    Five Ways to Heal the Inner Child

    We were born as natural and honest as can be, yet adults around us, including our parents, teachers, and society, imprinted their beliefs upon our our minds both knowingly and unknowingly. We learnt many things that we now need to unlearn. We repressed our real self and became angry, unhappy adults as a result. The inner child still stayed within us… we carry it everywhere…its a part of our subconscious that still awaits healing.

    Here are some tips to heal our inner child. Note that not only would you improve your relationship with yourself but also with your own children and with children around too once you practice these suggestions.

    1. Let Her Be: As adults we sometimes impose our rigid rules upon our children. We ask them to be polite, to focus on manners, to sit and listen, to obey orders, to dress to conform, to behave like adults…even if it is actually better for them to play, to explore,to be unruly and to express themselves authentically – to actually be child-like at that point. When we impose rigid rules all the time on kids, it indicates that our own inner child is being equally caged and constricted by us. We have started living a false life based on rules defined by society instead of following our heart. In truth we need to set ourselves free. Not all rules are ‘bad’ and we do need to guide our kids and our ‘inner child’ as responsible parents. Yet, to be overly focused on outer rules and norms is terrible and kills the inner-child’s need to learn through their own inner reasoning. Let our children Be, the way they are meant to be…to be kids and not little adults. And let our inner child Be too!kid-1241817_960_720.jpg
    2. Unconditional Love: When we are afraid of holding and cuddling our kids…and give them a bit of love only when they do something as per our conditions, it gives their subconscious mind a message that they are not really loved. True love is unconditional. Our children …just like animals…are naturally loving. They are here to remind us that we need to be unconditional and love ourselves truly. Do we really believe that we are worthy of our own love? Do we think we will be lovable if we are richer, more beautiful, more famous, more  successful….more of anything that the world makes us believe in? Do we seek happiness by following examples thrown at us from every media, advertising and marketing to become mere consumers …always looking for something new that will make us feel better about ourselves? Or are we supposed to look within and love our inner self which is beyond materialism? Give yourself a big divine hug. And your children too…just like that!mom-1006328_960_720
    3. Let Her Make Mistakes: How often do we scold our kids when they make a slip while trying to handle more than they could? Or, be overprotective so as to prevent them from learning through mistakes. Similarly…how often do we criticize ourselves when we are unable to meet anyone’s expectations? We feel the need to be perfect…to not err and fall…Yet, that is the way kids learn…by trying, failing and trying again. This is an important message kids give to all of us who are trying. Let there be no struggle in your trying. Do not let your inner adult scold you each time you fall or worry about falling. Keep doing your best joyfully without obsessing about what others are thinking. It is not about who is observing you or judging you. Its about being sincere and having fun in life – at the same time.     4. Follow Intuition not Rigid Routines: As children we are born with some natural gifts. Mother nature is our real mother who has always given us what we need. Our childhood instincts are to cry when we need feeding because it is necessary for our survival. We sleep when we want to and wake up when we feel like as a child instead of following the zonal clocks, because our inner time system is more important. We eat when we feel like and do not eat when we need not to eat…because that is the right thing to do. Yet as adults we forget to follow our own natural instincts. These instincts are in-fact aligned with our intuition guiding us from within. Something in us knows what we need at any point. As adults it is necessary to not become too artificial in our ‘routines’ and to remain spontaneous for the sake of our own health and happiness.  We fall ill and suffer whenever we go out of touch with our inner self.     5. The World is a Reflection: Kids are playful and focused on having fun instead of worrying about the world. Yet, in the process of ‘growing them up’ we teach our kids to regard the world as fixed and central to our existence. We wrongly program our own inner child too…that life is full of challenges, problems are inevitable, the world is full of evil…we need to accept things ‘as they are’ and we need to compete and stay ahead of ‘others’ to get what we want. For our inner child, the world is just a playground…everything comes to the child magically…someone always gives them all they need…they attract what they want. Yet our adult self reduces them to nothing and makes the world more important. In truth the world is a reflection. magical kids.jpgA healthy inner-child would know that:
      • The world is not a ‘bad’ place full of problems and threats
      • People and things that we encounter are connected back to our mind
      • It’s not about what others think of you or expect of you
      • Mistakes are okay as long as we keep doing what we love
      • Love yourself and others, be authentic not opportunistic
      • The world is a playground and we are just experiencing it joyfully
      • The world is magickal – a mere reflection of the inner world
      • Be natural, be intuitive, be self guided, create your own rules with love
      • Enjoy! Life is wonderful!

    Meditation: The Way to our True Self

    A lot of people ask me what type of meditation to practice…which technique to follow.

    • Somehow various ‘techniques’ of meditation have been branded all around by various meditation gurus. Those are merely induction techniques for trance. Not meditation itself.
    • Some people would say ‘meditate on this’ this and confuse meditation with contemplation or focus techniques. If you are meditating ‘upon’ something, whether something from a scripture or a word or mantra, that’s not meditation.
    • Some books and authors have confused meditation with visualizations. A lot of groups and individuals have practiced what they called ‘guided meditation’. Well that is not meditation either.
    • Some people thought meditation is breathing techniques. That s part of yoga but not meditation itself.
    • Others confuse meditation with yogic postures or various types of yogas. Some think kundalini and chakra work is meditation. All these techniques are wonderful for wellness and healing but are not meditation itself.
    • Chanting, singing, praying are all nice but they are not meditation either.

    Meditation is our inner natural state. It is when we are simply observing our inner silence. Meditation literally means going within. If you are focused on anything external it is not meditation. Thoughts are not us. We are something even deeper within.

    Think of an onion and you are peeling the layers of an onion. Beyond body, beyond emotions, beyond your wishes and dreams, beyond your thoughts playing in the mind, beyond the mind…Going to the deepest part of you. That is our real self and meditation is the way to our real self.

    You have to let go of those chanting, affirmations, visualizations, and all those techniques and simply be in inner silence.

    Really go off the GRID of all those mental projections which we believe to be ‘reality’. If your thoughts are playing in your mind keep practicing …half and hour to one hour a day…until you are able to quieten your mind. You will be. It does not depend on what you wear, what music you play outside, which incense you light, what crystals you decorate yourself with. Those things can create the mood, but meditation has only to do with finding time for yourself. Dedicate time…its called ‘sadhna‘. Find time off those facebook and twitter feeds and those numerous chores and tasks of daily life. Really dedicate time for YOURSELF and be with yourself. That’s the only ‘technique’.

    Your practice will start to give results when your thoughts reduce significantly. You will be less mind-full and more ‘mindful‘. This is ‘dhyana‘.

    Once you achieve the state of ‘dhyana‘ you will slowly find the space between your thoughts getting longer. Stillness. You will be quiet for the first time. Not just on the outside but inside. Free of thoughts. That’s the ‘no-mind‘ awareness. Coming to the point of nothingness or ‘shunyata‘. That’s where the true self is found. It is who we are without all those ideas of who we are. Without our egos and self-identities. It is the real self common to us all. This is where we are all connected as one. So take off all those masks of imagined perceptions and ‘know thyself‘.

    To be with our real self is so blissful, you would not want anything else. There is great peace and real happiness. Not just momentary pleasure but real inner joy. This is the most positive state ever. For the first time you are in touch with yourself. Our true self is divine. Self realization is God-realization. That is the real Goddess energy and the real Christ consciousness. No religion, no prayer, no ritual can give it to us. It is our common spiritual reality where everything and everyone converges. There is no describing how positive and peaceful it can be, you have to experience it yourself.

    Don’t give up if you don’t get this instant ‘nirvana’. It is not the false high you get through a drink or a drug. Its not like typing into google and finding what you are looking for. No-one out there can give you the answer to who you are. You cannot pay someone to find you YOUR inner bliss and inner contentment. No healer or guru can do it for you. No witch can cast a spell and send you real happiness. Find yourself. Do not wait for someone to come and open the ‘crown chakra’ for you. That door opens only with your inner key.

    Once you do find your inner self, be with yourself and stay with yourself, you will love being with yourself. No longer are you dependent on friends, society, community. No longer are you looking for a soulmate or trying to find love or acceptance. No longer do you need anything or anyone to complete you. Stop wandering around looking for something to do, someone to talk to…and meditate.

    Your inner self is peace, bliss and truth. Give yourself time. Be with your inner self more often. You will slowly get established in your inner self.  That’s ‘samadhi‘. Even in the outer world you can be in touch with your inner self, constantly. With time you begin to integrate with your real self it in non-dual awareness. Self-aware and awakened, not divided anymore but one complete whole.

    If you are looking for ‘benefits’ in meditation then let me tell you, there is nothing else but meditation that truly sets us free. You can cast spells and do all those new age magick that you love and enjoy everyday. But meditation is the way to find the truth. Its not just something you use for gaining power, getting richer, getting success, getting love or fame…PLEASE do not meditate for those reasons. Its time not to be stuck at those worldly desires. You are on the right path if and only if you are interested in being one with the TRUTH. That’s called being spiritual.

    If there is one thing and one thing alone that can really heal the world it is meditation. If there are problems in our life, in our society, in the world, it is only because of lack of meditation. There is no dis-ease, no worry, no struggle, no fight or strife any more once you are well integrated with the inner truth. If we could all meditate a bit more and a bit more…and a bit more…we will automatically find everything that is necessary for the world today.

    The truth makes us free. That is the only path to REAL-ization. While thoughts and ideas are illusions, truth is only found in silence. That’s the only time we are COMPLETELY with our pure and natural self. I hope you enjoy meditating and being with the truth within.

    Chakras and the Sacred Seeds of Manifestation

    Our chakras are the energy centers that link our inner and outer worlds together. It is through our chakra wheels that we manifest our inner energies in the outer world, through our bodies, our work, our words, our relationships…they form the rainbow bridge that connects our higher and lower self as one. Our chakras are astral convergence points for our numerous ‘naadis’ or energy channels of the subtle body. There may be 7 major chakras but perhaps 70 or more minor chakras can also be identified lying within or beyond our physical human bodies.

    Our 7 major chakras are often symbolized in VIBGYOR colours to help us understand their functions better. A syllable or ‘bija mantra’ is also ascribed to each of these chakras helping us energize each area of life that they represent. The word ‘bija’ means seed. Because our chakras project or channel our inner energies into outer existence, the bija mantras associated with each chakra are powerful seeds that manifest our inner divine self into the outer world when chanted.

    1. The lowest of the 7 chakras is the root chakra or ‘mooladhara’ visualized in red color and energized by the intonation of the mantra ‘LAM’. This energy wheel manifests our lower or physical existence as the solid world including our bodies and all the things around us.
    2. The next is our sacral chakra or ‘swadhishthana’ visualized in orange and energized by the intonation of ‘VAM’ to enhance our creativity including the aesthetic, reproductive and sensual side of our existence.
    3. The third chakra is solar or ‘manipura’ visualized in yellow and energized with the ‘bija mantra RAM’ to help us be powerful, successful in asserting our will, with a healthy sense of ‘self’.
    4. In the middle our heart chakra ‘anhata’ helps us expand our self to connect with the rest of the world through the power of love and compassion. It is visualized in the colour green and empowered through the ‘bija mantra YAM’.
    5. Our throat chakra or ‘vishuddha’ is visualized in blue light and connected with the intonation of ‘HAM’ to help us express clearly and truthfully to understand and be understood in our world.
    6. The third eye or ‘agya chakra’ has an indigo hue to describe its deeper power of intuition and magick and its ‘bija mantra’ is ‘SHAM’.
    7. Higher up around the top of our head our ‘sahasrara’ or crown chakra resonates the frequencies of universal or infinite power through the color violet and the mantra ‘OM’

    Notice that each of these ‘bija mantras’ end with AM, you can see this as a declaration of manifestation…of being and becoming…and that is why I call them seeds of manifestation through which the divine self (call it ‘I AM’ if you will), is brought to life from the nothingness of empty space into our perceivable universe.

    But what about the first part of each of these seven seeds of manifestation…..The La of LAM, the Ra of RAM, the Va of VAM, the Ya of YAM, the Ha of HAM, the Sh of SHAM, the O of OM…do they mean anything specific? These are what they mean to me and perhaps you would be able to feel their resonance with you as well:

    • Root Chakra: The La of LAM to me  represents the Lower world. The divine or higher self as the creator loves the lower world which is its own projection or creation and no less holy than the higher heavenly planes. LAM is the Lower La I AM…LAM
    • Sacral Chakra: The Va of VAM is the Wa of the womb of creation, the ‘yin’ or goddess power.. our creative force that helps us enjoy life…as our kundalini’ serpent begins to rise in the dance of life- Wow!…Va I AM….VAM
    • Solar Chakra: The Ra of RAM to me connects with the ‘yang’ principle of the gods Ra or Rama (or any other name you give them) representing individuality, personality or self. Ra the solar power that fires our daily life…this Ra I AM….RAM
    • Heart Chakra: The Ya of YAM is the Yeah, Yes factor…the attitude with which we open our arms and our heart wide enough to accept abundance, giving and receiving fully and seamlessly. Yes of course…Yeah!…Ya I AM….YAM
    • Throat Chakra: The Ha of HAM is the Ha of our laughter…the highest way we can express our inner truth. There is nothing to be sad about as we exhale and let go of all sorrow….ha…let go.. and all that is left to express is sheer joy. Ha! Ha! I AM…HAM
    • Third-eye Chakra: The Sh of SHAM is the Shh of silence…our inner mind takes over to start manifesting from within…through its inner soundless magick as the universe listens telepathically to our silent command … Shh.. I AM…..SHAM
    • Crown Chakra: The O of OM is the Oh! or O’ f self-realization…now it all makes sense…the puzzle falls back together… and all we can say or feel is this moment of utter truth…when all words would fail to describe the infinite reality of our true self…O’ creator who is within… O’! I AM….OM

    Sow the sacred seeds of sounds…resonate them all around

    Manifest from source to ground…beyond them silence can be found

    From higher to lower reality ….in every plane may Blessed you Be!

    Meditation: The Most Important Thing For Us All

    What is meditation?

    Meditation means going within (from the latin word medi that means middle or center). We all are something beyond our physical bodies, beyond our feelings, our desires, our thoughts…there is something deeper within us. Meditation is about being with this deeper part of us.

    Why should we meditate?

    In our day to day life we go through many ups and downs, seeing and experiencing both negative and positive things in the world, in our lives…and getting affected by them all. This is a state of duality or illusion…where we fall out of balance, fearful and unaware of who we are. Negative energy, fears or blockages are a result of this imbalance or ignorance…manifesting as diseases, problems, harmful thoughts, negative attachments, destructive beliefs, disturbed behavior or unhappiness of various kinds. Through meditation we awaken to our inner truth and discover inner happiness. We know that there is nothing to fear at all. This brings peace and joy to all of us and puts us all back in a balanced and wholesome state making everything better.

    Who can meditate?

    Anyone can, there are no restrictions of gender and even children can meditate whenever they are ready for it.

    When should we meditate?

    Meditation is an inner state and not restricted by time. Whether it is morning or night, before food or after, is not so important, although keeping a light stomach helps some people in focusing better, and it helps to be not too sleepy when you are trying to meditate. Women in their periods, or people who are not feeling well can meditate as well. In-fact meditation could help in healing you during uncomfortable times. With practice meditation will become easier and effortlessly possible at any time.

    What should be worn?

    There is no need to wear any special type of outfit. As long as you are comfortable you can meditate whether at work or home in your day to day clothes.

    Are there any specific methods of meditation?

    It does not matter what technique you use to draw focus from outer world to the inner self….some people begin by closing their eyes and sitting still, some prefer listening to soothing music to relax their mind, some focus on chanting or mantras, some focus on their breath, all these are just aids or induction techniques to gradually achieve stillness. Yet these are not meditation itself. Meditation is when we go beyond all this and be without any thoughts to discover the innermost self.

    What are the steps to follow?

    Step 1. Relaxed awareness: In day to day life sometimes we get absorbed in the experiences without remembering our innermost self. The first step in meditation is to draw our senses inwards. You can try this by closing your eyes gently and sitting in a comfortable posture, neither slouching not stiff.

    Step 2: Observation: Instead of getting attached to any feelings, thoughts or mind-chatter, just observe them and watch them quieten. Observing something gives you power over it. Observe your breath and your mind… and watch the space between your thoughts.

    Step 3: Witnessing: When you find the space between your thoughts …when there is inner silence, then you can observe your true self. This is who you really are. Be with yourself as a witness to the self. This takes you beyond the illusion of the world process and in alignment with your inner truth which is pure peace and bliss.

    For how long should we meditate?

    You can meditate for as long as you want. You might take some time in the beginning to even reach a meditative state and the idea is that once you get there you must stay in it for as long as possible. You can begin with practicing for 30 minutes a day and slowly increase it to one hour a day. As you practice each day after a period of dedicated practice, you will find that the meditative state will come naturally to you and in every part of the day and even at night while sleeping you will be in a deep inner state. Still it will be good to dedicate at least one hour a day for specially being just with yourself and meditating.

    What will happen once you reach a meditative state?

    For each person their own individual and unique experiences are important. You can note and observe our own experiences. For example: Being one with nature, Being one with the universe, Feeling light, Just being, Pure peace and bliss…these are some of the common experiences of people who meditate. After you achieve this ‘enlightened’ state you will not feel superior in any way but will be more compassionate and humble, recognizing that all is one.

    Success is a subjective concept. It is not necessarily about imitating someone else, or about being as rich or famous as a celebrity or a tycoon. Success depends upon how well you achieve your own goals and your own purpose of life. You have a unique purpose that your soul would know better than anyone else. Success is about achieving it in your own way.

    Here are some ideas to magnify your own success in amazing ways starting right now:

    1. Know what you want – Yes, the universe does conspire with us to attain our will. Yet there are some people who had never till now thought of writing down their life purpose, and some have not even embarked on a soul-searching journey to find it. Meditate. Find your own purpose and let it come to you from a deep place within yourself in order to be truly authentic.
    2. Focus on your purpose in everything you do, as much as possible – the more you keep in mind your goals in life the better are the chances you will indulge only in those actions that will bring you closer to your goals, without too many distracting forces. Consciously look for opportunities to further your goals everyday, and give it your all without postponing, without excuses and without laziness and say no to wasteful or unnecessary activities. Be dedicated to yourself.
    3. Share your dreams with the right people only. If you talk about your goals or share your dreams with others be sure it is directly helpful to them in some way so that they align to the goal. Also choose only those people who are vibrationally matching with your goals and will not cancel the energy out. You can annouce those accomplishments that have been attained and those projects that have been launched, but there is no need to share your personal unfulfilled wishes with everyone. While your dreams hold a special meaning to you others may be busy in their own goals. Believe in your own power to create your own success as elegantly as possible and nurture your own seeds till they grow. The tree will be fruitful soon.
    4. Be positive in your expression. Speak rarely about your personal problems, grudges or issues with the world, except for those who can directly help you in resolving the issues. Try to go within and achieve your inner healing. Take expert opinion and advise if needed. By criticising, complaining or venting out in public you only bring your energy as well as reputation down. Those people who use social media and blogs to spew negativity and share their frustrations or anger are not the ideal candidates for attracting success. Why not resonate frequencies of love, joy, self-confidence and transformation. Successful people have no time to gossip or cry the world out. They are busy in attaining new positive milestones everyday. They also compliment, encourage and help others out, a lot!
    5. Let your confidence come from a deep self-realization. Feel sure that you can achieve absolutely anything that your soul desires. This is the truth. There is no single thing in this world that any individual cannot achieve if he or she truly believes in it very deeply. If it is indeed meaningful to your soul there will be success some day or the other. Self doubt is something you will need to transform through self-awareness. The more self-realized you are the easier it is for you to believe in your capacity to create.
    6. Stay on the path. Do not abandon your dream just because its not acheived very quickly. You will achieve whatever you dream of as and when you align your frequencies with whatever it is you plan to achieve. This is a process that can take any amount of time depending on your frequency levels and the efforts you take to retune yourself. Almost every person who is successful has worked on self-programming in some or the other way. Work on what is within you and it will surely be true in your outer life. Your dream will come alive in amazing ways.
    7. Focus on the good. Be loving and generous with others as well as yourself, and let not anything make you feel negative. If there is one top quality that high achievers have, it is to be supremely positive at all times in their thoughts, their words, their actions and also in their inner feelings. The ability to choose your vibrational state is always there within you. Learn how to modulate your vibrations to an extent that not only do you prevent anything negative from affecting your energy levels, you also stay brimming with high energy to spread all around. Even when there is criticism, rejection or any negative feedback those who are highly successful have reached there by taking all these as opportunities to improve, learn and do even better, instead of reacting and feeling perturbed. Keep reminding yourself that you are fantastic and will keep doing better and better day after day regardless of what others say.

    All this may sound like a tall order for some of us, while for others it is just a matter of saying – ‘Yes, I can do it!’ Hope it is the latter in your case.

    I have tried all of this – is totally possible gets easier by the day if you would just begin now.

    • Breathe in deeply and exhale slowly several times daily – every few minute/ always – focus on breath and be with your breath. Oxygen keeps cells healthy. Lack of oxygen causes anaerobic cell growth leading to cancers, other diseases and ageing.
    • Close eyes and relax very often – every few minutes daily – in between while listening, talking, etc. Meditative state will help absorb good energy to balance the energy leaving you constantly – this will help in health gain and stop drainage
    • Don’t think all the time – give your mind a break – just enjoy and relax. Thinking less will help reduce drainage of energy and help in gaining health as well as conserving energy
    • Speak very less – speak slowly and softly in low voice, listen calmly, observe nod and smile – do not debate and discuss too much. Being forceful causes many stress disorders and diseases – heart problems, blood pressure – be more gentle and calm. Reacting less will reduce drainage of energy in unnecessary things
    • If anything is wrong just relax and say positive affirmations in your own mind to change it – talking, arguing or fighting is not required at all. When inner work and magick are there why take the effort to struggle and fight. Less struggle = better health and success
    • Appreciate and compliment often – criticise, gossip and complain very less or not at all. Good and healthy energy circulates through us when joyful and thankful. Negative energy circulates when we are upset or unhappy.
    • Do not worry about anyone or self. Worry increases stress and causes illness. It can never solve anything. Only constructive and positive thoughts can improve anything.
    • Do not feel guilty to accept, take or receive from others or yourself. The universe loves you and wants you to be happy. Only happy people can be any good to the world.
    • Enjoy and relax OUTDOORS in NATURE daily. Nature cures most illnesses and conditions. Being trapped indoors causes many ill conditions.
    • Spend equal or time off computer and phones than online – go gadget free often. Microwave radiations cause many illnesses if in excess– including wifi and gadgetary rays – use in moderation.
    • Eat slowly with mouth closed and without talking – focus only on the food and you. Gulping air due to talking and chomping can interfere with digestion. Focusing on ‘food and you’ can help absorb the best from the meal, getting more from less and reducing intake of food automatically.
    • Have clean water when thirsty – NOT juice/ NOT beer or alcohols/ NOT soft drinks. Nothing can substitute water. All other drinks contain artificial sugars and negative and stale energy that cause many diseases such as diabetes, cancer, heart disease, etc.
    • Have no or less coffee, tea, chocolate drinks, etc. No smoking and avoid passive smoking. Caffeine, nicotine and sugars cause many health hazards and are totally unnecessary in life.

    Success in what?
    Your goals once attained indicate your success…yes…but which goals indicate life success?

    You will see that the people you call successful may not be bursting with joy just because they have money or fame or family or friends or looks..

    Yes success can mean different things to different people and at different points of time…but that is the temporal and relative meaning of success.

    The word Success to which I am referring to is the universal one.
    It completes you.
    Its not focused on having one thing or another.

    Instead it is focused on being:

    Peaceful
    Loving
    Grateful
    Forgiving
    Compassionate

    Honest

    Happy
    Positive

    To be successful is to have greatness within.

    Who doesn’t want a happy life..

    I know you keep saying you do but the truth is you do not…or at least did not so far. If anything, you wanted and got problems, difficulties, worries and issues to handle day after day.

    Example 1. You got up late and landed late at work…and you said…”I am late for work” all throughout the journey…and felt angry at yourself and at all the cars before you, and at the elevator for being so slow, among other things and people
    Naturally you were very late and had a bad day at work too, because your mood set the tone. Your statement that ‘you are late’ delayed you more and more.

    Example 2. You went for a tarot reading and expressed how “everything is going wrong in your life” with deepest frustration at God, Universe, at your previous healer, your boss, ex, spouse or in laws to name a few
    Its extremely unlikely that with such a mindset you atttracted a satisfying and happy life. After all you are the God or Universe of your existence and you decided to be your worst enemy. And your negative statements said in the present tense came alive because you said them in continuous tense instead of stating them as past.

    Example 3. You were reading a newspaper or book, or watching a tv show or movie full of negative happenings such as murders, thefts, rape, kidnapping, disasters, end of the world, poverty, illness or numerous other morose topics….and worse…..you were feeling those emotions vividly with involvement.
    Then why were you surprised when negativity magnified in your life experience and came closer to your reality.

    Example 4. You kept thinking of your ex and wanted him back…neverminding he had a chain of affairs and cheated everyone he dated
    Then why are you so puzzled about why all your boyfriends ended up cheating you? Its the energy of your ex that you attracted by wanting it back.

    Example 5. You felt life is worthless. You kept lamenting about your sadness..,at how people are always mistreating you or how you were always hurt by others.
    Your sadness attracted more sadness to you again and again in a very logical way and only you had the power to break this chain.

    You do not have to go to your past lives to see what caused your present problem. Your present energy state determines everything. Its not your past that determines your future…its your vibrations right now that are creating your life experience.

    Just transform the vibrations.

    Basically your energy will determine your life.
    Choose to be happy…even if things go wrong somehow your fantasy will come alive. Imagine something nice. Sing happy songs in your head. Surround yourself with positive things that give you good feelings.

    1. Thinking positive and saying positive statements in present tense to yourself and others
    2. Feeling positive and happy
    3. Doing positive things…good deeds, helpful acts, being ethical
    4. Having faith in your highest self…there is a version of you wnhich is perfect and positive and you can always achieve it
