Rare Planetary Alignment this Feb: Magickal Advise for the remaining Year

A rare planetary parade is expected with visibility of many planets this month specifically by 28th February, brining the significance of planets back into focus. But what does the placement of planets or Sun and Moon and their movements and eclipses mean to you?

Most people look to western astrology for answers of what each month or year will bring. But did you know that the placement of celestial bodies through the zodiac bands in the sky vary quite a bit as per western and Vedic astrological calculations? In short western calculations and sun signs or star sign reports are highly inaccurate because the actual position of planets in the sky is more in line with sidereal astrology owing to a correction based on the precession of the equinoxes over the centuries, although western astrologers use the outdated ephemeris erroneously.

If you go as per ancient Vedic Astrology, the analysis of moon and other bodies would be much more a reflection of the actual position of the same as viewed from earth astronomically. Based on Vedic transits of the Moon and other celestial bodies, I have prepared a list of celestial events of magical significance as outlined below along with a brief overview explained on the next page to help you manifest a better reality and banish unwanted energy.

A pdf version of this with the astrological table of transits and explanation may be downloaded free from this link – DOWNLOAD FREE ASTRO GUIDE 2025.

20th November’s Scorpio Micro New Moon is good for reducing any damage and banishing enemies.

A Cold Super Full Moon in Taurus on 4th December helps you slow down and splurge on yourself and loved ones in preparing for winter months. Another Scorpio New Moon on 20th December helps in clearing away any obstacles and releasing the old as the year wanes.

  • Should Vegans Perform Activism Too?

    Should Vegans Perform Activism Too?

    Q. Should every Vegan necessarily perform activism?

    A. By Rev. Swati Prakash, Wiccan ethical expert and coach http://www.askswati.com

Veganism by definition is about avoiding consumption of products or services or engaging in activities that hurt, harm or exploit animals of non human species. It is one of our moral baselines although not the only one as I advocate (as a Wiccan educator) being against all abuse, discrimination and exploitation against human or non human species. It is additionally great if you could also find some time for activism and there can be many good types or forms of activism.

Types of Activism: Writing, Videos, Petitions, Fundraisers, Public Speaking, Education, Debates, Talks, Conversations, TV Outreach, Leafletting, Music, Demonstrations, Marches, Protests, Vigils, Street actions, Sit-ins, Comedy, Creative Artivism, Chalking, Stickering, Postering, Road signs, Vehicle signs, Gatherings, Social Media Posts, Press and TV content, Rescuing, Political Lobbying, Letters, Advertising Campaigns, Arrestible Actions such as Aggravated Tresspass and Blockades

I started with rescuing strays and creating small fundraisers or campaigns as a teenager, followed by writing columns in press and featuring in broadcast media to educate about nature, feminism and Wiccan beliefs when I grew up. I used to speak as a Wiccan educator at large events when invited to educational institutions or in seminars, as well as held my own gatherings and workshops too and I am aware that these help educate people and build communities. After going Vegan started blogging with well written and researched articles in detail since 2014 as well as followed it by street activism since 2019 and conversations, and then going on to authoring books in 2020 to raise awareness. I have worked with several activism teams as well as tried my hand at rescuing animals from farms recently. If I organise events I try to create those that attract more footballs to draw people into conversations easily on streets such as the Crime Scene demos at London Leicester square that were very effective in out reaching more people due to their curiosity value as conversations didn’t stop at the scene, one after another with some excellent activists being outreachers around the crime scene.

Examples of a Few Great Activists:
When one evaluates effecive activism a few names stand out such as Joey Carbstrong, Earthling Ed and Tash Peterson for example who are brilliant and have motivated a number of people, including myself and several other activists that I have met on streets in getting out there and talking or taking a stand against animal exploitation and abuse. These activists have focused on being featured in media as well as  been powerful in social media which in my opinion helps a lot more than otherwise. Because my background is press and media and I know first hand how powerful they could be. If you can become a major influencer such as these people have as activists it would be great for the cause.

    Positive Benefits of Activism:

    1. Activism is fun and also helps you meet lovely people and make new friends over time with like minded intelligent souls.

    2. It also adds more experience into your career and helps you develop communication skills, confidence and good behaviour standards as well as possibly could get added to your CV if you achieved some goals.

    3. It is great for your mental health and emotional wellbeing as it helps you feel that you achieved more than simply wasting time and money on socially unproductive activities or in toxic relationships. Of course you need to protect yourself from negative people, time drainers or rude people everywhere even in Vegan teams.

    4. In terms of social media it definitely helps you organize your thoughts and adds a new dimension to your profile and increase your reach as well as goodwill.

    5. For celebrities: As a Public Relations expert and a former owner of a PR agency in Mumbai where I lived before UK, I always advised my business and celebrity clients to focus on charitable work and to advocate positive things in media as opposed to senseless gimmicks because media and press are massive change agents in society and opinion influencers often have a bigger chance at being heard and emulated by public and can use their power for good.

Risky actions: Some activism groups focus on getting arrested and going to court or jails as a sign of self sacrifice or drawing attention to the cause, for example Animal Rebellion (now Animal Rising). However these can come at a cost both economically as well as time wise and impact future career as well as family commitments. These actions are for those who can afford to take such risk in their career or personal life and not always my favourite as a single mum who cares for my son and two pets at home. If you do take risky actions the benefits to society must outweigh the costs or risks in an impactful way.

Rescuing Farm Animals: A few groups focus on rescuing a few animals from farms by taking them away by stealth and this too can be risky of they are caught. In my opinion rescuing animals from farms selectively (as you can only run away with a few at a time) creates an illusion of liberation overall but might not actually impact consumer demand unless you film it and make a shift in consumer awareness or lobby actively in legal or judicial courts. If you rescue 20 animals with the consumers still demanding the same number of items at the till, 20 more will be bred and sold if not from that farm then another farm. True animal liberation is about creating a behaviour and attitude shift amongst public instead of doing something that noone will ever know about in secret. This is because demand creates supply and not the other way round.

    Difficulties in Activism:
I am aware that some Vegan activists put a lot of pressure on Vegans to get active and use social media as well as join activism groups which is great if they have the time or resources to do this as a hobby or passion. Not everyone is capable or skilled in activism or expected to do it if in personal crisis, debt, caught in severe mental, financial or physical health problems or needing support themselves and one needs to have some empathy towards every person’s own needs.

Kindly be aware that vegans as well as activists are often busy both in their own respectable careers as well as being parents, looking after their wellbeing, after pets, and doing other important work, hobbies, educational activities and online activism and are often involved in several groups and activism simultaneously. It is often not practical or healthy to expect activists to be there for each and everything or work at peak performance levels as this will cause burnout.

I prefer and would advise you focus on activism that is self paced, sensible, sustainable, less economically draining, less risky, impactful in a positive way by creating awareness, allowing volunteers to be flexible in attending when they can and activism that is fun too. Awareness and education go a long way in improving our society and inspiring positive energy shift towards Ascension.

  • Sea Life Creatures Protest Against Fishing and Aquariums

Sea Life Creatures Protest Against Fishing and Aquariums

Over the last few months sea creatures such as fish and lobsters were popping up suddenly (activists dressed up) at London’s Leicester square and Sea Life Aquarium to protest silently against the Fishing and Aquariums industries.

A Mermaid Demo at Leicester Square London

These unique demos are being organized by Earth Healing Network and supported by our friends Paloma and John at Vegan Talks along with a few other amazing activists.

Crowds have been gathering around me to find out why I am on the floor and if I am ok and to find out what Veganism is as a result by empathising with the victims.

Why is it important to not eat fish or conduct fishing as a sport and to not visit Aquariums?

Sea life is wildlife and animals must be allowed to remain free in nature. To control someone and take them out of their natural habitat is wrong, leave alone hurting them and suffocating them or cruelly chopping them off or boiling them alive.

Sea life including crustaceans are recognized as sentient beings. They have feelings too. We even visited a lobster diner, a high profile restaurant at China Town London to see poor lobsters tied up with white tapes and unable to move in filthy aquariums to be the food on someone’s table.

Lobster Demo at Leicester Square London

Sea Woo at China Town was also targeted by activists for chalking and postering.

Listen to the Mermaid at Sea Life London Aquarium at the following protest.

    Sea Life London Aquarium Protest

What do you feel? Why are some people not considerate to the feelings of others and hurt them unnecessarily when we can all be Vegan and be good human beings too?

Please support our activism and join us by writing to me on contact@earthhealingnetwork.com

  • Spot The Early Signs of Covert Narcissistic Abuse

Spot The Early Signs of Covert Narcissistic Abuse

Spot The Early Signs of Narcissistic Abuse:

Article by Swati Prakash http://www.askswati.com (Energy healing and intuitive courses available.)

    1. The person has a roving eye or flirts with multiple people including you but does not commit and stays neutral. Alternatively they can get too close too fast and overshare or expect you to commit very early on so as not to lose you without you having your say. In either case your feelings will be suppressed and not allowed to be let out.
    2. Tries to lead you on to believing they are into you and pull out later and repeat the cycle a few times to keep you guessing. They want you to think you are this big prize you should be after.
    3. Blow hot blow cold attitude. Warm and caring one day and cold and indifferent another day.
    4. Make you confused by playing mind games.
    5. Triangulation: Bringing a third person in whom they express an interest just to make you feel jealous or unwanted.
    6. Manipulative behaviour: Trying to keep you on the side while they date others or hit on others. Also lack ethics and can cheat if they begin dating you.
    7. Try to get you emotionally involved by building a trauma bond: you may cry when they hurt you and then they suddenly treat you well to keep you wanting them and repeat the cycle to give you highs and lows.
    8. Breadcrumbing: They give you small presents or send you a drink or something of less value just to keep to thinking that maybe you will be loved in the future if you remain patient.
    9. They don’t like you looking too beautiful or glamorous except for them so that you don’t attract anyone else.
    10. They use you to boost their ego by showing you off and by flirting with you in front of others when you do look good.
    11. They don’t follow their heart or get too emotionally involved as if they are stone cold internally. But might want sex or special attention from you in order to use you.
    12. Act too important and treat you like someone less important. Say certain things to hurt you.
    13. Don’t compliment you or don’t return your compliments well. May also say bad things, insult or be rude to you.
    14. Deliberately choose you so they have someone with a good level of positive energy to hurt and destroy. They target successful or bright personalities.
    15. They lack self esteem and may appear vulnerable if they are covert narcissists.
    16. Their aim is to hurt you..they do not know love or emotional depth in the true sense but are in it to destroy a good soul especially an empath or a healer.
    17. Passive aggressive language to mock you slyly or indirectly.
    18. Always look at their eyes…they will be caught looking away or as if they are hiding something.
    19. Can really choose a vulnerable person to hurt carefully…so they find more about you in order to know your weaknesses. Also they try to know your strengths so that can turn them against you by talking ill of you and calling you a Narcissist by reverse blaming later on once they do abuse you so that you feel guilty for just being good at something or beautiful or intelligent.

Remember their mission is to break you down. They are not loving or kind beings. It might be better to stay single than to be emotionally involved with a Narcissist. They are everywhere.

  • Amazing UFO sighting and Stone Circle Ritual For Earth Healing

Amazing UFO sighting and Stone Circle Ritual For Earth Healing

I was amazed when a short trip planned to be simply a beach staycation at a hotel with a private beach turned into a expedition.

The short flight from London to Menorca isles in Spain flew past France 38000 ft in air when my son suddenly gasped ‘What’s that mum?’ And I had no answer because what I was looking at could not be described or identified by me or the plane staff. The pilot did not see it but assumed it was a weather balloon or a fighter jet which it did not resemble to our sight, as it was a curvy boomerang shape, white not black like stealth jets, with billows of cloudy smoke emerging from the backs of the boomerang. It entered our field of vision horizontally from the right, slightly slant and then spun on its axis round and round to adjust its direction away from us by 90 degrees and swiftly took off into the horizon and disappeared. Its speed much faster and movement being much quicker than a few jets flying across the sky.

    Artists impression of the description

Once at the island we prepared to stay at the Son Bau beachfront but a map of the stone circles took us around to one of the best stone circles nearby – Torre D’en Galmes, which was a lot more rewarding than a typical visit to Stonehenge as you can go within the stones and commune with them. A perfect opportunity for a ritual of power for Earth Healing Temple.

Although ancients were suspected of animal Farming and Slaughter in preparation of winter and for ritual sacrifices at such ancient ritual sites we of course are strictly against it as a Vegan belief and tradition of Global Wicca that is focused on the Wiccan Rede (An Ye Harm None Do As Ye Will).

    Here is the video.

  • The Hidden Knowledge on Food and Lifestyle Skills

The Hidden Knowledge on Food and Lifestyle Skills

Is There a Link Between Food Habits, Meditative skills and Self Control?
    (Detailed article by Swati Prakash)

We live in a society in which people can at times harm each other and various innocent animals and are often unable to change own behaviour. The reason some people cannot control various sexual or violent urges or are aggressive and dominating could be the same as the reason they have stress and anger issues. High cholesterol and eating the wrong foods.

Eating animal products and more processed and fattening foods makes you have a poor sense of control and self discipline as your blood flow is erratic. You also become hot headed and easy to arouse and cannot think properly. Such people may also lack intuition or an inner sense of right and wrong, or empathy and a sense of how others feel. Their hormones take over and testosterone rises whether as adolescents or grown ups. They also might lack a moral capacity to choose right from wrong.

Intuition and empathy are the least developed of all traits in most people in the Matrix, and so are magical skills and mind power. A typical human has become a mundane and materially enslaved person than one with the right amount self control and spiritual power to direct and channel their own energy.

A normal human would be repelled by ugly pornographic images and horrific violence but these people like negative, cruel, horror films and dirty images even more. They also are super crazy for food as of they live to eat. Gluttony is a trait they have and are infact proud of. They do not think of other animals as persons but as food and this changes everything. Even upon watching documentaries such as Dominion on youtube, dark minds justify violence as they are slave to habits.

They react lashing out or upset very easily or can be controlling towards others but lacking self control. They also seem to be unable to stop, look within, self reflect, attend to the needs of self and others and to understand things wisely. They keep exchanging rude messages, bad comments, argue irrationally and talk negatively. They also like dirty jokes, f words and rude slang as well as dark and sarcastic humour. Some are also are in codependent relationships and rarely happy in silence or alone as they need others ‘badly’. Mental health problems are commonly found as people are unable to find own peace and are not taught self healing skills. If medicated they are fully dependent on the medical systems and lack freewill.

It also gives people poor hygiene sense if the eat animal products. So they have a bad stomach and gut making them irritable…as well as bad smelling bodies and a lust for secretions such as animal muscles, animal flesh, bodily discharges, mayo, cheese, filthy runny eggs and strong smelling milk products. They also like foul odours, sweat, high calories and strong flavours such as bacon, pepperoni, sweets and chillies.

All these are either called Tamasic foods (death and negative energy causing) as well as Rajasic foods in yoga (that attract more aggressive beings).

Tamasic foods and behaviour are linked to causing unconsciousness and depression in ourself or others while Rajasic foods cause dominating and angry behaviour.

The right food is Sattvic or Healing in nature. Sattvic food is our true food as humans. We are not carnivores or even omnivores. We are herbivores related to other primates that are primarily Frugivore.

Sattvic diet and lifestyle is totally formed of a healthy plant based, less processed, and less heavily flavoured foods and a clean, hygenic and sensible lifestyle of moderation and ethics.

Even after going plant based or vegan some may struggle for a few years trying to control a lust for physical bodies and secretions and pine for similar items instead of healthy and whole foods and raw foods, and may display anger or irrational behaviour.

This is because food plays a key role since our birth in shaping our personality and also our DNA over generations. If we are in a heavy animal eating culture since childhood we are prone to having it also in our DNA in our value systems and prone to imitating others such as family members who have extra aggressive behaviour traits. Social conditioning is also about valuing an aggressive dominating personality of those who win and succeed in physical and outer life rather than the more inner and softer attributes such as empathy and sensitivity. Trying to be like a carnivore or cruel, physically more ruthless, trying to tell others what to do and not being able to respect their valid opinions or thoughts may be part of this.

These are all aspects of a social system that teaches people that muscles, physical body, aggression, raw power, sexual prowess, and lust are the only good things ever as it helps people sell them all kinds of material objects instead of focusing on what is within…our innate spiritual or inner power to create reality.

Very few cultures are truly spiritual. Most are fear based (deity oriented and external focused on books, myths, personality figures, and stories) rather than on a focus on developing your own personal inner powers.

    There are two key solutions.

    1. Teach people how to control their own mind and body, breath and energy levels, and to relax or focus thoughts as necessary at will.
    2. Teach people to control their lust, gluttony, and greed for food, sex, outside things, trying to possess humans or control other animals. We can be self dependent, healthy in attitude and have inner peace.

Without teaching some form of mindfulness, inner self reflection, meditation and a focus on inner self and inner magical power we have a lower chance of helping others transform their habits and behaviours. They will just imitate what they see around and be unable to think and reflect or display understanding.

  • Witches and Their Familiar Animals

    Witches and Their Familiar Animals

Do you believe we are magical beings?

If yes, did you think only human beings are magical?

Animals of non human species are powerful beings with magic in them just like us. They all have their free will and creative energy.

Respect of each person’s free will is most important in witchcraft as it’s all about free will and crafting a chosen reality out of your will as well as not harming others in the process (the Wiccan Rede). No one should be treated as an object or owned or forced to live with us against their will, or forced into becoming our companion animal, or farmed animal, or domesticated slave, or our victim to be bred, used, traded, or killed (not even to become food or pets).

Witches don’t usually prefer to have ‘pets’. We may at times have familiars, i.e. some animals who are free to come and go as they please as per their own free will, and are willing to be with you if they like to. Not confined in a small space indoors ideally, although they might be indoors if they are happy. Not domesticated. Not owned.

Contrary to what religions have claimed, witches do not work with demons or any devil, and their familiar animals are not their slaves, servants, or ‘demon spirits’ on animal form who do their bidding.

Familiar, as the word indicates, is a term that simply means someone who is seen around or known to you. Often an animal from the neighbourhood might like you or spend some time with the you…as many animals can sense energy and know whom to trust, therefore those who have spiritual (magical) or healing energy can often attract various animals from time to time. Sometimes someone brings them to you especially because they felt they should. The bond needs to develop naturally. I always had a stray animal or two wandering around deciding to enter my home and live with me, or someone brought an injured one to me. Often pigeons walked into my rooms when hurt, or a cat or dog in Mumbai where so many were on streets. I always felt bad that humans have brought so much sorrow to them by not thinking about their needs and focusing only on our own desires.

Sadly religions have destroyed free will, and stopped humans from using our own good sense. They have also created an illusion that other animals are below humans and are made to serve our wants. Most of the negative beliefs regarding humans being superior, made in the image of an all powerful lord who is a singular creator, and that it’s ok to harm, kill, breed, farm, and use other animals, are from religions who have destroyed sense and sensibility, and taken away our intuition, empathy, and natural inner power from us.

We are all animals. We all have a sixth sense and magic inherent in us. Let’s use these powers well for the betterment of ourselves and all beings.

  • 20 Ways of Pinpointing an Abuser

20 Ways of Pinpointing an Abuser

How to identify a Narcissistic Abuser for your safety:

As a Wiccan healer who has direct experience in dealing with abuse, harm, and violence in relationship life, I can help you identify negative behaviour and distance yourself from the same.
An example is identifying narcissistic abusers. Narcissism is a superiority complex that stems from a deep lack of love and compassion.

    1. Remember that humans who are staunch non vegans are usually narcissistic people overall as they lack empathy and compassion for others and think they are superior and entitled, while ‘animals’ are below ‘humans: A separation based on illusion. Those humans who are normal are capable of learning how to respect animals of other species, as well as other humans, equally. Remember that those vegans who only respect non human animal rights, might also at times, be narcissistic or abusive towards humans and can harm humans, but that would be unusual. Sadly some altruistic narcissistic people exist who masquerade around as charitable leaders.

    2. Those who regard other humans as ‘lower’ to them, or less important, and try to harm to hurt others deliberately in interpersonal behaviour are narcissistic. The harm is a real one. A Narcissistic abuser has actually hurt others physically or mentally in significant ways and immorally so. Please don’t judge others as narcissistic just like that, without reason, or out of misunderstanding, as a Narcissist will opine that their victims were narcissistic.

    3. The Narcissist is delusional and usually pretends that others harmed them and brainwashes others into believing in their version which is never factual. Therefore it gets very difficult to pinpoint who the Narcissist is.
Thankfully there are some significant personality traits that give them away.
It is their aura, it just feels dark or negative. Even if they dress well or look well turned out, something in them is repulsive or off putting. Use your intuition.

    4. Their eyes give them away…it is the way they look, in insulting, angry, or maleficent ways, either sideways while talking to someone they hate, or narrowing their eyes to indicate their anger or meanness against the victim.

    5. The way their eyes become round, pop out, and they smile in victorious ways when proving their judgemental point to someone and while criticising others. ‘See, I was right’ is what they say animatedly. Their preoccupation is to judge others. Like they have nothing better to do. It’s always about people.

    6. The way they hang out with those who gossip and talk bad about the same people who they hate and the way they talk for hours against these victims. They usually hate good people or others who are normal, happy, beautiful, positive, successful, or trying to do well. They have a jealous mentality and wish that good people lose their health, wealth, fame, goodwill, or happiness, as they lack abundance and success consciousness.

    7. The amount of time they waste being grumpy and angry. Unable to change their mood or behaviour in a timely way. Sometimes for years. They lack a joyful disposition. Their smiles, if any are fake and not from within the heart. Their apology is any is also false and a hoovering mechanism to control you and keep you involved in their repetitive dramas.

    8. Their body language…aggressive movements, pointed finger while speaking, speaking with teeth gritted, upset tone, negativity, saying ‘huh’, walking up and down angrily, way of handling things around them as if they are throwing things, shouting, speaking as of they are scolding or irritable. They lack loving kindness, grace, gratitude, and gentleness.

    9. Their lack of sensitivity to how someone else feels, or what someone else wants to do. They go on doing what they want and lack intuition and empathy.

    10. They way they want to control events and relationships and the way they want others to schedule things as per their timetable, or want people to obey them entirely and not be included in decision making. You are never an equal. They are like the boss or teacher. They are in control and the world must revolve around them.

    11. Strong expectations from others to be ‘perfect’ and doing things a certain way instead of allowing uniqueness, individuality, and personal flaws, or mistakes. They are unusually intolerant of others.

    12. Tantrums and mood swings that can be explosive …and they blame it on others. They say ‘you should not have said anything to me’, ‘you made me hurt you’ or ‘its impossible to have a conversation with you’ or call you names by projecting their traits on to you.

    13. Reverse blaming is a significant aspect of this behaviour. They lack self reflection on their part in the situation. Therefore they make up a false narrative and stick to it. They try to get sympathy from others by acting as if they are being victimized, but refuse to see how they were harming or hurting others.

    14. Heart is not used often. They can be hot headed, rash, and bad mouthed. Pleasantness and genuine loving warmth are not their strongest trait.

    15. Condescending and disrespectful attitude reflecting that ‘they don’t care’, or ‘why should they care’, thereby minimising your worth. They are not thankful for you, for your work, your talents, your support, or your inputs, but expect you praise them for what they do.

    16. Lack of good listening skills. Talking too much and draining energy out of others, even if others seem to not be interested or are tired, sleepy, unwell, etc. They are just not alert to what someone else might feel, need, or want, emotionally or physically. At times they also take away money and your valuables and not just your time. But usually they are emotional and energy vampires who feed off energy of others.

    17. They will have a few friends whom they keep around by pretending to care about them so that they have some flying monkeys or enablers to spread hate with or to seek support from in continuing their behaviour. Some of these people are cunning themselves, while others are vulnerable and easily manipulated.

    18. They can be cheats in romantic relationships. They are never satisfied with one person and don’t display loyalty. They might want sexual relationships with someone else while being married or in a committed relationship. The person they are with is like a puppet or servant.

    19. They train people over time to love them, do things for them, expect bad behaviour from them, get used to their demands, to satisfy their needs, to be there for them. They might even have a generous supply, or a ‘harem’ to feed from.

    20. You will feel so much better when not in their presence. You will realise you were just ‘used’ to them, to having them around due to a trauma bond, and were infact used ‘by’ them. You might have even absorbed or reflected some of their attitudes, traits, or energy.
You will see for yourself that you will indeed be a better version of yourself on your own, as if a negative energy has left you when you are not with them. A sense of relief and peace of mind.

  • Identifying Patterns in the Matrix

    Identifying Patterns in the Matrix

Have you ever noticed patterns in life in the Matrix?

People who are happy go together with happy people. Those who are grumpy hang out with grumpy ones. Those who are kind get along well with those of their kind, and those who gossip and talk poorly of others find those who are similar to gossip constantly day and night. We consciously choose those we align with, seeking love, order, synchronicity, and togetherness. We who are normal, seek love and light.

While like attracts like for harmony in the case of normal people, opposites also fatally attract to sometimes harm each other. This is because negative energy seeks to destroy and attack those with positive energy. Those are not normal people.

Predators seek out meek prey. Carnivores dominate over herbivores. Humans can harm other species and they do it often.

It’s not because you are a bad person that people could hurt you….
People hurt those who are vulnerable.

Someone is made a victim, not because they choose it..but because that’s what victim misation means …a loss of free will or choice. Imagine, a little bull in a slaughterhouse, a cow in a dairy rape rack, a pregnant pig sow in a dirty tiny farrowing crate, a sheep in a farm being controlled, with no say, since birth. They did not choose their fate.

Narcissistic people lack the capacity to genuinely love and display empathy or return love. Their joy comes from making others feel hurt. They choose their victims.

The only way to protect yourself and other vulnerable victims is to stand up for your rights, for justice,  for equality,  for love.

    Again examples without naming anyone.

Someone told me today rudely on social media ‘noone has a single good thing to say about you..’. The fact is I had only good things to say about them to everyone I met saying how beautiful they are and how talented.
I had to block them because she used to make sharply rude comments saying very nasty things about others naming them and targeting me too just because I said it’s wrong to do so.

Another person I had to block in frustration was attacking me in a strange way unnecessarily. I continued to say good things praising the person, saying they are amazing, they rock, I respect them, I understand them, I empathise if they are going through stress and sent them love each time they hurled an abuse at me in the conversation and only requested equality and understanding to no avail.

And then I realised it. A pattern exists.
Since millennia. Women were controlled by men, non violent nations of indigenous population by aggressive colonists, and it is the way it is for a reason. Its because those who are nonviolent are prey.

As far as I remember my sister called me names, said I was ugly, stupid and that she was more beautiful and intelligent as compared to me. My boyfriends used me but chose other women to love and marry because it is the pattern …the way things are. A man once entered my room and snatched my phone away and forced that I need to have sex with him so I couldn’t text an S.O.S. message to anyone for help. If someone wants to harm you they will first ensure you cannot seek support, cannot express yourself, cannot record evidence.

    Why?
It’s the pattern. And its everywhere. To protect yourself is necessary.

To protect yourself, identify the patterns in life since when you are born, and try to reject these as untruths, as stuff the Matrix sent your way, as a farmed animal, a slave born here to be victimised unnaturally.

When you are fighting for animal rights, don’t forget the category ‘animal’ includes you.

You are not a slave Neo. You can wake up and awaken others now. Unplug yourself.

Recreate your life then based on your own free will and your choices. Take back full control of your spaceship and be free.

  • Narcissistic versus Empath Behaviour Explained

Narcissistic versus Empath Behaviour Explained (Detailed Article by Swati Prakash, http://www.askswati.com)

All humans have a need to be admired, look good in photos, and to be self loving by prioritising own wellbeing, success, and safety first. This is normal. All humans have a need for healthy self esteem, self respect, healthy body and mind, healthy ego (yes, ego is good if healthy), healthy boundaries, and self worth. All humans crave for emotional satisfaction and personal physical, mental, financial freedom and wellbeing. This is NOT narcissistic behaviour.

Narcissism is the opposite of these things.

    – Narcissistic people have an inferiority complex or low self esteem as they compare themselves with others and feel ashamed. Therefore they seek domination, power, one sided respect, unnecessary arguments, infighting, sudden conflicts, and regular tensions in order to be in control.

    – They thrive on making others feel worthless. They project out that they are ‘better’ than others by running others down, and get into unhealthy or toxic patterns in relationships and at times get abusive.

    – Often they target those people who are empaths or healers, those who have a bright aura and good potential, as they hate positive energy and want to bring us down and suck our life force away. Those who are talented, well spoken, good looking, or presentable, successful, and honest, often have a few people who are jealous of them and take undue interest in everything they do, or stalk you and your social media, in order to start targeting the victims and collecting information. If you were chosen by a narcissistic abuser it is very systematic. They don’t select everyone as a victim.

    – Narcissists usually lack compassion for others, don’t have kindness, and lack empathy or the capacity to feel for others. It’s very hard for them to show genuine care for others, to respect them, to love anyone, to give anyone priority, to praise, reward in a proper way, to speak as an equal, and to appreciate others.

    – When at fault they often blame the victims and accuse others of doing exactly what in reality they have done to them. It is not uncommon for toxic Narcissists to call their own victims Narcissistic and toxic and they instead play victims and seek sympathy at the right time to get others to justify their unusual behaviour and support them. You can be easily fooled as they might have everyone fooled.

    – They try to slam others down, throw tantrums like small kids, use rude body language or gestures, grit teeth while speaking, point fingers, glare at others, make you guilt trip for no fault of yours, use bad language, show anger, criticize you minutely in a disproportionate way, find faults with everything, get violent at times, and hurt others deliberately. You never know what sets them off and will need to walk on eggshells so as not to trigger them.

    – They also give breadcrumbs at times to pull you back in, or hoover you in, or love bomb you in phases to get you hooked on to the blow hot blow cold, emotional roller coaster in intimate relationships. But the next phase is when the tension builds up and soon they lose control and get upset again for no reason until they explode. The cycle of abuse repeats often with the same victim until the victim wakes up and cuts off from them which angers them.

    – They can be quite manipulative in order to take revenge, cry and fake being vulnerable, discard others who disagree with them, run smear campaigns against other, have minions or a few selected people who they puppet around and control, and treat others like slaves, or as dispensible commodities because they never can appreciate anyone’s true intrinsic worth and freedom.

    – When they are done with you they move on to the next victim by first seeling fresh supply of new minions and targets, and repeating similar tactics.

A good human being would let everyone shine out and be appreciated. A good human being loves, cares, gives compliments, wants others to be happy, gives gifts, shares credit for work, builds others up, rewards team members, has joyful disposition and a pleasant attitude in general behaviour.

While humans treat others as worthless commodities or routinely use others in romantic or working relationships for sex, pleasure, jobs, labour, etc., we treat animals of other species as objects in the most horrific ways of exploitation and abuse.

This is because of a lack of loving and kind hearts, being selfish, and displaying a tendency to be cruel if need be in order to continue your behaviour without the capacity to self reflect and change yourself.

Narcissism is a very common trait among humans as we have been conditioned to be cold hearted, to obey rules of law or society like robots, or follow commandments of religion and books, instead of using our own heart, intuition, and sensitivity.

We are trained to be insensitive, tough, struggle, chase goals, work like slaves, focus on things to own, consume or use, rather than to focus on other humans or animals in developing equality based mutually beneficial relationships and on love and kindness, in a system of economy which values struggle, stress, and hard work for money over joy, fun, happiness, and emotional satisfaction as a measure of success.

While we are Vegan to not abuse and harm other animals, we need to also know that love, kindness, compassion are also worthwhile goals and to go for Ascension instead of staying neutral and stoically focused on justice,  non exploitation and non harming alone as the ultimate end goal. To raise vibrations higher, we must also learn Healing, kindness, power of love, chakra healing meditation, and positive affirmations in order to manifest better realities and live in balance.
