture and may simply look bored or away from it unconcerned or unhappy it is shown or just mildly reacting superficially as if they felt nothing.
    • Psychopaths have a relatively high degree of intelligence as compared to other sociopaths and might also have scientific aptitude making them skilled or glib in conversations and arguments when it comes to food and non veganism. They have a clever mind and use it to advantage because they are unable to be heartful or look within.
    • At times psychopaths may even justify, manipulate and get away with their behavior. It may include rape and other gory violent 3rd degree crime and this is common in non veganism which consistently upholds that it is fine to impregnate cows forecably against their will and separate their babies on birth or a few days after birth and then kill their babies with knife or bullet as long as you do it ‘humanely’. Serial killers have not been detectable and evidence hidden away for years of repeated rapes and murders and some were never identified. They know how to cover up their tracks just as slaughterhouses and animal farmers do. In case of non vegans they have manipulated the system carefully to be the ones to make the rules and never be prosecuted and also to justify their rights to abuse animals and eat them.
    • Demanding forgiveness instead of really being sorry is a psychopathic trait. ‘I pray over and thank the victim over the dead body’ is commonly seen cultural and religious system but it appears that God ‘forgives’ them or that ‘the Universe is ‘unconditional to them’.
    • Using the victim entirely in proud way as serial killers do for example animal farmers and non vegans openly admit proudly that they ‘use their manure’ and ‘dispose them in environment friendly way’ and ‘use, all the body parts later’ for food, clothes, shoes, gloves, glue, violin strings, hair in paintbrushes, nails and bones in fertilisers, blood in puddings and plant feed, after using their milk, wool and eggs thoroughly by boosting producton and raping the animals in farms. A few noted serial killers and rapists also used their victim’s skin and bones and body for food or leather.
    • Psychopaths are impulsive and sensation or thrill seeking which is why crimes attract them. They are more likely to be comfortable living in danger whether it be coronaviruses, germs in animal farms, health problems caused by dairy or meat and eggs, or tensions at home caused by others not agreeing with them. They like the fights or stress in their minds and learn to cope with thier health problems by ignoring them even in huge risks of heart attacks and cancers.
    • Lack of realistic long term vision or goals is also Psychopathic tendency as they can be rather myopic focused only on immediate concerns while ruining their future or of their families carelessly and irresponsibly. In case of non vegans they may be unconcerned of climate change and not plan out any sustainable solutions in personal or community life or take right action to alter their lifestyle and career suitably for long term success foreseeing that the only sustainable world is a vegan one. Farmers lobby are prime examples of villanous psychopaths destroying the planet.
    • Psychopaths may be parasitic in lifestyle which means they will always look out for ‘what they can get from someone or something’ for short term. Non veganism supplies them with immediate gratification of their senses and they always aks ‘what is the benefit to them’ repeatedly and do not consider long term benefits. They can also be substance abusers.
    • They lack conscience or empathy and blame victims, and even seek revenge for example they may arrest the activists or complainants if they expose the violence or even hurt them. Slaughterhouse workers are used to hitting animals who tries to fight back and subduing them if they attack in self defense so that they carry on with their job heartlessly. To them it is just another job. Non vegans employ them or fund them so that someone else does their dirty job.
    • Psychopaths are conceited and play games to outsmart the ones who oppose them. They proudly exclaim that they are well qualified and respected in society, call animal farmers a hard working family business, state that it is the vegans who are wrong and continue to ‘expose’ the absent significant illnesses or so called nutritional deficiencies of vegans.
    • Psychopaths are adept at denying crime happened, saying its nothing wrong because plants are also living beings, its not really rape if it is artificial insemination, they are not victims if they are animals, they just thrash legs because of reflex action, they felt no pain or sorrow like humans do.
    • Historic violence and a pattern of repeated crimes such as crimes against women, child abuse or religious fundamentalism, and racism is noted too. Psyhchopaths can be skilled or proficient at more thanone crime as well. They justify or uphold that these social injustices have been happening already for so many years to many people. If many people are paedophiles, taliban style terrorists, or hit their spouses, why not try that too, is the sick mind of a psychopath. Psychopaths do not feel like having better moral values than others and engage in what they consider a thrill of bad behavior that is immoral, lustful or graphic.
    • Manipulating and seducing the victims before crime and then betraying their trust is highly psychopathic. Just as giving chocolate to child by paedophile and luring them into a bedroom or shady corner of street is inappropriate, so is luring an animal into a trap by a hunter, or keeping them in a gas chamber after making them go after others in a queue. Animal industry manipulates us by false words such as ‘we have the best welfare standards’, and insist they treated victims well, ‘at least the animal had a good life’. Non vevagns behave psychopathic when they argue they only buy ‘free range’ or ‘organic’ and ‘grass fed’ beef or when restaurants and cafe display these signs proudly. Non vegans such as the Pope also explains that his animals are well looked after and roaming about freely in the countryside or mountains, and in their pen or shed. It is not enough that you ‘look after’ someone. Serial killers look after victims and treat them to choiciest food, then kill them.
    • Sexual impulses and assaults are likely in Psychopaths as they need stimulation and cannot be at peace by themselves. They are likely to be therefore rather predatory in the way they behave much like carnivores stalking or checking out their preys. This also explains how they remain carnivorous as they identify with carnivorous animals rather than with sensible humans who can control their impulses well.
    • Psychopaths are adept at misusing the innocence or helplessness of a vulnerable victim. They argue ‘thats why chickens dont fly in the sky, so we can catch and kill them’. Some say ‘fish have short term memories so we can cause them pain’, others explain how animals are too weak and they cannot escape because God made us more powerful than them to feed us.
    • Psychopaths being mentally rigid display very strong, unwavering opinions even if wrong, for example they keep arguing plants are sentient baselessly even if there is enough informtion, then they present a new arguyment, then another, till the vegan outreacher is completely drained out as a result. Their main delusion is that ‘they are always right’ and should be the ‘past word’ on the topic.
    • Delusional and schizophrenic traits are found in Psychopaths as deep down inside, they are completely disconneted from truth, have split their mind into rreality and a flase reality completely of their own, have grandiosity of opinion, and feel they are absolutely right because they completely lack insight or capacity to acknowledge truth.

Most people who are psychopaths may be sub-clinical as this quiz shows for self examination, and found in daily life as common citizens and not readily called or identified yet criminals. The fact is that harm caused to animals is not even considered a crime if they are farm animals, therefore we humans may generally grow up with psychopathic attitudes pased off as ‘normal’ in daily life. Psychopathy is a common tendency in noted serial killers invloving cannibalism at times, linked with rape, while at other times psychopaths may be just the person next door who is good at lying or cheating or artificial in tone and behavior. However meat eating is also virtually part and parcel of food habits of serial killers and domestic abusers alike and of course in the lifestyle of a typical next door neighbour or the person next to you in the supermarket queue who does not feel any shame or guilt, argues in a cunning way and lacks empathy.

  • Non Veganism and the Dark Tetrad: The Ominous Dark Triad

Non Veganism and the Dark Tetrad: The Ominous Dark Triad

We know that in simple conversations with non vegans it becomes clear they use a variety of tactics switching between one argument to another in justification of their behavior. This has been explored previously as the Dark Tetrad in brief in article one of this series.

The Dark Tetrad includes Sadism as explored in the second article of this series linking non veganism and sadism in animal farming or slaughter and within the purview of Anti-social behavior or sociopathy (pathological disorder that can lead to some form of criminality or harm to others). There is also The traditional dark Triad composed of the three angles commonly of Psychopathy, Narcicissm and Machiavellianism as explored by preliminary research on meat eating.

According to researchers exploring the Dark Triad and ‘omnivorism’ in diet versus ‘vegan’ diet (plant based actually) they reported higher scores in not only Machiavellianism but also Psychopathy and Narcissism also with non-vegan lifestyle in a second study to follow up on Study 1 that indicated Machiavellianism was found associated with non veganism. The results were found to correleate closely with gender of participants on both studies. The researchers concluded that the existing negative stereotypes prevalent amongst masses regarding veganism might be reconsidered. [Sariyska R, Markett S, Lachmann B, Montag C. What Does Our Personality Say About Our Dietary Choices? Insights on the Associations Between Dietary Habits, Primary Emotional Systems and the Dark Triad of Personality. Front Psychol. 2019 Nov 22;10:2591. doi: 10.3389/fpsyg.2019.02591. PMID: 31824377; PMCID: PMC6883900.]

One concern with researches such as these are that they keep confusing veganism as a diet choice alongside ‘omnivorism’ and might be involving subjects who were merely plant based for health or environmental reasons rather than for the real meaning of veganism as a moral duty towards animals from a compasionate point of view of avoiding their exploitation or abuse. Therefore further researches are certainly needed with correct selection of participants as ‘moral vegans versus non vegans’ as opposed to evaluating plant based diets versus omnivorism as one needs to take into consideration the graphic violence and psychopathy actually present in the slaughter and farming industries that non vegans dismiss cruelly.

Another previous research had reported findings of a survey measuring the Dark Triad, attitudes towards animals, and acts of animal cruelty. The results revealed that individuals with higher levels of the Dark Triad demonstrated less positive attitudes towards animals and reported engaging in more acts of animal cruelty. Age and sex were found to be significant predictors of less positive attitudes and behaviors towards animals, independent of the Dark Triad. [Kavanagh, Phil & Signal, Tania & Taylor, Nik. (2013). The Dark Triad and animal cruelty: Dark personalities, dark attitudes, and dark behaviors. Personality and Individual Differences.]

In the next three articles we will try to lineate the Dark Triad namely Psychopathy, Narcissism and Machiavellianism and how non vegans might fit into the behaviour traits associated with all three separately with examples. Hope further scientific research is announced soon to establish the hypothesis or data empirically as these are based on in depth interviews and discussions with non vegans as outlined in the free book Shamelessly Arguing With Vegans downloadable on http://www.earthhealingnetwork.com/books/

  • Non Veganism and the Dark Tetrad: Sadism, Sociopathy and Anti Social Personalities

Non Veganism and the Dark Tetrad: Sadism, Sociopathy and Anti Social Personalities

In the previous parts of this series we explored how scientific research has attempted to touch upon the Dark Triad of Narcissism, Psychopathy and Machiavellianism in the context of non veganism characterised by ego driven need to harm others with lack of empathy and also observed more in men particularly with respect to Machiavellianism. I also explained the little known Dark Tetrad including Sadism as a new angle separately from the Ominous Dark Triad. There are some parallelisms between non-veganism and Sadism as well as overall sociopathy in anti-social behavior with some overlaps between all aspects of anti-social behavior in the Dark Tetrad but Sadism is unique in some ways.

    SADISM

    • Sadists are those who can either verbally demean, emotionally hurt or physically and vicariously inflict injuries upon victims to enjoy at their expense. Overall we know this clearly is anti-social, dangerous or pathological behavior also related with sociopathy. However the way we treat animals, specially babies and children on a daily basis by making them food or products or for animal testing and entertainment is probably the most sadistic aspect of our life.
    • Sadism is likely to include habitual everyday life patterns of harming others for personal pleasure, the most obvious and commonplace of which is our food habit. Consuming flesh and secretions of animals, knowing it is ‘from’ animals and invlolves injuring or killing them is clearly as sadistic as it can be the only reason for it is enjoyment specifically taste. How can someone drool over a pig, calf, chick, lamb or a crab who wants to play and be free? It is possible only for a sadist.
    • Sadism may include anger and hatered, for example we know of non vegans lashing out in media against vegans for being moralistic and sometimes even saying violent or demeaning things for example vegans should be shot dead, or using foul language to remind us how we are preachy and judgemental simply for stating facts. They also group up or gang up against others.
    • Isolating others of certain groups or ethnicity for example vegans or largely plant based Asian diet/ Hindu diet is also a form of racism. Even in India, a largely plant based country, anti-Hindu groups keen on condemning beef ban exist so that other western or middle easter religions are respected and various animals are not because of cultural domination over animals of other species.
    • Specieism to isolate farm animals by domestication and control over their lives while supporting wild animals to be in zoos for conservation is the norm. This ensures humans are visible in daily life and we prioritise them over all other animals who are treated as third class citizens to be abused as we please.
    • Rape of females who are brought into or bred into farms is sadistic as it clearly is wrong to sexually assault someone or insert your arm or objects into them graphically or to collect semen from males and in videos the farmers are shown enjoying these violent sexual crimes.
    • Domination and reptilian control over planet and its resources by subjugation of others, killing animals, humans and inflicting war, terror and colonialism has been sadistic as well, especially to promote western and male white dominance over all other races and species on earth for their pleasure and satisfaction.
    • Sadists have virtually complete disregard for any feelings of others, e.g. it is obvious there is gross discomfort, fear and terror experienced by animals throughout their farming and harming, yet they carry on.
    • Borderline behaviors in temperament, for example being triggerred easily at the mention of veganism to start vehemently insulting anyone who promotes veganism and push them away on long term basis, or to be triggerred by the term rape and murder if used in context of animal rights.
    • Tendency to use tendentious, malicious, hurtful humour and sarcastic comments especially on social media against animals to derogate their plight and shut down voices in the support of victims. Picutres of meat being barbecued in response to videos of graphic footage of lamb abuse in a farm, or bacon mmm in response to images of baby pigs suffering is a classic example.
    • Sadistic people also spread rumours about you and silence others who support you, for example talking erroneously and maliciously about how vegans die early, are weaker, nutritionally deficient whenever anyone posts anything about how we must not hurt animals and change our lifestyle.
    • Sadism includes ignoring or whitewashing other people’s problems to keep suffering ongoing, e.g. most diseases are indeed caused by animal products among humans yet they ignore it, ignoring habitat loss and the extreme hardships to animals or exploitation of workforce especially migrant workers in slaughter industries.
    • Sadistics persuade others to succumb to their will upon mental and physical torture, and the mindset is that animals have to live and die as per the wishes and demands of consumers and have no choice. They enjoy tortuting others and watching them suffer or knowing they suffered to serve them or their tastebuds.
    • Sadistics like punishing others. They also subdue pets or farm animals to obey them, place them in small or dirty places or deny food and water or toys and provide short leashes and enjoy the suffering.
    • Sadists are motivated to destroy and steal belongings of others, for example the family of other animals, their homes for instance bee hives, taking away eggs, causing loss of habitat and trees.
    • Strangely they may also thank their victims after killing them, taking away and destroying everything, as if their lives and belongings were ‘given’ to them. ‘Sheep gave us wool, turkey died for us to give us food, we thank bees for giving us honey, cows give us milk and are our mothers’, when clearly none of it was given willingly.
    • Sadistics inflict financial harm and fraud too at times, for example stealing away all our land and water and foodgrains to feed animals who will be killed is a worldwide crisis, yet animal agriculture and its consumers prefers moneylaundering and unsustainable business with their unethical work.
    • Sadists do not follow norms of decency or social good behavior towards others, e.g. prodding and pushing animals in slaughter lines, selling animals illegitimately and harassment of the victims in their flesh trade shows, circuses or in zoos that they consider exciting opportunities and fun while victims suffer.
    • Sadists enjoy intimidation and threatening others for example to intimidate female and male victims during breeding and insemination, they can report you even if you are faultless in your activism for animals to make you suffer or be jailed and shout back at you to terrorise you.
    • Sadists take risks at the expense of others for example long distance immigration or transport of family members or cattle at their loss of life or health in dangerous conditions, cramped up diseased conditions and covid or pther pandemic outbreaks of swine flu or bird flu.
    • Immodesty, cruelty and poor manners to humiliate others. They throw and kick the animals like garbage and objects into trucks, crush them and let them freeze to death, burn or starve and buy the dead bodies in shops later on just for fun and even joke they are ‘massaging chicken’ while cooking to insult the victim even post mortem.
    • Sadists enjoy to make you feel bad for them, often resorting to blackmailing and coercive control for example false suicide threats to get what they want, saying they will die wthout meat, saying you are hurting them to make you feel guilty, pretending feeling left out as they are not vegan and forcing you to consume non vegan food or watch them do it or to shop or cook for them as a result.
    • Masochism can at times be another dark pole to Sadism with the reverse behavior, with someone prone to hurt themselves because indirectly they know you will suffer emotionally to see them crying or being sad. They can create dramas and lengthy behavior that is traumatising to witness including acting out or being melodramatic until you serve them non vegan food to calm them down.
    • Sadists can be spiteful and venomous for example trying to get even with others who expose their cruelty and they actualy enjoy the revenge.

Additionally Anti-social behavior or Sociopathic personality disorders often include other behavioral tendencies over and above Sadism and usualy overlap with other angles in the Dark Triad such as Machiavellian, Psychopathic and Narcissistic ones to be discussed in future articles in this series. Some of the additional anti-social and sociopathic traits include:

    • Being inconsiderate to the time and energy of others, in day to day lifestyle, for example those who are generally or always late. Among non-vegans we do find that when it comes to animals they do not respect them at all, take away years off their life and make them stand in slaughter lines for a milkshake or coffee that can be completely plant based.
    • Addictions to unnecesary and dark things, for example dairy chocolate, dairy cheese and other animal products such as beef or ham, when you very well know that vegan alternatives are as easy to obtain as the animal abuse ones. Even some celebrities who explain all about compassion to animals have been struggling with the uncontrollable addiction to dairy cheese for example and it is completely abnormal and explainable only as a disorder among non vegans who otherwise want to or appear to be good people and care about the planet or wildlife and pets but only for reasons of benefit to climate change or environment and general health.
    • Not able to maintain positive or intimate close relations and positive friendships with other animals. Being cruel to pets or negligent is part of this and so is using them for personal welfare, servitude, hunting or guarding. While ordinary humans relate socially with humans around them and are amiable with those who they need to associate with for professional, financial and social reasons and etiquette, it has nothing to do with being a good person in truth as the motivation is financial. They are unable to have normal relationships with other species, for instance eating ducks while also keeping them for decoration or personal healing in ponds and gardens is a typical sociopathic behavior in western society who refuses to see animals as ‘friends not food’. For them all animals are for some sort of consumption or personal benefit and so are human beings.
    • Being socially disruptive and facing jail while not really helping society. There is a trend or movement of rebellions for social justice and climate change but a lot of the members refuse to go vegan. They do not mind being arrestible or going to jail and court for fighting the climate movement, but are unable to give up one small habit of quitting animal products as if they completely do not value life of another living being unless it were a human being only. Therefore it is a sign of sociopathy at the level where the planet and all its species are considered as society and respectable citizens of earth.
    • Not being a positive role model by constantly showing disgusting behavior and cruelty as if it is something they want to spread, teach, show-off, pass on to their children and enjoy that their children are also growing up as cruel and violent beings which adds to their lifestyle of harm and indignity and puts good people off which is also what they sadistically want.

  • Non Veganism and the Reptilian Dark Tetrad

Non Veganism and the Reptilian Dark Tetrad

Recent research has highlighted how non vegans identifying as ‘Omnivores’ perceive vegans and indicates a judgement of their behavior as ‘moralistic’. (Ben De Groeve, Daniel L. Rosenfeld, Morally admirable or moralistically deplorable? A theoretical framework for understanding character judgments of vegan advocates, Appetite, Volume 168, 2022, 105693, ISSN 0195-6663)

In general terms when we observe around us, it does seem that moral values associated with Veganism have been subject to a rigid reaction of disconnection from those who are attached to what they (wrongly) believe is ‘Omnivorism’ in diet. This indoctrination takes place throughout education and socialisation as if people are born and will always remain omnivorous, inspite of the fact that we are natural born frugivore in terms of biology (teeth, body features, digestion tract, nails, attitude).

We have all grown up in a culture and society that values human to human relations over and above respect for other species who are invisible or redundant in our world or kept in a separate confined environment in farms and slaughterhouses as we go about unpertrubed in our daily life and shopping. We indulge in dangerous eating habits regardless of the graphic violence and control of innocent sentient beings and neglect uttermost obvious harms to our health as well as the planet for most of our lives. We wander amongst shopping aisles seeing dead remains of victims and stay indifferent and in most cases even consume those horrific items senselessly regardless of plagues and pandemics throughout centuries. On top of that we argue against change. To me this has always closely resembled psychopathic, narcissistic and manipulative behavior at a personal and also a wider socio-economical level, particularly while examining terrible rape and violence inflicted towards vulnerable children and females of all species including human beings as a victim who has met many other victims and observed similar patterns. In my new book Shamelessly Arguing With Vegans, most of the arguments based on actual data from several interviews of non vegans are well explained to conclude the above.

As explained kindly to me by the prominent researcher Ben DeGroeve “There is some evidence showing that a higher meat consumption is positively associated with social dominance motives (being abusive toward minorities), right-wing authoritarianism (being hostile against change), and dark triad traits, in particular machiavellianism (personality trait characterized by manipulativeness, callousness, and indifference of morality).

DARK TETRAD PERSONALITY TRAITS AND GENDER AND SPECIE BASED VIOLENCE

According to research report on gender differences in meat consumption behavior men scored higher on direct justification strategies with respect to meat consumption and reported less often that they are vegetarians or vegans. The findings support the idea that Machiavellianism is partly able to explain gender differences in meat-eating justification, which is associated with higher meat consumption. [Alica Mertens, Mischa von Krause, Sebastian Meyerhöfer, Celine Aziz, Felicitas Baumann, Alexandra Denk, Theresia Heitz, Johanna Maute, Valuing humans over animals – Gender differences in meat-eating behavior and the role of the Dark Triad, Appetite, Volume 146,2020,104516,ISSN 0195-6663]

Another research explained that two distinct ideological motivations are associated with increasingly negative attitudes towards vegetarians and vegans; a motivation to maintain prevalent social norms, and a motivation to maintain group dominance. [Judge, M. & Wilson, M. S. (2019). A dual-process motivational model of attitudes towards vegetarians and vegans. European Journal of Social Psychology, 49 (1), pp.169-178.]

Robin Schaper lucidly explains his opinions in an article on what he believes to be ‘Cultural Narcissism’ related to our moral-social conditioning to exploit animals as products. While we may fail to frequently identify animal abuse of farm animals as anti-social or criminal behavior it is necessary to identify that it is a socio-pathological condition and plainly speaking the root cause of the biggest and most neglected moral injustices of all times on earth, in the lines of racism, social dominance and gender related abuse.

From my own personal reflections with several non vegans and vegetarians or plant based people who sometimes misidentify as vegan, there are plenty of parallelisms between Psychopathy, Narcissism and Machiavellianism (the ominious Dark Triad) along with the fourth dimension of Sadism (Completing the Dark Tetrad). Here are the most obvious signs of this complex Dark Tetrad prevalent among masses who are sociopathically brainwashed by a severely human-centric worldview in culture.

SADISM (Unnecessary Cruelty for Fun. Being sadistically inclined to allow the very cruel, hideous and graphic abuse of innocent babies, children, mothers and male victims of various species for personal pleasure, enjoyment or taste on a daily basis with no emotional insight.)

NARCISSISM (Conceited Self Centredness. Objectification of animals with an ego-centric rather than eco-centric viewpoint because humans have inflated sense of grandiosity and superiority complex and therefore justify their violent abuse of other animals throughout history for culture and power reasons.)

PSYCHOPATHY (Inability to Recognize and Change Oneself. Rigid mindset of immorality and abject neutrality to the plight of animals of other species with little or no concern to ethics as well as a gross callousness and incapability to change behavior in shopping or consumption of products directly linked to exploitation, slaughter and harm of other species.)

MACHIAVELLIANISM (Calculated Dominance. Cunning and manipulative cold blooded justifications of abuse of animals for economic and social reasons in a controlling way while appearing calm, polished, dignified, pleasant natured and positive in outer mannerisms and cleverly hiding the graphic abuse in dairy and animal farms and slaughterhouses.)

Future parts of this continuing series will elucidate precisely what sort of behaviors are within the scope of each angle of the dark tetrad of non-veganism and because it may also relate with feminine abuse, rape, domestic violence and anti-social behavior in general this knowledge would certainly enable us to stay safe and to protect the interest of other victims including those of other species.

  • 7 Crucial Differences Between Veganism and Plant Based Diet

7 Crucial Differences Between Veganism and Plant Based Diet

Media, general public, government and welfare institutions usually seem ill informed about Veganism. Media articles mislead readers frequently and celebrities are responsible for sowing seeds of confusion in human society. Here are seven facts about how Veganism is different from Plant Based Diet sometimes confused with Veganism in general.

Veganism as defined by Vegan Society

    1. Not Just a Diet: Veganism by definition, unlike vegetarianism is not just a diet but a complete moral stand against objectification, abuse or exploitation of animals. The Vegan Society’s current definition is also referred to very often because this charity popularised the term Vegan in Britain in the late 1940s following which several meetings and alterations were drafted to the effect of the term to denote the following: Veganism is a philosophy and way of living which seeks to exclude—as far as is possible and practicable—all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose; and by extension, promotes the development and use of animal-free alternatives for the benefit of animals, humans and the environment. In dietary terms it denotes the practice of dispensing with all products derived wholly or partly from animals.” Plant based diet is one of the important key aspects included within Veganism but if someone is only following a plant based diet and still alright with other forms of animal abuse or exploitation, such as leather, silk, wool, animal testing, animal circuses or zoos they are not vegan by definition in entirity. The right term for them is plant based (ethically neutral) in terms of diet and lifestyle if they are in it primarily for consumption related reasons other than eschewing animal cruelty and exploitation in all forms.

    2. Not Just a Personal Utalitiarian Choice: Veganism is a philosophy and not just a personal lifestyle choice of convenience. It is about not supporting violence or cruelty and also by extension about promoting alternatives for benefit of animals and the planet. Vegans are not only interested in happily living out their own personal life cycles with a plant based life as and when they can, or by reducing meat, avoiding dairy at ‘most’ times or being ‘nearly’ vegan, ’90 percent’ vegan, ‘almost’ vegan or ‘sometimes’ vegan and the false term ‘veganish’. These terms may apply to Plant Based lifestyle, when you can be ‘nearly’ plant based, ‘almost’ plant based, 90 percent Plant based, ‘sometimes’ plant based and so on. Vegans are also usually interested in some form of activism, by promoting alternatives to not only food but also healthcare and medical products, entertainment and cosmetics to the public and society. Veganism seeks to exclude various forms of abuse that are linked with the system that our current world operates through, a system based on humankind’s perpetration of and normalisation of rape, murder and exploitation against all other sentient living beings. Vegans hope that as more and more people go Vegan and wake up, we all will campaign more effectively to the media, government, corporates and other bodies to completely do away with the disgraceful system of violence and abuse altogether in due course of time as a civilisation, which is the abolitionist approach to activism. Until that juncture we need to at least be Vegan at a morally sound personal level and to encourage others to be Vegan if we can find the time and resources to be an activist.

    3. Not Just Welfarism: Veganism is not the same as Animal Welfare. The focus of Veganism is on being against horrendous animal abuse, graphic violence and senseless exploitation, however it does not mean that merely reducing some forms of violence such as cages or non-stun slaughter or promoting so called ‘high welfare’, ‘ethical’ of ‘humane’ farm animal products is legitimate. This is because it is infact practicable and possible to avoid animal products or exploitation in all major aspects of our daily life altogether. For example we can avoid dairy cheese completely and consume either plant based cheese or other plant based nutrients without cheese because cheese is just a flavour, we don’t really need it at all as we can easly obtain Calcium, Protein or Fat through plant based sources. Vegans are not interested in demanding free range or ‘better chicken’ in shops either as Chosen Pechham’s campaign promotes. We do not want zoos to exploit animals in a slightly better way by giving them a bit more space to roam around in their compartments as many conservation based environmentalists would prefer. Vegans would rather that these animal farms and zoos are not proliferated in the first place or are closed down. Compare this stand with domestic abuse, slavery, racism or sexual violence. Would you like to promote ‘high welfare’ slavery or less graphic forms of torture, rape and violence or would you be against violence, racism, rape and abuse in totality?

    4. Not Just Eco-activism: Veganism is a philosophy against cruelty and violence. Being eco friendly and against climate change is also part of it, however saying that you are vegan primarily for ‘environment’ is incorrect. Vegans may also at times be involved in environment and health based awareness in intermediate basis but that is not usually their prime motivation unlike that of eco-activists. If you are depressed because of climate change realizing that your future or that of other human descendants is threatened, complain about plastic pollution and greenhouse emissions, but not really as depressed about what happens to animals in slaughterhouses or hell holes of animal farms, zoos or testing industry right now that has destroyed trillions of lives each year for centuries already, you are not in truth motivated as a Vegan. Doing away with animal exploitation is infact the primary focus of veganism with plant based environmental activism being an add-on factor. Having said that if the world went Vegan or even Plant Based it will certainly benefit the environment overall by helping the planet recover its ozone layer and keep the tree foliage lush green in the earth as animal agriculture is of course the leading cause of deforestation and ocean dead zones, acidification and greenhouse effect. But if you say you are Vegan, you are necessarily against animal abuse and graphic violence of slaughter, enslavement and control over sentient beings, whether or not it is done in environmentally less damaging or putrid ways.

    5. Not Just Health: If you are Plant Based mainly for physical health or personal psychological gains you may not be really a Vegan. Health is a wonderful benefit of eating plant based food and this is part of your healing if you are Vegan besides the inner one of the satisfaction that you were on the right side of history by being against animal exploitation and violence. Raw plant based or whole foods plant based diet although healthier than plant based junk food such as crisps, fries, plant based cheese or plant based pizzas or plant based sausage rolls would still be called a plant based diet and not Veganism if the chief motivation of your lifestyle is physical or personal wellbeing and you are not interested in animal justice. Veganism is about being in it for the animals, to not add to their misery in any way you can or to avoid contributing to massive injustices. Vegans are still vegan even if they eat vegan junk food and are not in physically top form.

    6. Not Just a Temporary Stint: You are not just Vegan temporarily but for life, because you care about animal suffering and want to not be part of that crime under any circumstances hereinafter. Would you stop causing slavery and domestic violence one day and retract afterwards by saying it was too hard for you to not be domestically violent or racist later on? Would you slogan against Female Genital Mutilation and then suddenly start claiming that it is alright to mutilate babies and young girls. Many plant based celebrities do exactly that when it comes to their so called stint into ‘Veganism’, justifying later on that ‘they are no longer vegan because of xyz reasons’. They were never vegan in the first instance as they were merely plant based and flexible about moral values, and may regard human as superior to other animals overall. Some of these celebrities such as Miley Cyrus and Ellen GeGeneres are spreading misconceptions that they went ‘vegan’ for planet, animals or health but resorted to eating animal products for Omega, B12, energy or other nutrition because they are lying. A plant based diet is nutritionally sufficient if well planned just like any other diet can be.

    7. Not Just Spirituality: Veganism is not the same as a spiritual or religious philosophy although you can say it is at par with or akin to any other spiritual philosophy or religious belief. You cannot be discriminated against as a Vegan at the workplace, college, school, family simply for your philosophical belief and lifestyle, which is why Jordan Casmitjana campaigned for Veganism to be recognised at par with religion as a philosophical or ethical belief in work culture. Yet, Veganism is not a religion or spirituality in itself. Non harming or ‘ahimsa’ as a philosophical core value of Jainism, Buddhism, Hinduism and Wiccan religion can be compared to the philosophy of Veganism but does not match it exactly. This is because the definition of non harming or ‘ahimsa’ (non -violence) is not limited to veganism. Veganism limits itself as it is not always practically possible to not unintentionally cause harm to insects, snails, worms, microbes or by pulling out weeds or roots that leads to killing plants while gardening. It is also not always morally wrong to defend ourselves from other animals from attack, to control household pest infestation or protect oneself from injury caused by wild animals or insects. Vegans may also unintentionally or accidentally be harming living beings by way of housing, crop farming, walking, consuming animal tested essential medical products or driving on the road, simply because we are born in a system where we as individuals do not always seem to have our say or be able to break free from the system instantly. Veganism is primarily about not intentionally exploiting or causing cruelty towards animals as sentient beings by the way of avoidence of using animal products, animal entertainment or animal testing as far as practically possible.

In short while Vegans are always Plant Based too in their diet and lifestyle, not all Plant Based people are Vegan. You cannot be Vegan if you are not against animal exploitation in your moral philosophy and lifestyle overall. In addition to being Vegan you can also be into health, environmentalism, eco-conscious sustainable lifestyle or spirituality. Veganism does not mean you cannot go over and above that basic definition. However if you say you are ‘vegan’ or ‘semi-vegan’ for health, for environment and for spiritual reasons and not primarily for standing against animal torture, enslavement, exploitation and cruelty, then you are likely to be Plant Based instead of Vegan. Moreover being ethically neutral, morally flexible, reductitarian, sustainable, semi-vegan, welfarism oriented or temporarily vegan and then falling out of the lifestyle was not really Veganism in the first place. You may however at times transition into Veganism through a Plant Based Lifestyle as you gain awareness and educate yourself.

Shamelessly Arguing With Vegans – Free Book for Download

Packed with a punch (a crime report), here is every possible wicked argument against veganism and its cruicial antidote. This book is an unapologetic statement against animal abuse, exploitation, breeding and slaughter which are no less than rape and murder crimes but mis-labelled insensitively as ‘humane slaughter and husbandry’ by a senseless industry and social system that glorifies animal farming and fishing crimes.

1,2,3…1,2,3 went the words of a song even before I had ever heard it, in a dream sequence (a premonition several years ago before I heard it on radio for the first time) but as woke up, I still thought of the animals, the cows, sheep, lamb, buffaloes, turkeys, horses, chicken and trillions of others hanging by the feet upside down. I could not stop crying.

These criminal industries masquerade around me as I notice the blood, gore and violence being obvious in every supermarket shelf packed with nutrients that one can easily obtain with plant based food instead of chopped ribs, arms, legs and other body parts or secretions of abused individuals sold everywhere. I had no qualms about writing the truth as clearly and lucidly as possible knowing fully well that most humans simply could not care less and continue to be insensitive with acute justifications that can only be termed irrelevant.

This handbook helps us go deeper into our emotions and sink into the rabbit hole of this horrendous trade and how it is damaging us, our environment and trillions of people (yes animals are people too and they are killed by the trillions per annum).

Please pass this book on to others, especially to non-vegan relatives and friends, who shamelessly argue with us year on year.

Please do share this gift with others also get the knowledge they deserve to have and to build momentum to the noble cause of banning breeding and slaughter of animals.

    Blessed Be

  • 6 Reasons Why Having a Pet is Morally Wrong

6 Reasons Why Having a Pet is Morally Wrong

This is not a conventional blog that brainwashes people that everything in the world is good in its own way and we need to harmonise with the Matrix and all its negative or idiotic systems. We see a little kitten or puppy and go ‘aww, how cute’ instantly and never think ‘where is his or her mum?’ The Matrix has fooled us royally by training us all to believe that everything that goes around in the world is ‘alright’ and normal when it is NOT. Almost all of us believe that having pets is wonderful. I used to think this too.

Here are six reasons I have permanently changed my mind.

    1. It is Unnatural for the Animal: All animals love personal independence. They need freedom and space. They need to create own reality (yes, it is not just the vain human mind that manifests its own reality), forge emotional connections with their own community members, hang out with their lot and have their own family and friends whom they value living with. They are not meant to live in our civil system of flats, houses of humans and cohabit alongside us just because we find then cute adorable and cuddly. They need respect and a recognition of their own free will instead of being trained by is to love us and work for us.
    2. It is Unsafe: I had adopted three beautiful stray cats in Mumbai, simply because I was a witch and they were my ‘familiars’. I felt the magic in them and they in me (or so I imagined). Unfortunately city life is not safe no matter how much we try. Cats are free animals and can be hurt by cars on streets easily. Just last weekend I witnessed a gorgeous black cat adorned with a collar killed inadvertendly by a car next to a pub in England. It broke my heart as one of my cats Fehu died similarly being neglected by employees in my absence. Another one called Frey was missing as he slipped out of the open door accidentally thanks to two TV producers who walked in and left my door wide open. The third one Gifu was donated to a slum dwelling worker against my will by my ex partner. I feel responsible for these misfortunes of the innocent and noble cats as he never let me take charge of them or my own life.
    3. The rules are inhuman: Vaccinating cats and dogs is not sufficient and also it is not vegan to vaccinate them. Many pets do not find right vegan pet food supplies too and we end up feeding them other animals cruelly killed in the name of ‘loving animals’. They travel in caegs and filthy compartments in trains and airplanes. They need to be spayed, neutered and chipped that hurts them and destroys their natural appetite and normal sexual as well as emotional health. They get killed if not adopted by animal control agencies or sufer as strays in less developed countries. Keeping a dog on leash is also inhuman – ask yourself how would YOU feel in their place? They are bred through rape. What could be more evil than that? Perhaps animal farming and eating the raped and abused animals is the only worse fate imaginable. That does not make petting ‘pets’ and non consensual euthanasia alright.
    4. They are Wild: All animals are wild, we were too once. We have unwilded ourselves (become tame) and also brought other animals such as little wolves and wild cats out of their natural pleasant habitats into our cruel world since prehistoric stoneage times. The reason humans did this inhuman act was that they wanted the animals to hunt for them (kill other animals for food) and protect the human masters. We need to stop breeding animals, permanently ban not only the sale but all breeding and rewild each specie back to organic reality. Animals are not here to serve us. We have dulled their brains, made them more unconscious, lazy, sleepy and unhealthy by throwing some food or toys at them and giving them a cushion to sleep on. They need their own instincts to be developed and to evolve to the next level.
    5. It is Selfish: We think we are doing a favour by giving an animal a home and we may be right in that temporarily. But somewhere we are being selfish wanting an animal for our child or ourselves to play with at home or to be a guidedog. They need space, a lot of beautiful lush green space where no roads or cars are around, several acres of it alongside their own tribe to play with. A small flat is not right, neither is a city or town house with a garden. Not even a village home or small farm. They need the right habitat or a vegan and ethical sanctuary where they can be unleashed and safe both until there is no more enslavement and breeding or cross breeding to create ‘pets’.
    6. It is Specieism: ‘Eat a baby bird (call it chicken as if it is a vegetable you eat daily). Kill a coakroach, swat a fly, squash a bedbug or spider. But let us love a cat or a dog. Pigs are bacon, hens lay eggs and cows ‘give us’ milk. Sheep get tickled by being shaved by a farmer for wool. Similarly cats like being fat and lazy like Garfield, eating smelly dead meat or beef lasagne and dogs enjoy outdoor walks with us and to fetch that stick or ball loyally in return of stinking pet food – after all they are man’s best friend (giggle giggle)’. The moronic and ever present superiority complex of the human animal has really gone too far. It is ego, not eco and not a path to ascension to a galactic or intergalactic level of consciousness.

Ultimately in karma it is believed that what you do to other fellow humans returns your way as if other animals do not matter or are invisible to the higher self or God/ Goddess/ Universe.

If you believe other animals are here to serve humanity, to serve the busy commuters who return home to a wagging tail and noserub, to be responsible for us by being service dogs or working for police to sniff out smugglers, or to be bred and judged in ugly cat and dog vanity shows, or reptile shows, and to be fed private parts of other animals who are ground up alive or end up as slaughterhouse waste in pet food supply chain, we also may deserve to be treated the same way by someone else. We may end up as a victim ourselves of control and coercion in the long run, until someday we realize our mistakes and reflect upon how we treated other species too.

Would you like someone controlling you, your sexuality, your reproduction, your eating habits, your boredowm, your wellbeing and keeping your confined or leashed? Would you like to be separated from your family members and to live with another specie as per their rules and laws? If the answer is no then you and I too have no right to abuse another specie in the name of ‘love’ because desire is not real love.

  • Hold Your Appetite: Vegan Poetry Book

Are you liberated from the hellish world of animal exploitation?

Would you like to help others gain freedom from this violent and abnormal situation?

Poetry for Ascension for the Vegan Soul and Spirit on animal rights, rebellion and equality are featured in this tasteful collection. But please hold your appetite for a moment, because veganism is not merely another delightful alternative in the kitchen. It is a movement against the deliberate exploitation of sentient animals who are cruelly abused unnecessarily although all our nutritional and lifestyle skills are fabulous enough to be devoid of abuse of even a single creature.

This book is a slap in the face of those consumers who remain reluctant to take just one simple step in the right direction, toward the vegan section of the supermarket, and the system that is corrupt for obvious reasons. These poems are unapologetic as they are dedicated to those billions of non-violent beings who are shattered each year by the enormous crimes occurring in private places all around us. Very conveniently countless babies and adults are raped, murdered and sold off as shoes, belts, coats, sausages, curries and burgers after a life of continuous suffering, violence, coercion, control and domestic abuse. Considered as properties they tarry around in lorries and trucks to their last breath of such horrors imperceptible to humans that are strangely passed off as ‘your personal choice’ in our psychopathic, violent world.

Meat of animals, dairy, eggs and other products surround us in the Devil’s own Hell, a system of lower reptilian consciousness – one that each sane and rational human being should speak out against day after day. Anyone is free to print, reprint and paste these original content of poems all over the streets or your chosen networks or to use them in songs as long as it is for the higher motive.

  • The Role of Animals in Ancient Human Religion – Part 5

The Role of Animals in Ancient Human Religion – Part 5

A modern educated and liberated personality, dressed beautifully speaks in an enlightened way of Shakti and Shiva, the honouring of feminine self, worshipping her sacred womb of creation through rituals of sacred sexuality and trance, drumming, dancing and communion.

You are meditating in a sacred pilgrimage in the name of Archangel Michael and Jesus Christ in British Isles from Glastonbury through Wiltshire and Cornwall…. Michael and MaKaali, synonymous with weapons that dismember, cut and take away the soul to Yeshua Christ and Yeshumati’s Krishna respectively.

Sounds like an amazing awakening to some but if you read on you will witness the darker truths behind these spiritual demi-traditions of fantasy and human ego as temples and religions are established to replace nature with human warfare, hedonism and agriculture in which faith plays a big part too.

In the continuous expose of religion since ancient times we have elaborated upon the dark practices at Stonehenge and Megalithic sites and how the trend of slaughter continues to this date in some Indian and Indonesian megalithic tribes.

We have also covered how ancient religion has exploited animals through sacrificial rituals symbolically in Wicca and Neopaganism and literally in Hunting, Totemic and Tribal Shamanism, how deities demanded sacrifice in gigantic temples of Kemitic and Mesoamerican faiths and in some Greco-Roman, Norse and alternate traditions of the West.

But did you know that modern Christiantity, Jewish, Islam and Hindu religions are also loosely imitating the same old pagan malpractices? Blatant sacrificial festivity, and animal meat eating to a very large extent continues to date simply because human society is composed of dark humans who consume animal products and abett barbaric violence, and then shamefully state that God or deity allows it or even wants it from us.

    MODERN RELIGIONS:

    HINDUISM
Modern Hindus, whether vegetarian or non vegetarian are not usually vegan but seem to be equally concerned about animal sacrifices in their temples. Yet, grotesquely sinful traditions of sacrificing little innocent creatures is being regarded as sacred by some people, sadhus, priests and even anti-meat famous gurus. ‘So, why did Ramakrishna allow animal sacrifice in Dakshineswar (Indian temple in West Bengal)? Because Kali likes it. Ramakrishna never ate meat, but Kali likes animal sacrifice. Whatever she likes, he does. ..In a Kali temple, if you give up the sacrifice, it means you have decided you do not want Kali, because she will die over a period of time.’ (words of Sadhguru to a devotee). Parmahansa Yogananda also has popularised faith in Divine Mother and Kali from Bengal where he hailed from as he preached to the western audiences integrating loose concepts of meditation and yoga boldly with Christainity.

Hindus believe goddess Sati who was a wife of Shiva immolated herself, angry that Shiva was not invited to a ritual, and her dismembered remains were carried by Shiva all over Indian subcontinent to fall down in various places called Shaktipeeths mostly in India, as her genitals fell down in Kamakhya. While Sati tradition of burning widows is condemned widely in India, people continue to worship idols and partake in dark rituals. During my work in India, devotees of this vaginal temple called Kalighata described to me how the river apparently turns red once in a month when she has her ‘periods’. Infact animals are killed within the boundaries of the temple by Hindu priests in a mark of Shakti-ism, the worship of energy of nature or Maya. Infact sacrifice of humans is also sometimes part of these dark tantric and religious sites where masses flock for wish fulfilment gong from temple to temple, priest to priestesses in the hope of material or relationship success.

Kamakhya Temple of female vagina where various animals including humans reported to be killed for Goddess Shakti

Carnivore lions are sacred to the goddess Shakti or Durga and human sacrifices including that of children has been conducted in her name as per media reports over recent years.

Animal sacrifices are routinely performed amidst some opposition at many of these Shaktipeeth temples of divine feminine.

Aghora is another mystical, malignant, overhyped, yet grossly unhygenic form of Hindu ceremonial magic or tantric work, where wines, sex with corpses and animal or human murders are used for propitiating false deities and for what is called ‘occultism or black magic’ at times in colloquial language. Sadly one of my own female student of my own positive tradition of Wicca had been revealed to be a notorious Aghori and black magician who learnt secretly from others and delved into dark arts to extract large sums of money for conduction of spells, instead of Harming None and focusing on spiritual truth. Sadly Aghora has become a trend after being popularised by western authors such as Robert Svoboda who have brought the term Aghori into a different kind of respectable light, and featured by western media such as CNN. Masses were decieved to respect Aghora and animal sacrifice as a state of ‘fearlessness’ and ‘allowing everything’ with claims that ‘nothing separates us from God’ and that it helps in removing caste-system and helping welfare of untouchables, when welfare clearly does not necessitate murder of a sentient being.

    JEWISH
Jewish, Muslim and other modern practices of Halal and Kosher animal sacrifice by white robed priests designed to replace the older pagan rites and rituals of similar nature have also continued in modern times much to the discomfort of onlookers who eat the animals but do not like anyone to see the gruesome acts committed for their ‘food’. These modern religions are the same, or similar in many ways to the ancient ones, after all the idea is to convert people into them, the same people, who valued food, meat of victims as essential to their life and part of the culture, and the gods and goddesses who love and enjoy gory murder as the central part of the religion.

    CHRISTIAN
Christian’s believe in the Bible and all its confusing statements, that keep changing as one reads on. On one hand you should not kill, or take life of someone with blood in it, on the other hand they say God was pleased with animal flesh and blood dripping on altars. In a gross mimicry of pagan and ancient barbaric practices that they profusely condemn on one hand and imiatate on another, these faiths are truly designed by individuals who consumed animals and created God in their own imagined image and likeness of themselves. According to many Christians all these bloody rituals are symbolic of Christ who was the ultimate sacrifice for sin offering, while most of them still continue to kill animals and domesticate them for ‘peace’ as offering on their family tables every single day for food and refuse to go vegan just for taste and lust of flesh.

Jesus Christ and the Animal Sacrifices described as Offerings to the demonic Christian God

    MUSLIM
We all know that the cornerstone of most religion is sacrifice of animals especially in religions such as Islam where their biggest festival Eid-ul-Adha is one of mass murders all in the name of Allah on certain moon phases as pagan would do. Inspite of criticism people are clearly unfazed by this logic as they consume animals and their products constantly at home and their new idols being famous Khan and other Muslim filmstars ruling Bollywood and many of them are not vegan and celebrate goat sacrifice, so much so that innocent little goats are named after these actors and sold for large amounts of money to be murdered.

Disturbing ritual sacrifices of Muslim faith Islam

It is not just animal sacrifice that is abhorrent. Cows are anally brutally raped and inseminated in vagina to create new babies so they can provide large sums of money as their milk is stolen and their babies suffer as humans prepare sweets with the breastmilk of an abused animal to offer it to Gods and Goddesses in vegetarian rituals of many Hindus. This too is no less a crime than murder, theft and animal sacrifice.

We can clearly see there is nothing but wrong in the celebrations and festivities that since Stoneage times are a gross violation of peace and a heinous act of violence that encourages children to be equally violent in the name of nature, god, goddesses, carnivorism and worship of raw power over other innocent and gentle beings. This worship is not one of truth but one of power – might, potency – of the devil who can control, subjugate and harm others seen as god who is powerful and fearsome, pleased by blood. The reason for animal sacrifice and domestication or hunting is that humans regard all other creatures as food and something that pleases their God who too is clearly no short of a Devil as are others of various faiths.

The issue with animal veneration and sacrifice cults that are interconnected is simply this. Carnivorous animals are considered pets, powerful beings capable of hunting and killing, and their welfare encouraged as they are shamelessly bred through rape and babies taken away, neutered and spayed, sold for human entertainment or work. At the same time, herbivorous and non-violent animals are domesticated for food purposes and to be turned into products, killed, sexually enslaved or milked for purpose of human enjoyment. Both are types of consumerism and consumption and specie-istic.

Until the common human being continues to participate in the criminal acts of animal slaughter. exploitation and abuse for breeding and objectification as slaves, clothing, food and other unhygenic animal products religious sacrifice for sentimental and traditional reasons will also continue to be justified by devotees. No proper change in society is possible until and unless animal farming and slaughter are banned entirely and permanently. Petition: https://www.change.org/endanimalfarming

It is clear to see that no god or goddess is fulfilling wishes, forgiving us, blessing us or cursing us, it is simply the Matrix that manifests our wishes and imagination through mental energy. To subscribe to any religious faith and to worship a super-human Creator of this Matrix, Gods, Goddesses, Angels, Spirits, Elves, Faeries, Santa or Mother Nature, with ignorant spirituality is simply a case of fantasy. Tamasic (dark) religions and spirituality have deluded masses with lack of basic awareness that there is no truth to be found anywhere all around us in this very low or Hell dimension, there is only the Matrix of illusions and desires with the Devil or Satan as its Masculine-Feminine (equal) and Sanatan (eternal) evil creator.
