  • Narcissistic versus Empath Behaviour Explained

Narcissistic versus Empath Behaviour Explained (Detailed Article by Swati Prakash, http://www.askswati.com)

All humans have a need to be admired, look good in photos, and to be self loving by prioritising own wellbeing, success, and safety first. This is normal. All humans have a need for healthy self esteem, self respect, healthy body and mind, healthy ego (yes, ego is good if healthy), healthy boundaries, and self worth. All humans crave for emotional satisfaction and personal physical, mental, financial freedom and wellbeing. This is NOT narcissistic behaviour.

Narcissism is the opposite of these things.

    – Narcissistic people have an inferiority complex or low self esteem as they compare themselves with others and feel ashamed. Therefore they seek domination, power, one sided respect, unnecessary arguments, infighting, sudden conflicts, and regular tensions in order to be in control.

    – They thrive on making others feel worthless. They project out that they are ‘better’ than others by running others down, and get into unhealthy or toxic patterns in relationships and at times get abusive.

    – Often they target those people who are empaths or healers, those who have a bright aura and good potential, as they hate positive energy and want to bring us down and suck our life force away. Those who are talented, well spoken, good looking, or presentable, successful, and honest, often have a few people who are jealous of them and take undue interest in everything they do, or stalk you and your social media, in order to start targeting the victims and collecting information. If you were chosen by a narcissistic abuser it is very systematic. They don’t select everyone as a victim.

    – Narcissists usually lack compassion for others, don’t have kindness, and lack empathy or the capacity to feel for others. It’s very hard for them to show genuine care for others, to respect them, to love anyone, to give anyone priority, to praise, reward in a proper way, to speak as an equal, and to appreciate others.

    – When at fault they often blame the victims and accuse others of doing exactly what in reality they have done to them. It is not uncommon for toxic Narcissists to call their own victims Narcissistic and toxic and they instead play victims and seek sympathy at the right time to get others to justify their unusual behaviour and support them. You can be easily fooled as they might have everyone fooled.

    – They try to slam others down, throw tantrums like small kids, use rude body language or gestures, grit teeth while speaking, point fingers, glare at others, make you guilt trip for no fault of yours, use bad language, show anger, criticize you minutely in a disproportionate way, find faults with everything, get violent at times, and hurt others deliberately. You never know what sets them off and will need to walk on eggshells so as not to trigger them.

    – They also give breadcrumbs at times to pull you back in, or hoover you in, or love bomb you in phases to get you hooked on to the blow hot blow cold, emotional roller coaster in intimate relationships. But the next phase is when the tension builds up and soon they lose control and get upset again for no reason until they explode. The cycle of abuse repeats often with the same victim until the victim wakes up and cuts off from them which angers them.

    – They can be quite manipulative in order to take revenge, cry and fake being vulnerable, discard others who disagree with them, run smear campaigns against other, have minions or a few selected people who they puppet around and control, and treat others like slaves, or as dispensible commodities because they never can appreciate anyone’s true intrinsic worth and freedom.

    – When they are done with you they move on to the next victim by first seeling fresh supply of new minions and targets, and repeating similar tactics.

A good human being would let everyone shine out and be appreciated. A good human being loves, cares, gives compliments, wants others to be happy, gives gifts, shares credit for work, builds others up, rewards team members, has joyful disposition and a pleasant attitude in general behaviour.

While humans treat others as worthless commodities or routinely use others in romantic or working relationships for sex, pleasure, jobs, labour, etc., we treat animals of other species as objects in the most horrific ways of exploitation and abuse.

This is because of a lack of loving and kind hearts, being selfish, and displaying a tendency to be cruel if need be in order to continue your behaviour without the capacity to self reflect and change yourself.

Narcissism is a very common trait among humans as we have been conditioned to be cold hearted, to obey rules of law or society like robots, or follow commandments of religion and books, instead of using our own heart, intuition, and sensitivity.

We are trained to be insensitive, tough, struggle, chase goals, work like slaves, focus on things to own, consume or use, rather than to focus on other humans or animals in developing equality based mutually beneficial relationships and on love and kindness, in a system of economy which values struggle, stress, and hard work for money over joy, fun, happiness, and emotional satisfaction as a measure of success.

While we are Vegan to not abuse and harm other animals, we need to also know that love, kindness, compassion are also worthwhile goals and to go for Ascension instead of staying neutral and stoically focused on justice,  non exploitation and non harming alone as the ultimate end goal. To raise vibrations higher, we must also learn Healing, kindness, power of love, chakra healing meditation, and positive affirmations in order to manifest better realities and live in balance.

  • Is Being Vegetarian Good Enough?

    Is Being Vegetarian Good Enough?

At a recent vegan activism event at London’s Trafalgar square, an anti vegan troll wanted to kill me as he somehow sniffed out that I am a witch (a reputed Indian Wiccan that I have been known to be for years – video embedded below the article). He was of course angry as he was religiously intolerant as well as anti-feminist, apart from anti-animal rights. If you are a feminist and believe in gender and LGBTQ equality, you must be Vegan. Want to know why?

Some people think that not eating meat on some days or most days, or even being a vegetarian is a great thing to do for their health, for the planet, or for animals. The association they have with graphic violence or murder ends at ‘meat’ of animals. But are they right? What about the other animal products they consume, such as unfertilized eggs and dairy milk items?

Here are some reasons why not to be vegetarian, and to be strictly vegan instead.

    1. Breeding animals or farming them is essentially the rape of females and sexual abuse of males to collect sperms and inseminate the females artificially. These animals never had the freedom to find a mate they liked, or any sexual pleasure ever throughout their life. They are non consenting sexual and reproductive slaves whose bodies are continually manipulated and abused whenever the farmer wants to use them. This is a gigantic evil in itself.
    2. Unfertilised eggs are still a product of abuse. The farmers want more and more eggs and for them they need more female hens. Therefore they still need to fertilize a large number of eggs to grow their business and continue earning profits by satisfying consumer demand. Therefore male baby chicks are useless to them once born as they segregate male and female chicks and kill the males usually on the first day of their birth, as soon as they hatch from their shells looking for their mother. The method of killing is pure torture, usually live maceration which is similar to being put in a blender, only a hundred times worse and more painful to the little ones, and sometimes gas chambering that is prolonged suffering. They could even be suffocated to death in garbage bags. Many a times macerated chicks are turned into filthy chicken nuggets or dirty pet food.
    3. Free range is horror. Not only are hens forced to suffer in stinking and filthy sheds or barns in free range industry if not caged, the baby chicks are also killed on the day of birth if male. Similarly baby male calves are also shot in the head or slayed to produce veal as male cows are useless to the dairy industry and farmers want to cut costs and focus on the females, in order to reproductively exploit them as sexual slaves. Mothers are always grieving the loss of male babies and the babies are crying for mums and separated that adds to psychological torture and is a huge sin.
    4. Egg laying hens and dairy cows are genetically manipulated with breeding to produce too many eggs and too much milk that leaves their body sore and emaciated. Hens as jungle fowls in the wild produce no more than one egg a month as it is similar to human females having periods on a monthly basis. These eggs consume the energy of the bodies of the females and suck out their nutrition as hens lay more than 300 eggs instead of 12 a year. This is pure cruelty. Similarly cows were originally wild aurochs in nature and now extinct and domesticated into the current version. They are bred to produce excessive milk and their udders are swollen and infected and often they collapse of their weight and become lame. They also have mastitis, a painful breast condition, as they are unable to feed their babies who are kept far away on formula.
    5. All animals that are farmed end up in slaughterhouses and that too after a highly reduced lifespan.
    6. Eggs and dairy items contain toxic germs. Eggs are anally secreted and super filthy, and so is dairy. You would not dream of living in those filthy farms with all the faeces, wounds, and urine around that these animals spend their short lives in.
    7. Eggs and dairy contain cholesterol that clogs your arteries and reduces the longevity of your heart and also blocks your brain blood supply, causing dullness and lack of energy. Vegan food has zero cholesterol and you have never felt better than being vegan.
    8. Eggs, dairy, meat, have antibiotics that cause you even more illnesses and reduce your immunity and ability to get helped by antibiotics due to antibiotic resistance.
    9. Animal products are carncinogenic or cancer causing, including breast cancer, ovarian cancer, and bowel cancer, among others being linked to eggs and dairy. By being vegan you are saving the lives of your children and other family members. Mental health problems such as depression, autism, schizophrenia, Parkinson’s disorder, and Alzheimer’s disease are also linked with dairy consumption and that of other animal products. More in my previous articles with research data, linked here.
    10. Humans do not need to have eggs or dairy milk as we are technically primates who are frugivore apes in the animal kingdom as per our true nature and need dietary fibre which is absent in animal products causing so many illnesses to us. Anything and everything we need can be vegan including eggs and milk substitutes, leather, fur, and all our products and services. Try tofu scramble, or vegan egg replacers in the supermarket, and a variety of plant milks and plant based dairy desserts cheeses, tofu paneers, and ice-creams to go plant based completely and be vegan by boycotting all products of animal exploitation.
    11. By going vegan, you will help in saving the environment by causing less deforestation and prevent the methane, nitrous oxide and CO2 produced by the animals who are bred to the tune of over 80 billion per annum for animal farming by food industry alone, consuming most of the crops on earth, and taking away our land thereby impoverishing humans, taking away all the real estate, causing inflation, taking away al our taxes for their enormous subsidies, and making the economy collapse under their weight.

Listen to the powerful voices in this video below for more clarity and watch the clips included within for evidence on live chick maceration. Would you press the button and put baby chicks in the blender yourself? Then please boycott these horrifically graphic slaughterhouses and be a Vegan, and not just vegetarian.

  • Recognize These Red Flags Before Dating Someone

Recognize These Red Flags Before Dating Someone

Dating, and romantic relationship that you can rely on by Swati Prakash of http://www.askswati.com

So many of us suffer in relationships as planet earth has been infested by unconsciousness. These are some people I would stay away from. What about you?

    1. Those looking for particular racial orientation or skin type. These are low vibration human beings.

    2. Those looking only and only for particular features, e.g. big blue eyes, blonde, long hair, or stereotyped beliefs (e.g. man always being taller, older, richer, stronger). Again very low vibration level.

    3. Any other kind of discrimination. E.g. ableist, speciesism, homophobia, genderism, gender stereotyping, classism, spiritual discrimination, as all these are signs of an undereducated and immature person.

    4. Those who are hidden liars and cheats with irresponsible behavior.

    5. Those who are Narcissistic. Please learn what it means and spot the red flags early on. There is so much to know about this subject. In a nutshell people who control you emotionally, make you feel they are superior or inferior, play mind games, guilt trip you, or give out hot and cold vibes systematically in order to give you an emotional roller coaster ride or trauma bond. They act abnormally and are dangerous. Sadly a lot of humans fit the bill.

    6. A psychopath. These would be violent abusers, and those who feel nothing for their victims as they lack the moral or emotional capacity. One clear sign is if they refuse to go vegan after full explanation or documentary footage. Huge sign. I have heard of vegans wanting to be open to non vegan partners and it worries me as this is pure hypocrisy and speciesism. You are not a real vegan if you still love a non vegan who refuses to change for animals. If you wouldn’t date a known serial killer or a racist, then why a non vegan who is adamant and unable to change themselves?

    7. Goes without saying that you must never date someone who doesn’t make you feel right, whom you have felt little or no mutual attraction with, no magnetic pull, no orgasms, no beautiful kisses. Could be that one of you are in it just for money or status, or out of sympathy or coercion, or because you were desperate, ageing, needed someone, etc.

    8. If they don’t treat you well and lack generosity, e.g. sweet little gifts, love notes, roses, taking you out sometimes, and if all this is one sided, or only when they need you. It’s a sign of a small hearted and unromantic person.

    9. Those who are in it only for sex. They lack the capability to love with the heart. All they see is an opportunity to use someone for satisfying their carnal instinct with no emotional depth. Sadly while growing up and in adulthood, I noticed many people were to fit this bill. Not my types.

    10. Cheap behavior. Not highly cultured that turns you off, such as the tone of voice, shouting, uncivilized, not well mannered, aggressive, foul language, loose morals, lack of civic sense, and so on.

    11. Those into lower quality cultural norms. E.g. a woman must do all the cooking and cleaning, or look after kids, not allowed to wear certain clothes, looking for parental permission, family income status, discriminatory religious beliefs, social taboos, etc.

    12. Losing sleep, crying, asking about the future constantly, and worrying throughout the day about why someone behaved in a certain way, or whether they love you, can harm your mental and emotional health. This is a sign of distress and incoming trauma. Go for those who relax you and uplift your heart, with energy and a feeling of trust and faith. Try therapy and ask for healing.

  • 2024 Full Moons, a Special Black Moon, and Accurate Positions of Planets in Vedic Astrology by Swati Prakash

2024 Full Moons, a Special Black Moon, and Accurate Positions of Planets in Vedic Astrology by Swati Prakash

Is the Wolf Moon (January’s Full Moon) in Leo as stated by Western Astrologers? Or is it in Cancer (Karka Rashi) as per Vedic Astrology of India?

You will be surprised to know that Western Astrologers, Tarot Readers and Media keep posting inaccurate positions of the stars. Their ephemeris is inaccurate or misaligned by the actual sky (astronomy) by appx. 24 degrees. Vedic Astrology being sidereal (based on actual position of celestial bodies and zodiacs) is comparatively more accurate in these calculations.

This full moon of January is a great time for introspection and intuition being in Cancer, and amazing for Tarot, third-eye or psychic work, healing meditation, self-reflection, home improvements, family time, motherhood, kindness, compassion, and self-care. Light beautiful white candles and gaze into the flame for some time and close your eyes gently to meditate soon after in order to develop your third eye today. Gaze into a Selenite crystal ball for maximum third eye activation and to enhance your intuitive and psychic perceptions. You might have a calling to learn more Tarot and Divination this year. Courses are now once again available online on my website http://www.askswati.com

Mercury retrogrades that affect communication and travel plans and might reverse them, are in August from 5th to 28th, and then in the first half of December from 2nd to 15th.

Also did you know there is a rare Black Moon (Second New Moon of the month) in Sagittarius on the 30th of November? While Blue Moons are the second full moon of a month happening once in 2.5 years appx, Black moon’s are the second new moons similarly and represent new beginnings and an opportunity to make amends, erase the past, and start afresh. The Black Moon in Sagittarius on 30th of November helps you point your quiver of arrows in an additional, perhaps a secret direction of new starts, adventures, activism, travel, relocation, and activities that take you somewhere new. For example a new source of revenue, a secret investment in a new location, a new hobby that is more daring, a chance to say goodbye to anything that you need to close in order to begin on a new blank canvas. Simply light black candles to say goodbye to unwanted energy and make way for new light.

The following is the list of celestial movements in Vedic Astrological schedule and its possible impacts as per AskSwati.com (Kindly Note: In order to receive predictions specific to your life, I would need to look at your birth-chart first based on your date, time, and place of birth as Vedic astrology looks at accuracy and predicts your path based on every house in your natal chart, and the impact of the transits on your natal chart for each area of your life sequentially. I also need to see which planets are already there in each house or sign and the impact of the same based on their chemistry with each other.)

    Transits 2024

Rahu/ Ketu – Remain in Pisces and Virgo respectively throughout the year.

Rahu is the name of the mystical north node of the moon (intersection of orbit with earth’s), while Ketu is the name of the south node. They are picturised or imagined as a mythical dragon with Rahu as the head, the seeker of wishes and desires, hungry to satisfy the wild side, while Ketu represents the tail of the dragon, where you let go and end the seeking or quest. Rahu in Pisces indicates that we are more likely to feel a pull in the mystical and emotional dimensions of life, towards secrets and the hidden aspects of life. We would find more peace through the practical and mundane realities of life where we settle down.

Saturn – Remains in Aquarius throughout the year with no transits.

Saturn in Aquarius is powerful in its own house which it rules. A planet of challenges, hardships and tough lessons it also delivers strength and courage to fight battles, especially legal ones, a sense of justice or judgement and a rational approach that is clear and categorical and makes no exceptions whatsoever. A strict nature of Saturn in Aquarius is good for civil services, politics, law, clear decisions, fitness routines, rationality, scientific temperament and logical discernment. This also means your dreams may come true with some discipline of mind. The exact impact on your life depends on which house is represented by Aquarius in your vedic ‘kundali’ or natal chart. For instance those whose 6th house is Aquarius might have a better chance of losing weight by visiting the gym and are likely to stick to this schedule. In the 7th house it impacts your relationships by delaying prospects that are incompatible, and protecting your from harm so that your partnerships are only with the right people.

Jupiter – Begins this year with Aries and transits quietly on the 1st of May into Taurus. This is a planet of success, good fortune, expansive ideas, optimism, and compassionate gurus or mentors who can help you learn with a gentle attitude, as contrasting with Saturn who is the tough teacher or taskmaster who can judge you. In the first half of the year up till April end, most of us feel slightly positive vibrations in overall luck as Jupiter is in a friend’s sign as Aries is ruled by Mars. Transitioning to the sign of Taurus that is ruled by Venus can bring a few upsets from May onwards in some plans, based on what house Taurus represents in your Vedic birth-chart or kundali. However being an overall beneficial planet or benevolent as a whole Jupiter will not always bring terrible repercussions in most aspects of life. Overall for the planet it can imply changes and shifts in the earth’s climate and perhaps even the stock market, and perhaps a lack of proper action as our policies get relaxed and lose effectiveness.

Pluto – Remains in Capricorn throughout the year. This celestial body although demoted from a recognised planet, is volatile in terms of business and investments as it carries a sense of economic transformations, and risks as seen before for a few years now since 2008.

Neptune – Remains in Pisces continuing mysticism in the air and perhaps a gullible romance for love fools who are sentimental, soft hearted, and compassionate. A sense of environment, justice for animals, and talks of peace would continue on however unheard.

Uranus – A major shift is in Uranus too this year, as it transits from Aries to Taurus on the 1st of June bringing a wandering spirit to some stability with major decisions and peace for most of us. Unrest or troubled political scenarios or strife might end temporarily in June. However Uranus returns to Aries retrograde bringing past issues back on the 13th of December before year end.

There are two solar eclipses in Pisces on the 9th April, and Virgo on the 2nd October, respectively. Solar eclipses reveal a sense of shadows in otherwise optimistic matters based on what Pisces represents in your birth-chart or Kundali, and might represent debts or misfortune in matters in April. In October it can indicate indecisions and lack of practical opportunities or a difficulty in ethics and trust when it comes to people. Eclipses are not always visible in every geographical region.

Lunar eclipses always occur on certain full moons and this year are on 25th March in Virgo and 17th September in Aquarius. They may cause sorrows and emotional upsets for most people, especially in terms of what Virgo and Aquarius represent in your chart but overall representing loss of practical focus and achievements in the full moon of March or confusions in thinking in September’s full moon. It need not always be negative as it can be transformed through meditation and calmness on those days.

For a detailed look at your Kundali or Natal Chart as per Vedic Astrology with Tarot card guidance all year round, email me via www.askswati.com and send me your question for detailed astrological and tarot advise and/ or a psychic or teacup reading which are both fun and mystically enlightening.

Mars represents movements in ambitions, seeking of passion, power, real estate, and sales. Venus represents your creative and sensual nature, and a capacity to give birth to ideas, crafts, decorate, heal, and develop your special artistic talents or beauty. Mercury represents your mental thoughts, education, short journeys, and communication with others. Sun represents your fame or social reputation or the way other’s see you in day to day life.

  • Are You Seeking Truth in a World Crafted With Lies?

Are You Seeking Truth in a World Crafted With Lies?

What if we are in a digital reality simulation matrix in which people around might actually be AI instead of real humans (not natural organic human monkeys)?

If we are in a digital simulation its indications are likely to include the following:

    1. Mind creates a reality show or VR that appears physical but is energy or mind projection largely. Even trees, bodies of animals, celestial bodies, atomic and subatomic particles, clouds, continents, all are fractal code generations replicable with digital tech, given the right resources. This means we might already be in a simulation designed by a highly advanced AI.

    2. Thoughts manifest out as if its a dream world not a physical world although appears solid (*magickal reality of vibrations) albeit a highly controlled one (unlike your other dreams at night from which you can easily wake up). You think it’s great to manifest reality as if you are Gods or Goddesses, witches, wizards, powerful ones, or divine heroes but in reality you are just in a dream and unable to wake up. The Fool of Tarot cards really. Time to stop self worship and find truth?

    3. People around seem more like dumb bots following masses or a program codes to do robotic meaningless jobs, sell useless items that harm earth, eat strange foods including gory body parts, have unhygienic sexual relations exchanging germs and secretions, and reproduce unnecessarily to cause even more stress to innocent crying babies forced to be born and to live in such a world…surrounded by substandard humans with absolutely no interest in truth or nature of reality and personal liberation. How do we live like this? It’s traumatic.

    4. A few major religions actively prevent truthseeking building fear and love of external entities or God beings to impose authority and dominate the world with their extremely strange and ridiculous beliefs in killing others violently, stoning to death, hitting wives, blood rituals, etc…perfectly accepted as respectable!!! How come the majority of humans follow such nonsense?

    5. Science actively prevents discovery of paranormal or Magic by being outdated and materialistic in-spite of evidence and calls witnesses of anything metaphysical, medically lunatic or delusional instead of actually researching into the phenomenon of mediumship, telepathy, clairsentience, clairvoyance, telekinesis, manifesting reality with mind or meditation, etc. People who are best described as ignorant or ‘muggles’ ridiculing the enlightened or even experts. How has this been allowed to happen?

    6. Government, medical doctors and school systems seem to have perpetrated a big lie that humans are Omnivores biologically when it’s obvious we are frugivore apes or primates as per biology.
… Am I the only one who finds this quite disturbing?
Why is no-one challenging the government? Not even most vegans or huge vegan charities with millions of followers and money?

    7. Do not forget Mandela Effect is evidence enough, moving kidneys and heart for example, dates changing of world events, brand identities changing, literature and media changing… ..that everything we know about history, science, politics, media, celebrities, economy… everything infact, is a lie. Whom do we trust because who is real?

So where do you stand? Are you just looking for coffee ☕️ or yummy food, or sexual relationships. Or are you a truthseeker?

Write to me in comments or email me your evidence on contact@earthhealingnetwork.com for sending me articles to be published on my blog.

  • Christmas Conspiracy

    Christmas Conspiracy

Many a times the Matrix control human minds and makes us forget our natural, normal self by brainwashing us using fear based religions of mind control. Christmas 🎄 was originally a winter festival of solstice at midwinter when night is longest right now.

Because of trees bring dry and looking dead and losing greenery…fir trees were considered symbols of life in death. Santa was also originally the winter king of paganism who dies and the young summer king is born as days get longer after the longest night of the year. Trees were decorated symbolically to keep spirits residing within it feel warm and loved. Birds, worms insects, foxes, rabbits, squirrels and various animals suffer in winter cold so it was a symbol of connection with nature and wishing nature spirits well. So you do NOT chop trees in Christmas.

You do not kill animals at Christmas…a Savage tradition of British stone age mass murders in gatherings to feed humans in cold weather as they had less access to green food. We must not copy the west. Western world can be cold and not suitable for human life and agriculture of plants in past that led to them killing animals cruelly and eating or wearing them. It’s no longer relevant. We can be Vegan now. We have a global economy and civilised enough to buy and trade food instead of kill sentient beings to eat if we can’t grow fruits. Always remember ❤️ we are not Omnivores.

  • Protest Against Dairy at ISKCON Radhe Krishna Temple London

Protest Against Dairy at ISKCON Radhe Krishna Temple London

A protest against Dairy at Radhe Krishna Iskcon Temple this month was held with much enthusiasm, with a few hardcore Vegan activists holding some posters quietly outside the doors. Yet, the temple pundits were rather aggressive and poorly behaved with some of the protestors, including myself, who was covering the event for my channel. The temple staff tried to confuse police to waste their time in order to stop vegan activism instead of supporting the noble mission for the benefit of cows.

The following video uncovers it all.

Ten odd protestors, including Vegan child Shaurya Dutta, wore blue covid/ surgical masks aimed at reducing confrontations and keeping discussions to a minimum, with simply #maakaadoodh and @maakadoodh written across both the masks and the few posters. A QR code pointed at Maa Ka Doodh (Mother’s Milk), a renowned documentary film that exposes harsh truths about Dairy.

No one can make any sense of the unusual dairy fascination of humans who are from apes and frugivore by nature.

A leading MP of India, Menaka Gandhi, who is a vocal animal rights activist, has stated shocking things about Iskcon in an interview within this documentary film and elsewhere, among several hideous details about dairy and the humongous animal exploitation inherent in the dairy industry, including by Hare Krishnas, covered up by Iskcon carefully in the guise of ‘welfarism’.

India is shamefully among the largest producers of beef and leather, directly as a result of the huge dairy cattle population.

To cater to the abnormal dairy demand of billions of Indians, cows are needlessly raped and abused to produce babies after babies who are either raped if female to produce babies, or killed (in some cases abandoned) at birth or within a few days of birth if male, and thereafter the mother is also abandoned and usually killed horifically as it is obviously unsustainable to house so many cows safely. Menaka Gandhi has also explained that bulls are ejaculated using electric shocks in the dairy industry that cause them to faint or vomit, while poor and ignorant humans are exploited to impregnate females using metal rods that perforate the uterus and vaginas of the cows who give painful births and labour just to produce a baby in order to lactate.

All this is just for tea or food products that can easily be created using plant based alternatives that are as easy as blending nuts or grains with some water at home.

The myth of calcium and protein is debunked as we all know that green vegetables, pulses, and tofu can provide adequate nutrients to us. Therefore, to provide religious reasons or excuses of a past legend of childhood Krishna, a folk hero who is worshipped as a ‘cowherd’ who is believed to have enjoyed milk products, is entirely irrelevant and must be stopped at the earliest.

Prabhupada has authored books such as Bhagwad Gita As It Is and given numerous lectures that have been starkly misogynistic.

Hare Krishna community is already disgraced publicly numerous times due to misogyny, rape normalisation, and casteist as well as racist speeches by their ignoble founder Prabhupada.

A pathetic example of Racism by Hare Krishna ISKCON founder followed by his community members in a silly way.

Please share this article and video widely as ISKCON is an international organisation, and it appears that they continually hoodwink public, predominantly to maintain power, huge wealth, massive land ownership in the guise of dairy welfare farms. They erode the image of India and are bereft of any spirituality of truth and higher consciousness with their mediocre standards of behaviour, display of arrogance by priests, rampant misogynistic remarks, casteism, and racism, as clearly evidenced several times, without any trace of doubt.

  • Why Must We Have Self Respect As Vegans

Why Must We Have Self Respect As Vegans

As a vegan, you are important as a spokesperson for poor victim animals. You need to be respected and supported for helping out in this HUGE charitable cause for justice and equality. And if you are having beautiful conversations with non vegans and giving them invaluable knowledge and guidance, they need to at least respect you for that, if not pay you as an expert.

Non vegans treat us badly enough. On top of that, some Vegans are unclear themselves and take things lightly at times. This is because fundamentals are not clear enough within the vegan community. I am an expert and a book author, and I can help clarify things.

Please 🙏 watch the below video and comment to add your opinions.

What Do You Mean by Judgemental?

Narcissistic tactics are already used by non vegans to minimise, deny, deflect, gaslight, charm, laugh it off, disrespect the social cause, and massage their egoes. Kindly refer to my free book Shamelessly Arguing With Vegans on http://www.earthhealingnetwork.com website.

The following are some of the illusions they expertly project and convince us of:

1: ***They deserve non judgemental listening to… as if they are victims who are paying for a counselling session designed to heal them.***

Remember, they are guilty, and they need to have someone tell them that. Would you not judge a terrorist, a serial killer, a rapist, a paedophile? These deserve jail as per a court judgement.

So why be a speciesist and accept huge crimes against animals of other species?

If you claim to be a vegan and preach non judgemental attitudes towards huge crimes perpetrated against animals of other species, shame on you. Blame and shame are healthy for the sake of insight and self reflection. They help us awaken.

2: ***Just because you were not born a vegan and were guilty in your past, you must also let them go lightly and not feel judged.***

Well, you have changed. You judged yourself, found yourself guilty, and took steps to stop being a perpetrator yourself. Now it is their turn.

3: ***They need their own time to come to a decision on whether to go vegan or not.***

If you know you can be a normal person right now and not hurt someone without any issues, why would you keep harming others? And is abusing others up to your personal (rude) choices and decisions? You are being speciesistic.

    4. ***They need to feel respected as equals, not discriminated against and included in your social life, personal life, jobs, and communities.***

Do you make it a point to include paedophile, racists, and serial killers in your relationship, daily life and socials, in bed with you, in your offices and teams?

If yes, you need to get your head checked up now. (I KNOW SOME PEOPLE DO AS THEY HAVE LESS SELF RESPECT)

If non vegans want to be included, there is a simple and immediate way – just go vegan. Easy peasy. It’s no rocket science.

Non vegans know how to be vegan in this age of Internet and supermarkets. They are draining us out, wasting our time, and hurting their victims while also abusing us. Siding with them makes you an enabler of speciesism. Just because you are not the victim, and your head was not chopped off, you find it easy to judge vegans as judgemental if they say that it is entirely wrong and unjustified? Non vegans enjoy this conflict between vegans.

In outreach, their conversations with us non vegans seem largely abusive, intimidating, and superficial. They behave entitled and cocky, talk us down, implicate us, and walk away feeling like they stuck to their guns and won their right to hurt, kill, and cause mayhem for selfish enjoyment of taste or vanity.

Worse still some ‘Vegans’ are appearing in front of other Vegans and being applauded for stating we should not ‘judge’ Non Vegans unless we were vegan since birth…as we all are not born vegans (therefore inferior). Well, so what if someone is born a vegan, and so what if they went vegan just 2 days ago? If they understand how to change themselves now, that is all that matters.

Veganism is not a toxic competition of who was vegan for a longer time. It is about the rights of victims who are animals of other species. Also enough of misjudging Vegans as militant, or superior, or preachy, or judgemental. Non judgementality does not mean condoning violence or discrimination. Also, if you are racist, misogynist, genderistic, heterosexist, ageist, ableist, yourself, or in any way not anti-discrimination yourself, being ‘just vegan’ is not enough. All evil is equally wrong.

Veganism is also not the same as eating plants, mainly for health and climate change. It is a moral stand for animal rights. Other ancillary issues add to your outreach but are not the core of veganism. If you are not vegan but are plant based and a Speciesistic person at heart, please don’t call yourself a vegan. Plain and simple.
